Kim: (^_^) Love mo naman ako eh. Ok lang yun.

Gerald: At sinong may sabi sa yo niyan?

Kim: Ikaw! (^_^) may paiyak iyak pa nga eh. (laughs)

Gerald: Ah, ganun ha. Paiyak iyak pala.

Gerald tickled Kim and when he got a good hold of her, he picked her up and carried her like a princess and twirled her around.

After playing around, they went back to their hotel and packed their bags to get ready for returning home.

Kim and Gerald went back from their vacation. The two of them are seated at the back of the car, as Mang Cardo is driving the two at the back are talking.

Kim: Ge…

Gerald: Yes?

Kim: tulog ka na ba?

She looked at Gerald’s face.

Gerald: hindi pa, pero malapit na.Bakit?

Kim: Ahhh, ganun ba. Sige matulog ka na. Napagod ka ata masyado eh.

Gerald sat up straight and faced Kim.

Gerald: hindi naman masyado. Mamaya na ako matutulog. Ano ba yung gusto mo sabihin?

Kim: Ah, hindi, wag na. Matulog ka na.

Gerald: Kimmy. Ano yun? Tell me.

Kim: eh kasi… I was just thinking now that we are heading back, and with all the things that happened during our vacation, with your confession and all are we going to tell the others? Or are we gonna keep this as a secret?

Gerald: by others do you mean your brakada? Well, I was about to ask you that as well. What do you want? I’m fine with whatever you decide on.

Kim: Enough of me for now. I know how you take care of your reputation and all. I don’t want it to be ruined just because of this.

Gerald: Hey, Kimmy. Nothing would be ruined okay? This wouldn’t affect anything.

Kim: But…

Gerald: No buts. Always remember this Kimmy, I would never deny my feelings for you to anyone. If I can shout it out so that everyone can hear how I feel for you I would. So don’t worry about me. I am proud to love someone like you. (^_^)

Kim: (>/////<)

Gerald: And by the way, I am the one who shoud be asking you if you want to hide it or not. It is you after all who is not that fond of too much attention.

Kim: What’s attention got to do with this? (?_?)

Gerald: Well, to be loved by someone as handsome and smart as me, people would keep on talking about us, especially those girls who adore me. (^_^)

Right after Gerald said this, Kim got hold of his nose and pinched it.

Gerald: OUCH! Stop it.

Kim let go of Gerald’s nose.

Kim: You’re too self confident and proud. You do know that right? As if you really have (air quotes)“girls who adore you”.

Gerald: Well I do have fans. You just don’t know about it… Yet. (^_^)

Kim: (-_-) yabang.

Gerald: Di no. I’m just telling the truth. (^_^) Abangan mo pag pasok natin. Once they hear about it the rumor mill will start and girls would start approaching you telling you to back off. I just know it.

Kim: Grabe, you are so full of yourself. Ano ka na ngayon, Manghuhula?

Gerald: Hindi. Pero sobrang predictable na ng mangyayari. Trust me.

Kim: Fine. Sabi mo eh.

Gerald: Enough of this girl talk. Baka magselos ka pa e.

Kim: (O_O) Anong sabi mo! Ako? Mag…

Before Kim can even finish her sentence Gerald placed his hand over Kim’s mouth.

Gerald: HEP! Masyado kang defensive. Baka mahuli pa kita, itigil mo na. (^_^) Anyways, what is your decision?

Kim: I don’t know. (_ _ )

Gerald: If you don’t like okay lang naman sa akin e. (_ _)

Kim: Hindi naman sa ayaw ko. Kaso nahihiya ako e.

Gerald: Kinahihiya mo ako? (O_O)

Kim: NO NO NO! you got it wrong. Hindi kita ikinakahiya.

Gerald: Eh ano?

Kim: Nahihiya ako kasi sigurado ako loloko-lokohin na ako. Nakaka-ilang.

