"May I have this dance?" I offered my hand to Ah Young without even thinking. She looked surprised by my sudden offer. "Um, sure."

Electricity jolted through my body as our hands connected. I could not tell if the cold hands belonged to her or mine. I pulled her body closer. Scent of lavender invaded my mind.

"You look pretty tonight." I started a conversation. "Thank you. You're not so bad yourself." Ah Young replied, trying to hide her nervousness through her poker face.
