Seungho waited nervously at the table in a restaurant as told by Jaejoong. Jaejoong had called him in the afternoon for a meet up.

Seungho saw Jaejoong was coming towards him and stood up to greets him with a small smile and a friendly wave. There's another person tailing behind him. And what was up with the look on his face? His smile immediatly dropped. He looked …SCARY! Oh damn! I 'm doomed. What's going to happen now?

“Nice to see you again, Mr Jung."

"Oh Seungho ... may I please introduce you to Karam's appa?" Jaejoong asked in a very sweet voice.

Yunho smiled and spoke " Hi, I'm Jung Yunho. Karam's appa."

"Hello Mr. Jung. Please to meet you." Seungho said extending his right hand to Yunho.

Yunho took it with a small nod.

“We won’t be here for very long however, since perhaps things won’t be uncomfortable for too long.” Jaejoong said.  The three of them sat comfortably at the table.

"So Seungho, you’re my son’s boyfriend and you go to the same school with him." His grin fades and he puts on the stern face again.

"Yes. We’re in the same class too.”

"Mm," Yunho answered. "Do you play any sports?"

"I’m the captain of the school football team." Seungho grinned.

Yunho nodded. ’ He’s a coordinated person. That means he is capable of protecting Karam should the need arise.’  "What makes you think you're good enough for my son?" Yunho asked.

"Yunho!" Jaejoong shrieked.

His face became blank for a moment. Seungho just shrugged. "Why not?"

"Just answer the damn question," Yunho muttered. “Do you like parties? Do you drink? Do you ever get into fights? ”

"Yunho!" Jaejoong objects. "If you must interrogate the poor boy, be subtle about it, please!"

Yunho keep his gaze pinned on Seungho. "Why? I want him to know exactly what will happen to him if he hurts my son. In any way."

Seungho was starting to get nervous. Finally. "Well?" Yunho asked

"Um," was his response, "I never liked parties. I prefer to stay home playing video games. I don’t drink. And I don’t get into fights unnecessarily. But I’m a good fighter. I love Karam and I won’t do anything to harm him."  His face was red, and he won't meet Yunho’s eyes.

"So, you think you’re good enough for my son?”

“Yunho~" Jaejoong whined. "Stop, please."

"What?" Yunho asked innocently.. "I'm not allowed to make sure he's good enough for my own son? I need to make sure he's good enough for Karam," Yunho repeated.

Jaejoong puts his hand on Yunho’s arm. "Yunho, enough. You've scared the poor boy half to death. Just eat your dinner. I'll talk to you about this later."

Seungho mouth turned up in the slightest of smiles and spoke. "He is perfection. No one is good enough for him, if you ask me. But if you are willing to give me a chance, in spite of my inadequacies, I'm going to be around for a long time if I had anything to say about it." Seungho almost looked apologetic for a second, but then he shrugged his shoulders. "Oh well, maybe you'll hate me soon enough anyway."

Yunho seemed pleased with Seungho’s answer. He paused for a moment before he said, "Why should I? We are here for a good course by the way." Yunho said, finally smiled.

"Pardon me?" SeunghoI inquired, hoping his tone didn't give away what he was truly wondering.

"Yes, Seungho. We are here to discuss something important with you."

Seungho was shocked with what he had just heard. He nearly chocked on his drinks when Jaejoong told him about the enagement they planned for him and Karam. He couldn't believe Jaejoong had just said that. "In two days??"

"Yes Seungho. You see, Karam's appa has to leave for Singapore in three days. So we planned to have the engagement party the day after tomorrow. Will that be okay with you?" Jaejoong explained, looking at Seungho. He added. "It's not going to be a big celebration. We just do it over a cocktail party. We also would like to meet up with your parent for this purpose."

"My parent passed away few years ago. I only have my uncle as my family."

"I'm sorry to hear that, Seungho. So please arrange us to meet with your uncle." Jaejoong said with his beautiful smile.

Seungho shrugged. "It's fine with me." He looked at Jaejoong. "About Karam, was he okay with it? I mean did he... well yea... accepted it?