Gerald: Yun lang pala. Wag mo alalahanin yun. I’ll always be by your side to stop them. (^_^)

Kim: (>///<) o-ok. Pero kailangan malaman ito ng barkada agad. Magagalit yung mga yun pag hindi ko ipinaalam muna sa kanila.

Gerald: Sure. Samahan pa kita. You go to mass together naman diba? We’ll tell them after mass. (^_^)

Kim: Sabay ka sa’min sisimba?

Gerald: YES PO! (^_^)

Kim: EHHHHH! Lalong nakakahiya. Naandon sina mama at papa, sigurado ako i-interrogate tayo agad ng mga yun. Nag paalam ka pa sa kanila.

Gerald: Ano naman? Ok lang yun. Love naman ako nina tito at tita eh. (^_^)

Kim: OO nga e. Paminsan nga iniisip ko kung sino ang anak nila, kung ako ba o ikaw. (-_-)

Gerald: (laughs) Nag seselos ka ba sa akin? Para ka talagang bata.

Gerad pinched Kim’s cheeks.

Gerad: Ang cute cute mo!

Kim is trying to take Gerald’s hands away from her cheeks.

Kim: CHE! Tigilan mo ako! Masakit na!

Gerald took his hands away from Kim’s cheeks.

Gerald: Wag ka na magselos. Nag reready lang sila for the future. (^_^)

Kim: Future?

Gerald: OO. Sa future, ako naman ang magiging son-in-law nila kaya nag sasanay na silang anak ang turing sa akin. (^________^)

Kim: (O_O) Talaga lang ha? Eh wag kaya kitang pansinin at sagotin? (^_^)

Gerald: (O_O) WAG GANON! Joke lang naman yun e. Ikaw naman talaga ang mahal nila. Saka hindi nila ako love. Ikaw lang promise!

Kim: (laughs) you should have seen your face. How it changed emotions! It was EPIC I tell you! EPIC!

Gerald: (-_____-) tsss pinagtawanan pa ako.

Kim: Eh nakakatawa talaga kasi e. (^_^)

Gerald: tsssss (-____-)

Kim: Aysus! Tampo na si Ge. UY! Smile ka na! joke lang naman eh. (^__^)V

Gerald just kept the straight face.

When Kim noticed that Gerald wasn’t smiling, she used her thumbs to make Gerald’s mouth to form a smile.

Kim: SMILE NA PO IKAW! (^_^)

With that Gerald started to smile.

Gerald: (thinking) how can I not fall for that girl right infront of me. Ngiti pa lang Game Over na hulog na hulog ka na.

Kim: Oh, ok na tayo ha.

Gerald: Yup.

Kim yawned.

Gerald: Oh, inaantok ka?

Kim: Medyo.

Gerald: Tulog ka na.

Kim: Ayaw ko. Wala ka makaka-usap. Saka gusto ko Makita yung view ng mga dadaanan natin. (^_^)

Gerald: Ok kahit matulog ka na. Matutulog na din naman ako e.

Kim: Ehhh…

Gerald: Sige na, tulog ka na.

Gerald stretched his arms around Kim’s shoulders and made her head lean on his shoulder.

Gerald: Close your eyes. I’ll wake you up if when we get there.

Kim: (yawns) ok, Ge, tulog ka na din ha.

Gerald: ok, I will.

Kim: thanks Ge.

Gerald: anything for you Kimmy.

Before Gerald completely went to sleep, he said something to Kim first.

Gerald: I love you Kimmy.

Then he kissed Kim’s head.

The two of them slept through the whole ride home. Mang Cardo woke Gerald to tell that they are already at Kim’s house.

Mang Cardo: Gerald, gising na. Andito na tayo kila Kim.

Gerald slowly opened his eyes.

Gerald: ahh, salamat po Mang Cardo. Padala na po nung mga gamit ni Kimmy sa loob.

Mang Cardo followed Gerald’s instruction. Then, it was Gerald’s turn to wake Kim up.

Gerald: Kimmy. Wake up na. You’re home.

