okay, the first thing i noticed were the colors. i wouldn't want to mix violet and green, sorry. i don't like the colors and pictures mixed like that. and the font for the names were a little... not readable? the first time i saw 'btob' i thought it was btol.
+color usage ( remember it depends on the theme ); 12'15
the violet mixing of the pictures isn't much eye-catching, and the green background is a little empty and plain don't you think?

once again, i wasn't much of a fan of the mixing of the pictures and violet. well, yeah, i'm just not a big fan of the pictures.

i wasn't wow-ed with all the fonts, i'm sorry. you could check my sources, i think it would help with your posters.

the poster looks good, though.
