Soyu feeling so much better from the weekend’s make up, she found herself smiling more often. It was like a gloomy day becoming so bright. At lunch, she got her food and sat down in her usual place. Right when she set her tray on the table, Bongcha stole her muffin and took a bite out of it. Soyu gave her this ‘wft’ look.

Bongcha smiled with a small giggle, “You seem like you’re in a good mood, so I took my chance.”

The rest of the girls at the table sighed at their friend’s behaviour.

“So, have you talked to Baekhyun? Chanyeol? Or that cute guy, what’s his name?” Haewoo looked at Soyu’s way with an eyebrow raised.

Soyu hesitated to reply. She felt like she shouldn’t tell them everything because those guys have a lot to hide since they are aliens of this planet, and maybe it could slip off her tongue one day without intending it to. As much as she hate hiding things from her group, she had to keep the information to a minimal.

“His name is Kai, and no I haven’t talked to them. We aren’t all that close you know, acquaintances.” Soyu informed. Some grumbled, disappointed that they didn’t get the details.

Just then, one after another their phone buzzed or beeped with a message. Everyone stopped to check their phone.

“Halloween Party! Wednesday at 7PM, my place. Dress scary!” Eunkyung read out the message, “from Minjun.”

Hana made a face, “Who parties on a Wednesday?”

Aejung, the friend that parties hard and goes around said, “Minjun wanted the ones who don’t do homework to come.” She shrugged and sipped her soda.

“By those who don’t do homework, you mean he doesn’t want nerds to be there.” Soyu looked at her with a knowing fact.

Aejung smirked and winked at her. Aejung was the definition of y, she was so pretty it could make guys swoon over her, and some girls question their uality.

“And why have you been hanging out with Minjun?” Suzi looked at her, her eyes squinted.

Soyu laughed, “I think we all know why she was with him. Don’t make her say it!” Half of the girls laughed, while the other jokingly gagged. They all knew Aejung was that type of girl.

Haewoo chuckled, “So I’m guessing you know where he lives.” Aejung winked again.