But Kim was still in deep sleep. So Gerald just carried her up to her room and placed her on her bed. Before he left he kissed Kim’s forehead. When he got out of Kim’s room, Celine was waiting for him with an excited face.

Gerald: Good morning po Tita. Iniakyat ko na po si Kimmy. Tulog na tulog pa po kasi eh.

Celine: Good morning din Gerald. Ok lang yun. Bumababa ka muna. Sabayan mo na kami ni Frank kumain.

Gerald: ah, tita, salamat po sa paanyaya pero uuna na po ako. Pagod na din po siguro si Mang Cardo mula sa byahe.

Celine: Nako, kumain ka na muna. Pakainin mo na din si Mang Cardo. Ipapatawag ko siya kay Pokie.

Gerald: ah… sige po.

They went down together and started eating breakfast.

Frank: Gerald, kamusta naman ang bakasyon niyo ni Kim?

Gerald: Ok naman po. Nakakapagod lang po ng konti  kasi gusto ni Kim gawin lahat ng activities saka libot po ng libot sa kung saan saan. (^_^)

Frank: Alam mo naman yang si Kim, hindi matigil sa isang lugar. Napaka hyper. (^_^) Eh, ikaw ba? Nag-enjoy ka ba?

Celine: Frank! Stop with the chit-chat! Get to the point.

Gerald was confused with what Celine wants to say.

Celine: Gerald, what I mean is, we actually want to know about your confession. Paano ka umamin sa anak namin? Ano ang reaction niya? Ano sabi niya? (^_____^)

Gerald: ah, tita, ano po kasi.

Gerald was left with no choice but to tell Celine and Frank what happened. With Celine asking a lot of questions regarding every little details, Gerald was forced to tell her everything.

Celine: What?! Hindi siya pumayag after all the preparations you did?

Gerald: Tita, hindi naman po sa hindi pumayag. She would try naman daw po.

Frank: yun naman pala Celine e. Wag ka masyadong high blood. Ok na din yun para maging sure ang anak natin. Para din namang manliligaw si Gerald eh, hindi ba Gerald?

Gerald: Yes po tito. Ganon na nga po.

Celine: Hay naku yang si Kim. Papahirapan pa si Gerald. Kung ako yun OO agad. (^_^)

Frank: Nako naman ang asawa ko. Hon, iba si Kim natin.

Celine: I know. Pero…

Frank: walang pero-pero. Desisyon yun ni Kim and we should just support her and Gerald na din.

Celine: ok. Basta Gerald ha, if we can help you with anything just tell me ok tutulungan kita. (^_^) Galingan mo ha!

Gerald: (>//<) ahhhh, si-sige po tita. Salamat po sa suporta.

Frank: Sige na Gerald. Alam kong pagod ka mula sa byahe. Umuna na kayo. Ingat kayo sa daan.

Gerad: Opo. Sige po una na kami. Bye-bye po.

Gerald left Kim’s house.

As planned, Gerald went to mass with Kim’s family. After that, Kim’s barkada went straight to them and hugged Kim.

Maja: Kim! Saan ka ba nag punta?

Beauty: OO nga! Isang week kang hindi nagparamdam sa amin.

Erich: Alam mo bang alalang alala kami?

Mel: Teka, hinay-hinay sa tanong. I’m pretty sure Kim will EXPLAIN everything. Right Kim?!

Kim: ahhh, ehhh… ano kasi…

Empress: Ate! Bilis! Nakaka bitin ka naman e.

Kim: sorry. Sorry talaga hindi ako nakapag sabi sa inyo. Biglaan din kasi yung alis naming e. Pati phone ko hindi ko nadala. Sorry. (_ _)

Maja: KAYO?! Nino?!

BARKADA: (O_O)

Kim: Ahhh, ni ano…

Gerald suddenly popped out.

Gerald: Ako. Kami ang magkasama (^_^)

BARKADA: (O_O) WHAT?!

Erich: BAKIT?! Saan kayo pumunta?

Beauty: Kayong dalawa lang?

Empress: FOR ONE WEEK!?

