(Phone call)

“Sooyoung-ah, sorry. I have some work to do, so I’ll be home late. You just eat dinner outside, okay?”

“But Seobie, I …”

“Sorry, I have to hang up first. Bye”.

He hang up. I don’t even done finish my word. I already finish cooking and prepared for the dinner. I even make his favourite dish. Maybe I should call him and tell him that I will wait for him.  Or not?

I called him back. But he wouldn’t pick it up. Maybe, he really busy, but he rarely act like this. What bothering him nowadays?

I waited for him. The clock showed that it’s already past 12 a.m. but still Yoseob didn’t show up yet. Did he really have many works to do? Because of curious plus worried, I called him, again.

After several rings, he picks up,

“yeoboseyo?”

“Ah, Seobie, where are you? Still at work?”

“Ahh..ani, I on my way home. You still awake?”

“Nae, I wait for you”

“aww…you don’t need to, okay? Beside you have to work tomorrow. You better get yourself enough sleep”

“gwenchanha, Seobie-ah, plus you on your way home right? Let’s have dinner first, I bet you didn’t eat yet right?”

“You wait for me to have dinner together? So, you didn’t eat yet?”

“umm..see you at home, annyeong!”

I hang up. 

Few minutes later, Yoseob showed up.

“annyeong~”  I ran up to Yoseob and he plant a kiss on my temple.

“Miss me, huh?” he asks.

“I don’t see you for the whole day okay?” I said. He just flashes a sweet smile

“Let’s go eat than,” he put his hand on my shoulder and we walk together to the kitchen.

Actually, our house is not that big. We just live in an apartment and that’s enough for us. It doesn’t mean that Yoseob doesn’t earn that much, but we just want to be like other ordinary married couple.

He pulls his chair and I serve the dishes.

“Woah….Daebak!” he cheered as I put on his favourite dishes on the dining table.

“well, who make it.” I look at him.

“Miss Yang Sooyoung” he replied and kisses my hand. “Gomawo yoebo”

The way he behaves at me makes my heart melt. Who doesn’t want a husband like him? I can consider myself lucky.

“The food is getting cold, eat it” I said and sit in front him.

He digs into the dishes and munches it, than he munches it in slow motion. And make a face.

“Why, something wrong with the food?”

“Umm…why it taste different?” he asks

“Ahh Jinja? Is it that bad?” I looked straight into his eyes.

“It tastes too delicious today” he smiled sweetly at me.

“ahhh mwoya?” I pouted.

“Aww…why my wife is so cute today?” he pinches my cheeks.

I am really lucky to have him.
