Clairvoyance
Hongbin POV~
"Sanghyuk try to get the girl away from the mool-gwishin." Hongbin yells as he starts to run back for the van. Usually to destroy a ghost of any kind you had to dig up the corpse, salt and burn the body. He needed some supplies.
He frantically starts to go through their supply bags. A lighter, kerosene, salt. He knew he had packed all three. But they had been knocked around the van while driving down the bumpy dirt road to the lake.
He hears splashing and Hyuk yelling and a girl screaming as he frantically searches. Finally he finds the objects and races back toward the lake, glancing frantically for a specific item near the shore. He sees Hyuk using his powers to pull the water away from the girl in danger, Georgia, as he fights the spirit.
"Hang on Sanghyuk." Hongbin yells as he sees the grave marker he had been looking for, racing toward it. He hears Hyuk grown in pain and anger flares inside of Hongbin. You do not hurt his boyfriend. He turns toward the water and lets a burt of energy out, causing the seaweed at the bottom of the lake to enlarge, ensnaring the mool-gwishin.
"I've got this, Hongbin!" Hyuk screams as the ghost blasts apart the bindings. "Destroy it! I can hold it off!" He still wasn't letting the water touch the scared girl.
Hongbin didn't say anything else. He just ran as fast as he could to the grave. Using his powers, he parted the ground as he slid to a stop, uncovering a casket. Taking a deep breath, he opened the casket.
Hyuk POV~
"Don't worry Georgia." Hyuk holds onto his arm, ignoring the pain and the trickle of blood running over his skin. His energy pushes against the mool-gwishin's in a battle of wills. He hoped Hongbin would complete his part of the job quickly so it could end.
Finally the spirit shrieks and bursts into flames, disappearing in a puff of smoke. Hyuk finally let the water out of his control and helped the girl to the shore. Hongbin was standing beside a flaming hole in the ground.
"Sanghyuk!" Hongbin sees them out of the water and runs over, checking out the injury to Hyuk's arm.
"I'm fine babe." Hyuk shakes his head, kissing Hongbin gently before turning to Georgia. "How are you?"
"Well besides the whole near death thing, I'm pretty good." Georgia brushes some hair out of her face and smiles a little. "Thanks for saving me."
"Oh god Georgia! I was so scared!" The girl's friend yells as she rushes back over. Georgia rolls her eyes.
"You were so unhelpful. You would have let me die." The girl pouts as water steadily drips from herself and Hyuk. "You are a terrible friend. And you get to drive me home."
"O-of course." Her friend runs ahead nervously and Georgia bows to them.
"Thanks again." She grins and goes after her friend, yelling. "Hey! If you leave me, I'm totally selling you to the circus!" Hyuk laughs as they disappear.
"Hey baby." Hongbin holds Hyuk's hand. "Let's go back to the van and play doctor." He winks and pinches Hyuk's . Hyuk laughs.
"Alright. Come on you ert."
N POV~
"Did he really faint over a moth?" N shakes his head, laughing a little. "A freaking moth?"
"You were just as bad over your boots..." Leo grumbles as he rubs his shoulder. They had helped Ravi get Ken upstairs then brought up the food Leo and N had made while Ken had been having an emotional breakdown over a bug.
"Hey! Those boots were one of a kind and severely expensive." N pouts and snuggles against Leo. N was grateful that Leo didn't push him away.
"I can tell my life is going to be full of killing winged insects." Ravi laughs as he eats. Ken was 'sleeping' in N's bedroom. By sleeping, N meant still unconscious from the horrifying shock of coming face to face with the vile cotton eating creature known as a moth.
"At least you'll have fun." N giggles and then kisses Leo. Leo glares but wraps his arms around N, pulling him onto his lap. N felt so special, so loved.
"You would know. You have more fun than the rest of us." Ravi laughs, still eating.
"Fair enough." N yawns, exhausted from working all day. His energy was still a little zapped.
"Early bedtime." Leo decided. N almost jumps when Leo suddenly stood, scooping him into his arms. N wrapped his arms around Leo's neck, blushing as he gets carried to the bedroom.
Leo POV~
Leo lays N on the bed gently, kissing him before he gets both of them pajamas. He changes and then turns to N, smiling. N looks at him curiously.
"Let's get you changed." He helps N out of his clothes and then helps him pull on the clean outfit. It was cute how N suddenly became shy, his cheeks a vibrant pink. He presses his lips against N's as he climbs into bed.
"How do you think Hongbin and Sanghyuk are doing?" N questions as he yawns again and lays his head on Leo's chest.
"They're efficient." Leo shrugs a little. Hongbin and Hyuk always tried to get their jobs done as quickly as possible and were rarely ever injured. They'd make it home soon, he was sure.
"But that doesn't mean they'll be okay." N complains as Leo kisses his forehead, rubbing N's side.
"They're fine. At the most we'll have to worry about cleaning the fan." Leo frowns and sighs in disgust.
"Man. I left my coat in there. If I find sticky stuff on it... I will kill them both." N cringes as the thought of what his companions may be doing in the van.
"Just rest okay?" Leo shakes his head. "You're exhausted." He kisses him and stretches out, feeling a little tired as well. N was passed out before Leo could finish his sentence. He takes a deep breath and whispers into his ear. "I love you."
Ravi POV~
He finished dinner and went to the room to wake up Ken. He had to eat. It seemed silly to let him go hungry over a moth. He shakes Ken's shoulder until he wakes with a scream, frantically looking around.
"The moth has been disposed of." Ravi smiles and kisses Ken's cheek. "Come on. Let's get you fed."
"You don't think it's weird?" Ken blushes as he follows Ravi into the kitchen. Honestly Ravi didn't understand what was so scary about a moth but who has the right to judge someone else's fears?
"I think it's cute." He smiles and holds some food up to Ken's lips. Ken ate it happily. "I like the idea that I can be your big, strong hero."
"Good." Ken lets out a small sigh like he's relieved. "Usually people make fun of me."
"It's okay. I used to be scared of frogs." Ravi grins and puts an arm over Ken's shoulders, feeding him again.
"What made you not afraid?" Ken asked curiously.
"Huh..." Ravi had to think for a moment. "Hmmm... I... I may still be afraid of frogs..."
"You don't know?" Ken gave Ravi an amused look.
"I hadn't had many encounters with frogs lately." Ravi shrugged, laughing.
Ken POV~
He finishes eating and helps Ravi with the dishes from dinner. It was weird how comfortable he already felt with all these people. It was almost like they had known each other forever.
"Hey Wonshik." Ken leans into him slightly as he dries a plate.
"Yeah Jaehwan?" Ravi smiles at him. His smile was always so handsome.
"I'm glad we decided to stay." Ken smiles as he looks down at the plate in his hands. "They're like a family. Closer than my family is."
"Being the only psychic in a family . They just think that you're a freak. Or delusional." Ravi sighs but then shakes his head and kisses Ravi's cheek. "At least we both belong now." Ken nods in agreement. This was where they were always supposed to be, together with these people. He could feel it.
