The moment when

I describe how on the other side of the world, half of the people kill themselves-

"Well, we do have the problem of overpopulation."

How can you bother laughing,

When the person sitting across from you,

Has once found herself teetering over the edge,

Almost ready to embrace the Abyss of Death?

Even now,

The darkness calls for me,

Sings sweetly to me when no one is by my side.

I do not know,

If you just hate how the other half of those people on the other side of the world,

Manages to get success in their hands while you cannot,

Or you just do not know what it is like to stand on the edge,

But neither jealousy nor ignorance is an excuse.

I can dry my tears,

Cover my ears,