Jaejoong hesitated before answering. "Not yet, he's still mad, but he will. We've already talked but he didn't know about this meeting. So, just show up at our house tomorrow at two. Don't give him another reason to be mad at you to make him change his mind."

"Got that."

"And don't be late." Yunho said. His grin returned as he gave Seungho a playful pat on the shoulder.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Karam lay in his bed, staring at the ceiling. He was smiling so wide remembering his conversation with his brother using skype last night.
'Hyung, I feel like I'm just next door. In my own room.'
'Hyung, you're smiling. I can live like this, hyung, as long as I can see you smiling at me. I can bear it, hyung.'
'You're mine, hyung.'
Karam exhaled slowly and his body trembled as he took in his words. 'You're mine.' The word echoed in his mind and he let his eyes slowly move from the ceiling to the photo frame hanging on the wall.
Jaejoong came in to check on him, but he rolled over, ignoring his umma. He knew everyone was worried about him; he had been locking himself in his room since his brother left to Japan.
"Karam," Jaejoong called.
Karam groaned and curled his body into a fetal
Chapter 48: Just drop by to say that Yamapi is my favorite character and I am thankful to him for taking care of minnie. I love how both of them share the same pain so I am grateful that changmin has a shoulder to lean on who really understands him.
Chapter 28: LOL. anyway, I'm a real Yunjae fan so yeah, I don't really like them ending up with other people. And I also tend not to like people who get in the way of them being together - which is why I only read Yunjae fics where they end up together.
Chapter 28: I'm kinda annoyed at Yamapi for acting so highly just because he's "helping". As if Yunho owes him the world for taking Changmin in. Jaejoong really should not have asked for Yamapi's help. It's not like Yunho forced Jaejoong to choose him. Jaejoong chose Yunho because he loved Yunho. Yamapi really should just accept that. Besides what Yunho said is true anyway, Yamapi really did hide Jaejoong and Changmin from him, and he also tried to take them away, so Yunho's distrust of him is founded and appropriate. and yet Yamapi is acting mighty because what? Jaejoong asked him first before he asked Yunho; which I do not like by the way; the right thing to do was really to tell Yunho before anyone else - because its what married people should do. Eh, really hope Yamapi cut ties with them seriously- it's like he's waiting around for Yunho to mess up just so he could take Jaejoong again.
Chapter 49: Ugh, I kinda hate the ending, poor Changmin... And I feel Karam was too unclear about his feelings. Sometimes I felt he loved Changmin, but then he suddenly doesn't feel a thing anymore for him.
As for Seungho, well I'm not a great fan of him. During the whole story I didn't really feel that Karam loved him. He did keep saying he did, but I felt he really cared about Seungho more in a brotherly way than romantic. And to be truthful, I didn't really understand Seugho's love for Karam. He hasn't talked once to him and he's already in love ! Honestly, even if I didn't really like him he deserved a lot better that Karam.
To be honest I really felt bad and sorry for Karam in the beginning, I was kind of expecting him to be the sad one at the end, but in the end he broke Changmin and Seungho's hearts a dozen times.
And about his engagement, he was miserable the whole time, or at least not super into it. He's finally free, he's about to go and see Changing then, he suddenly changes his mind !! The ending is very incoherent. I feel as if the author rushed into it to quickly, or they suddenly changed their minds about the ending. Seriously ! I wouldn't even have minded that much about Karen and Seungho if it had been logical, but this, it was totally unexpected and not in a good way, it's irrealistic wich is a shame because I loved the prequel..
I know this is kind of harsh but I'm really sad I disappointed, I was so ready to read about Changmin and Karangasem, happy together... In overall, this is a well-written fic that I'm sure hundred of people love it but it's really not for me. I kinda which I had not wasted my time reading this and instead skipped to the last chapter like I almost did around chapter 20...
Chapter 48: I love the ending. Seungho deserves this happiness. Karam is the one with less heartache in my opinion because he already had somebody to lean on, either Seungho or Changmin. But, I really feel sorry for Changmin. He is the one hurting the most. Even though, this was just a fic, I could still feel the emotions the characters were going through. I love the way you narrated the story. Great job author <3
