"Okay, so the highest grade belongs to Ms. Kim and Ms. Hwang, a round of applause for a job well done everybody!" Everyone inside the classroom then clapped. Some looked irritated and some looked lifeless while clapping their hands

"It's a shame that Ms. Hwang is not present today but nevertheless we have Ms. Kim here. Now, I hope everyone works harder in the future, that is all and I hope everyone travels home safely today"

Our professor then nodded slightly and went out of the room. I sighed in resignation. Of course, she just had to be sick today, the day our grades are going to be released. I was about to leave but my classmates beat me to it

"Yah, Kim Taeyeon, what happened to Tiffany?" I blinked at them and fixed my glasses, "Well, I actually don't have any idea either."

A tall girl looked at me confusingly, "What? But you two are like BFFs now, so why don't you have any idea?!"

I let out a sigh and fixed the strap of my bag, "Look, I really don't have any idea. She hasn't neither texted nor replied back to my messages and even my calls. So to answer your question, all I can give you is, no I don't have any idea why she hasn't shown herself for three freakin' days..."

I cleared my throat, "Now if you'll excuse me, I want to go home"

My classmates then gave way for me and I walked right past them. They must've noticed how pissed off my mood was.  Like seriously!? It's been three days, three mother-effin days she hasn't showed herself nor made communication! How am I supposed to know if she's doing okay? Or is she hasn't died yet (knock on wood) or maybe if she's having problems of her own.

How?! I sighed as I walk the empty halls. Funny, I should be the last one going home, but I felt like going out first. There was no purpose of staying behind anyway.

"Yah!" I stopped my tracks and looked behind me. A smile was plastered all over her face, "Why the long face Kim Taeyeon?"

I smiled a little, "Oh, Sunny... It's nothing..."

Sunny put an arm around me and we started walking together, "You miss her don't you?"

"..." She then chuckled, "Of course you do... Hey Taeyeon?"

"Hmmm?" We stopped walking and she looked at me, "Would you play with me for a while?"

I cocked a brow, "I promise to let you see her after"

"Really?!" She nodded, "Yeah... So will you?"

I thought about it. She promised, Sunny is not that kind of person who'd break their promises, right?

So I smiled and nodded, "Okay..."

"Ah, you at these things Taeyeon!" I pouted at Sunny who was now laughing like there's no tomorrow. It was my fifth try on putting the ring over the bottle but none of it got in.

"Well if you think you're so cool, why don't you give it a try?" Sunny wiped a tear and kept that smile on her face.

"Okay..." Sunny took the last ring in my hand and effortlessly threw it right towards the bottle and it went in. I looked at her with my mouth agape and she just cocked a brow

"I'll take the teddy bear sir" The man then gave her this big teddy bear and held it out to me, "This shows you my awesomeness, you have to take it!"

"What?! No!" Sunny looked at me confusingly, "Eh? That hurts Taeyeon-sshi! Okay then, I'll just give it back to the old man..."

Sunny looked at me with those puppy eyes and pouted like a lost kid. Okay.

Okay, "Fine!" I snatched the bear from her grasp and wrapped it around my arms

Sunny beamed widely, "Yay! Now let's eat!"

We both then walked around the carnival to look for a food stand and when we couldn't find one, we decided that it's best to just eat outside. I adjusted my grip on the bear from time to time and Sunny took it from me

"I don't want small people suffering" I scoffed, "Speak for yourself Sunny-sshi! You too are small in height!"

She chuckled a bit, "Too bad for you, I'm wearing insoles! That makes me taller than you! Ha!"

"Hobbit!"

"Midget!"

"Dwarf!"

"Elf!"

We then bickered nonstop about our heights until we reached a casual restaurant. Our friendship came back as soon as we stepped inside the place. Sunny sat across me with the bear just right beside her. I couldn't help but giggle a bit

"Yah! What's so funny?"

"It's just that you look so small beside the bear"

Sunny then looked at the bear and punched it lightly, "Whatever... So, have you decided what you're going to eat?"

I glanced at the menu I have in my hand, "Let's see... I'll just have spaghetti."

Sunny smiled, "Okay, I'll just have the same then"

She then called for the waiter and gave him our orders, "Okay, anything else ma'am?"

Sunny glanced at me, "You wouldn't mind some ice cream right?"

I shook my head, "Okay, so two chocolate sundaes please"

The waiter then smiled and went on his way. The rest of the time was awkward. We had nothing to talk about until

"Taeyeon..."

"Hmm?"

"How does it feel whenever you're with Tiffany?"

I looked at her confusingly, "Never mind. I was---"

"No, sorry... I was just confused a bit. How I feel? Well... It's a million things, Sunny. Words are not enough to describe how much I feel whenever I'm with her. But I just know, she made me the happiest when we're together"

She nodded meekly, "Hmm... So what would you feel if she would just suddenly leave you out of the blue?"