Maja: Anong ginawa niyo?!

Kim: teka, teka ok. Chill kayo. Isa-isa ang tanong please.

Maja: eh, nakaka shock kasi ang mga revelations.

Gerald whisphered something in Kim’s ear.

Gerald: Kimmy, gusto mo ako na ang sumagot ng mga tanong nila?

Kim: pwede ba?

Gerald: Sure, ako naman ang pasimuno eh. (^_^)

Maja: Hoy! Kayong dalawa! Anong pinagbubulungan niyo diyan?! HELLO andito po kami if you don’t notice.

Empress pulled Kim away from Gerald.

Empress: And pwede ba. Distance please. Masyado kayong close!

Beauty: I second the notion!

Mel: Start explaining Kim.

Panicking, Kim pulled Gerald’s arm towards her and pushed her infront of her barkada.

Kim: Siya! Siya ang sasagot ng lahat ng katanungan niyo. (>///<)

Erich: Kailan mo pa naging spoke’s person si Gerald?

Everybody laughed.

Maja: Opppsss… Tama na ang tawa. Anderson! Start talking.

Gerald sighed then started explaining everything to Kim’s barkada. Kim was standing behind Gerald and adds some things with Gerald’s story. They told them everything besides the fact about Gerald’s family background and wealth.

Gerald: So, that’s about it. Any more questions?

The whole barkada was still trying to take in all the things that Gerald told them.

Mel: So, the two of you were in Tagaytay for 7 days and 8 nights? In one hotel suite.  (O_O)

Gerald: uhhh, yes.

Maja: Ano ginawa niyo dun?! Don’t tell me. Kim! Ang bataan?!

Kim: (>///////<) Ano bay an Maja! Walang ganyang nangyari and that is far from happening ok?!

Beauty: Sa Tagaytay kayo tapos hindi niyo man lang kami isinama. TAMPO na kami! HMPF!

Kim: Eh sorry naman. Hindi ko din naman alam e. Nabigla na nga lang ako nasa Tagaytay na pala kami. (^_^)

Erich: teka, hindi yan ang issue! Ito ang malaking intriga! Nag confess si Gerald sa iyo? Mahal ka ni Gerald?

Both Kim and Gerald fell silent. Gerald just looked away and Kim was staring at the floor.

Erich: So it’s true? OMG!

Empress: so kayo na?

Beauty slapped Empress’ head.

Beauty: No stupid! Manliligaw pa lang si Gerald!

Maja slapped Beauty’s head.

Maja: Lakas mo maka stupid e isa ka pang stupid! I-try pa lang daw ni Kim na mahalin si Gerald ok. Diba Gerald?

Gerald: (>///<) ahhh, oo. Pero parang manliligaw na din ganun.

Barkada: Ahhhh… OK!

Kim: So, ok na ba? Malinaw na ba lahat?

Barkada: YUP! (^___^)

Erich: Pero Kim… May balak ka bang sagotin si Gerald?

Kim: Napag usapan na naming ni Gerald yan. Wala pa akong sagot sa ngayon. Pero malay natin. (^_^)

Mel: Gerald, hindi ka ba naiilang na ganito ang sitwasyon niyo?

Gerald: Nope, just like what Kimmy said we already talked about everything and I understand her. I’ll just do everything to make her fall in love with me. (^__^)

As he said this, Gerald turned to Kim and winked at her. In an instant the whole barkada teased them.

Barkada: AYIIIIEEE!!!

Maja: Edi ikaw na Kimberly Sue Yap Chiu ang mahaba ang hair!

Everyone laughed at Maja’s remark.

Kim: (>////<) magtigil ka Maja.

Gerald: Tigilan niyo nga si Kimmy. Kitang nag-blu-blush na yung tao oh. (^__^)

Kim: At talagang ginatungan mo pa. (-___-)

Gerald: Joke lang. Ito naman masyado sensitive. (^_^)

After that, the whole gang spent their day together making up for the time that Kim and Gerald was away.
