Kiara paced the hallways holding her phone unsure if she should do it or not. What if he found out about the truth that she tried keeping in for so long? What if he ended up hating her for everything? Kiara ran a hand through her hair, frustrated with the long wait. She fisted her hands and bit it, feeling the tears escaping her eyes again. Why was this happening to her? Was this karma getting back to her for all the things that she had done?  But most importantly, why was this happening to Ryden? Ryden didn’t deserve this, he was so innocent. What had he done wrong? Kiara started sobbing as she rested her head against the walls. God, I know you’re mad at me but Ryden doesn’t deserve any of this. Punish me, instead. Ryden’s just a kid.

“Hey baby boy, time for breakfast! Why aren’t you up yet, sweety?”

Kiara sat at the edge of the bed, staring down at her pale baby. The doctor said it was nothing, it was just flu. But why was it taking so long for Ryden to recover? The medicines were not working and Ryden was looking paler and sicker with each passing day. Why was Ryden always falling sick? Kiara didn’t understand where she was going wrong. She couldn’t afford to go to a doctor if Ryden’s sickness doesn’t go away. Ryden groaned in his sleep and Kiara’s heart dropped at how he sounded so weak. She missed her bubbly baby.

Ryden winced as he tried seating up but he was too weak and gave up. Kiara patted Ryden’s small thin arms, biting her lips. What was happening to her baby boy? He was too weak to eat and that resulted in his body growing more and more thinner. Kiara Ryden’s hair and decided that she needed to bring him to the clinic one more time. If the doctor were to tell her that there was nothing wrong with Ryden and gave her the stupid same medications, Kiara would have some ball-busting to do.

It had been months since Ryeowook last called. The last time he called her was to tell her about how he and Kyuhyun were a couple now and that he was so in love with Kyuhyun and they were so happy with one another. Kiara was happy for Ryeowook and although she admitted that a pang of jealousy hit her straight in her gut, she knew it was bound to happen. Kyuhyun and Ryeowook were close and Kiara always knew that Ryeowook always had a soft spot of Kyuhyun. After that call, Ryeowook got so busy with all the travelling and rehearsals that Ryeowook stopped calling. Or least that was what Kiara hoped to think of. Surely, Ryeowook couldn’t have just forgotten about her and Ryden? …. Right? Kiara shook her head, feeling the world closing in on her. Was Ryeowook so happy with Kyuhyun that he decided that he didn’t want to play a part in their lives anymore? Whatever it is, Wookie still has to know about Ryden’s condition.

“What the hell is going on in here?”

Donghae muttered with a worried and confused face. Heechul was shocked to find clothes scattered on the hotel room everywhere, toiletries all spread on the bed, the hotel room was just a freaking mess like a freaking tornado just hit it. Ryeowook’s back was facing both of them and he was… He was packing? He was shoving and dumping clothes into his luggage, cursing at his clothes to coopera
