Panic Attack
Clairvoyance
Hongbin POV~
He takes a bite of cereal as he rustles a newspaper with great amounts of hostility. He was only half scanning it when he saw it. Something had been digging up corpses and eating them. Perfect. Ghouls. The easiest things in the monsterverse to kill.
"Tadah. I have your first job." He girns as he slaps the paper down on the center of the table. "A ghoul, susceptible to fire. Perfect for your debut mission."
"Ghouls?" Ken looked confused. Ravi didn't look much better off.
"Monsters that eat human flesh. Mostly scavengers that go after corpses. Burn them and they die. Silver eats their skin. They usually only hunt in twos at the most." Hongbin explains as Hyuk starts to read the article.
"It says here that a group of girls went to investigate the cemetery and one of them went missing. Her name is Raejin." Hyuk hands the paper to Ravi and sighs. "There's a picture of her in the paper. I wonder if she's alive. Keep an eye out for her okay?"
"Of course." Ken grins and Hongbin takes another bite of cereal. "We'll leave after the van is cleaned."
Hyuk POV~
After breakfast Hyuk dragged himself to his room. He was still exhausted from fighting the mool-gwishim and it didn't matter if Leo was against it or not, Hyuk was going to sleep.
He stretches sleepily and then curls up in a ball. It wasn't long before Hongbin joined him and he shifted positions to he could snuggle his boyfriend. A yawn made him squint slightly up at Hongbin.
"Taekwoon will make us get out of bed." Hongbin pouts a little and looks longingly at the bed and Hyuk.
"Lock the door baby." Hyuk smirks and sits up slightly. "As much as Taek would love to keep us up he wouldn't risk pissing off Hakyeon by kicking down the door. We'll just put in earplugs and ignore the pounding. Sound good?"
"Pounding sound..." Hongbin giggles and locks the door. Hyuk would have laughed about his insatiable drive but he was crazy amounts of exhausted. So instead he just opens his arms for Hongbin and waits silently. Hongbin cuddles up to his chest and Hyuk wraps his arms around him. They were asleep almost instantly.
Ravi POV~
He goes downstairs to get the supplies Hongbin had told him they'd need. N was in the kitchen of Hyde, scrubbing... Well he was basically scrubbing everything.
"Is the van clean yet?" He questions as he starts to go through the supply closet.
"I don't know. Taekwoon insisted on cleaning it." N seemed to blush a little as he scrubbed at a refrigerator door. Ravi thought it was adorable how shy N was.
"Okay. Well. Jaehwan and I need it for a job." Ravi gets the supplies and comes out of the closet. "I promise not to dirty the van."
"That would be appreciated." N smiles and looks up at Ravi from when he was kneeling on the floor. Adorable. "What's the job? Do you want Taek and I to come with you?"
"No. I think we can handle it." Ravi grins and pats N's head as he hears the cafe door open and close. "Hey Taekwoon! Hakyeon's in the kitchen!"
"Traitor." N glares and Ravi laughs, going back upstairs to retrieve Ken.
Ken POV~
They got in the van and Ken sat behind the wheel. It had been a while since he last drove but he was still pretty confident in his ablility to do so. He honks the horn once and starts the engine, driving toward the cemetery.
He knew they couldn't kill the monster in the daylight but they could look for the girl. For Raejin. So they decided to do so when it was safer for all of them.
"Where do you think it's lair is?" Ken questions as they got out at the cemetery.
"I say we check mausoleums first." Ravi decides as they glance around. "Seems like the easiest place to hide people."
"Makes sense." Ken nods as they head toward the nearest building. Honestly he was scared as hell. Besides being kidnapped by vampires, this would be his first time facing a monster.
N POV~
He was hiding in the supply closet. He figured that would be the last place Leo went to look for him. Or at least he desperately hoped so.
He wasn't sure how long he was going to hide from Leo but he was going to do so at least until his heart stopped pounding and he stopped thinking dirty thoughts every time he looked at Leo. Maybe Hongbin's personality was rubbing off on him. That behavior was fine for Hongbin with his relationship. But for N... Well Leo would probably never speak to him again.
He sits on the floor of the closet, pressing his forehead against his knees. He could feel himself shaking as he wrapsbhis arms around his legs. What was he going to do if he couldn't get his hormones under control?
"Hakyeon?" He hears Leo's voice outside of the door and curses under his breath. Maybe if he was quiet Leo would walk away. Nope. Not with Hakyeon's luck. Leo opens the door and looks down at him.
"H-hey..." Hakyeon doesn't bother looking up at him. He's scared to make eye contact. He hears Leo walk closer and then kneel in front of him. N's heart was pounding again. It only got worse when he felt Leo's fingertips under his chin, slowly guiding his face up to meet his in a deep keep.
"Hakyeon tell me what I did wrong so I can fix it..." The worry on Leo's face made N feel guilty for avoiding him but the close proximity reminded him why he was.
"N-nothing!" N gets up quickly and tries to push past Leo but Leo's too fast. He's up and shoving N against the shelves, arms pinned above his head.
"Don't lie to me..." Leo leans in, lips pressed against N's near. His whisper sounds dangerous, his breath tickling N's neck. But then they're kissing, bodies pressed together and N can't breathe. He's pretty sure he's about to have a panic attack.
Leo POV~
When his lips part from N's for air, the tanned man is panting. Leo catches a panicked look oh his face before N darts from the room. A growl of anger escapes Leo as he slams his palm against the shelf in front of him, knocking some stuff off, pressing his forehead against the wood platform.
What had he done?! Why did he feel the need to make it work?! He just wants N to forgive him! Maybe N had decided he didn't love Leo anymore...
Before he knew it, he was crying alone in the stupid closet. Why couldn't he stop messing up?!
