After showering, I got dressed and walked out of the bathroom, to see Taemin standing there, looking very serious. "Yes?" I asked nervously.

"Listen. I don't know if...if you know this or not, but I really like you. Alot. So much that, I don't even want to go back to Korea. But since I have to, I want to spend the last moments that I have here with you. I don't want it to be awkward that we're...not technically together right now, and I really want us to be close friends when I leave here."

I nodded as he continued, "I don't care what you say, today was fun. I enjoy spending time with you, and I think you enjoy it too. If you don't, just say so and I will shut up." he cleared his throat and kept talking. "So...please...just tell me...if we can be friends now. Not ignore eachother, and not make things awkward when we're around each other, and just have fun."

I swallowed and closed my eyes for a second, then looked up at him and said "I really like you too. It's going to be....hard for me when you leave, that's why I ended things. But...I really do want to be your friend."

His face lit up. "Good" he said, smiling. He ran over and picked me up, twirled me around and then hugged me tightly. His hands gripped my clothing as he hugged my close, and I put my arms around his neck, burying my face in his shirt. His hair was still wet, and as the water dripped onto me he quickly let go and said, "Omo! I'm sorry. I'll shower now." He blushed and ran away.

I giggled and ran to my room. Good thing I didn't have to ignore him now.

Day 50

"Taemin, should we go somewhere today? You don't have class...and I have nothing to do, and it's a nice day outside."

"Hmm...yes! I have the perfect idea. Cmon, let's go."
Taemin grabbed my hand and led me outside to the car, shoving me inside and getting in the passenger seat.

"Now drive." he said, pointing straightward.

"But...where?" I asked.

"You'll see" he smiled mysteriously. "Just follow my instructions."
He gave me directions, telling me where to turn and where to go, and soon we came to the city's pier.

"Whhaaa, look at all those boats." I exclaimed.

"Let's go!" he said, running out of the car and opening my door for me, motioning for me to exit.

I got up and he grabbed my arm, pulling me to the dock, where there were a few small boats and a sign, "B O A T  R I D E S"

"Are we going on this?" I asked quickly.
He nodded and smiled. "Won't this be fun?"

I smiled. "Yes."

He looked at me curiously and helped me into one of the boats, sitting me across from him. An old man entered the boat, took some money from Taemin and started the boat. "Aren't there any other riders?" I asked the man.

"Nope, I don't get much business here. You're the only ones."

I nodded and the boat took off. Once far in the water, Taemin pointed to the dock. "Look, everything is getting so small." I turned around and saw that we were getting pretty far away from land.

I must've looked nervous, because at that moment Taemin grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes. "It's okay if you're scared. Nothing will happen." I nodded and smiled, squeezing his hand slightly.

Taemin stood up and sat next to me, putting his arm around my shoulder and taking my head, resting it on his shoulder. "This is nice, isn't it."

I sighed and with the hand around my shoulder, he grabbed my hand and held it tight. The sun started to go down and the sunset was beautiful. That moment was perfect. I picked up my head to look at it and I said, "Wow...that's beautiful."

I noticed Taemin's head turn from viewing the sunset to looking at me. When I noticed he was staring, I looked at him and he smiled slightly, looking at me sincerely. "You're...really beautiful." he said, my hair.

I blushed. "No.." I said, looking away embarrased.

"He took my chin and turned my head to him saying, "Yes......" then leaned in, closing his eyes. I closed my eyes slowly and leaned in too, waiting for our lips to meet. I felt his hand on my waist pulling me closer to him, so I put mine around his neck, resting the other on the seat we were sitting on. Slowly, our lips brushed against eachother, pushing closer.

BOOM!

Startled, I jumped, sitting up. Our kiss interrupted, Taemin sighed and asked, "It wasn't supposed to rain today, was it?"
The driver of the boat looked nervous. "We better get back before lightning comes."

"What!?" I said, scared.

"If there's lightning, it's very dangerous around water. I'll turn around at once."

"If it was going to rain, why did you take us out here?" Taemin asked, angrily.

"This is a shock for me too, sir, please remain calm, I'm doing my best."

I nervously breathed heavily, and Taemin pulled me into his lap. "It'll be okay" he said, carressing my back and hair.

I nodded, burying myself in Taemin's body, feeling his warmth engulf me. BOOM! Another crash of thunder scared me ad I squealed, causing Taemin to grip me tighter and whisper, "It's going to be okay."
