A Week
When Differences Collide (Editing)Luhan POV
"So you're really gonna marry my brother?" my sister interrogated Myung-hee as she sat up in bed.
"Yes..... I am" Myung-hee mumbled before looking up at me. Her expression seemed to be happy but I could see the sadness in her eyes which she was holding back.
"Xue-wu, don't you think you're asking to many questions... she just woke up?" I said as I signalled my little sister to stop.
"No, she's fine" Myung-hee smiled as Xue-wu climbed up onto her bed.
"You're really pretty" Xue-wu smilled as she sat down next to her.
"Oh really, thankyou" She smiled as she laughed lightly "but you're much prettier".
How can her chinese be so fluent??
"Ge-ge I like her!" Xue-wu exclaimed as she ran over to me "Can I keep her?" she beamed which caused Myung-hee to laugh.
"You'll see her when she becomes empress" I laughed but my statement seemed to wipe the happiness right off of Myun-hee's face.
"Your sister is simply darling" Gaeul, Myung-hee's sister exclaimed.
"Thankyou" I mumbled as I looked back to my sister who was smiling brightly.
"Can I take her to go see the palace gardens?" Gaeul smiled as Xue-wu's face brightened up even more.
"Ge-ge please" Xue-wu pleaded as she pulled on my sleeve.
"Alright but don't be gone for to long" I told her as she rushed out of the room holding Gaeul's hand.
"You don't have to stay in here" Myung-hee mumbled under her breath as I watched the door.
"I don't but I will" I said as I met her gaze with mine.
"Why?" she sighed as she laid back in her bed.
"Because I caused you to faint and you're going to be the next empress, your health needs to recover" I sighed as she looked away from me.
"You did not cause me to faint..... and my health is fine" she stated in a blunt manner still not looking at me. Her whole attitude towards me has changed now. It's not like I want this either but does she have to be so stubborn.
"No my good features caused you to faint" I sneered as she abruptly sat up.
"Your majesty" she paused and smirked "Please don't flatter yourself in my presence when that reason can be exiled out as the least reasonable one".
Her attitude has officially left me dumbfounded. What woman in her right mind would every dare to speak to the emperor in this manor. She speaking almost as if we are of equal standards.
"You wish it wasn't reasonable" I scoffed as she laughed sarcastically.
"Oh yes your majesty that is exactly what i'm thinking" she laughed as she stood up from her bed.
"Where are you going?" I said as she began to fix her clothes and slip on her shoes.
"Far away from you" she said with a hint of anger.
