You were hanging out with you friend Ren. You were talking animatedly with him until two guys walk up to you.

“Hey there, what are you doing hanging out with this” they said, saying how Ren had blonde hair.

“He’s a guy and he’s my friend so back off” You say to them, glaring.

“Ha, a guy? I don’t believe you.” One of them pestered.

“Yea, prove it. Otherwise come hang out with some REAL guys” The other one said, taking a step closer.

“Yah, leave her alone” Ren says, pulling your arm a bit to go near him.

“Stay out of it” They threatened.

“YAH! Just leave him alone” You say and they just smirk at you.

You roll your eyes before continuing,

“Fine I’ll prove it” You say and you quickly turn to Ren and lightly kiss his cheek.

“Like that proves anything” The sneered. Ren looked surprised but was a bit annoyed at the guys still annoying them. He turned and before you could react he kissed you full on, on the lips. Your eyes closed on their own and you two stayed like that for a few seconds. When he did pull away you looked at him, surprised that your best friend had just kissed you.

“Good enough?” Ren said, looking to the shocked guys. They just walk away and Ren turns back to you. You are still staring at him quite shocked and he smiles. He pulls you in and hugs you, whispering in your ear.

“It’s taken me some time to tell you, but… I like you…”
