'Hyung...'

The sudden trumpet noise annoyed Changmin and broke off his train of thoughts. He glanced over to Seungho and was glad that Seungho didn't notice the secret moment he had shared with his brother. He glanced back and Karam also didn't seem to be aware of him staring at his necklace earlier.

The moment had gone and once again he let himself be dragged from one hug to another from his friends. After all the euphoria wore off, they hung around and talked about random things while eating the cake and drinks.

Changmin don't know where the hell his head was at anymore. For some reason his easy patience infuriated him. He made no secret of his fondness for his brother. He occasionally touched his brother’s arm or hand, but never pushed him for more than that. Although most of him was grateful that his brother didn’t try to distance himself after what they had gone through, all the parts of him that missed his brother were incredibly frustrated. He, however, tried his very best to spend the evening avoiding his brother and mingling with other friends, and although he tried not to look at his brother, he could feel his brother watching him, making him tingle and crave to be near him.

Changmin watched his brother on the other side of the room while Karam gave Seungho a tour of their house. Seungho was attentive and enthusiastic, listening carefully as Karam told him tales about their family. He asked questions, smiled, laughed, and Changmin got a twinge in his stomach as he realized that he was being jealous. He felt the familiar crushing feeling in his chest whenever he saw Seungho make some kind of contact with his brother and Karam didn't seem bothered by his actions. He sighed. He realized he would probably never get it right, never do it right. No matter what, both of them were destined to be hurt. That's all there was to it.

Meanwhile, Jaejoong slumped down against the wall on the floor in his bedroom. There was an empty beer bottle sitting next to him. 'Yunho'. That's all that was in his mind. It really broke his heart when he thought about Yunho's reaction if he told him that Karam was in a relationship with a boy and not a girl.  After about five minutes, he found himself leaving his room and walking slowly to the party. Jaejoong saw that Seungho was sitting alone watching Karam and Changmin passing the cakes to the guests. He walked over to him and sat next to him. Seungho who was enjoying the night, suddenly became nervous after realizing the person sitting next to him was Karam's Daddy Jae.

"So, you're my son's boyfriend..." Jaejoong said, looking at him with a sweet forced smile.

"Err.. yes," Seungho answered, scratching the back of his head with a wide grin.

Jaejoong then sat back and looked straight ahead. "Do you really love my son? You don't have any bad intentions towards him?"

"Yes." He took a deep breath. "Yes, I do love him. And no, I do not have any bad intentions towards him," Seungho answered shyly but with a confident tone.

"Do you realise what you are getting yourself into and the consequences you both will face from the community later on?"

Seungho inhaled and let his breath out slowly. "Yes, I know. I will fight for him. I won't ever let him get hurt. I'll never leave him."

"Those are rather big words, don't you think?" Jaejoong chuckled.

Seungho nodded but stayed silent. Of course he knew those were big words, but he would do anything to fulfill them.

"You love him very much, don't you?" Jaejoong asked breaking him from his thoughts.

"Yes, I do," he replied. "More than anything."

Jaejoong looked at him with a smile. "Karam deserves a good man," he stated. "And you seem like a good one. Am I right?"

Seungho blushed. "I hope so. I try to be," he replied nervously.

Jaejoong placed his hand on Seungho's shoulder. "I'll be honest with you." Jaejoong took a long, deep breath. He started, "To know that Karam had a boyfriend and not a girlfriend as his lover was not great news to me nor will it be for his appa. You may face problems especially with his appa later. But as for now, you have my blessing. You have my support. Take good care of him. I hope you really do sincerely love him for who he is. I will handle the rest with his appa," he told him, smiling that smile that turned him into an angel.

Seungho's expression lightened and his eyes lit up. He couldn't help the grin that settled over his face. "Thank you, Mr. Jung. I hope you can see that I am truly sincere about him."

"Good, then."

Chapter 48: Just drop by to say that Yamapi is my favorite character and I am thankful to him for taking care of minnie. I love how both of them share the same pain so I am grateful that changmin has a shoulder to lean on who really understands him.

Chapter 28: LOL. anyway, I'm a real Yunjae fan so yeah, I don't really like them ending up with other people. And I also tend not to like people who get in the way of them being together - which is why I only read Yunjae fics where they end up together.

Chapter 28: I'm kinda annoyed at Yamapi for acting so highly just because he's "helping". As if Yunho owes him the world for taking Changmin in. Jaejoong really should not have asked for Yamapi's help. It's not like Yunho forced Jaejoong to choose him. Jaejoong chose Yunho because he loved Yunho. Yamapi really should just accept that. Besides what Yunho said is true anyway, Yamapi really did hide Jaejoong and Changmin from him, and he also tried to take them away, so Yunho's distrust of him is founded and appropriate. and yet Yamapi is acting mighty because what? Jaejoong asked him first before he asked Yunho; which I do not like by the way; the right thing to do was really to tell Yunho before anyone else - because its what married people should do. Eh, really hope Yamapi cut ties with them seriously- it's like he's waiting around for Yunho to mess up just so he could take Jaejoong again.

Chapter 49: Ugh, I kinda hate the ending, poor Changmin... And I feel Karam was too unclear about his feelings. Sometimes I felt he loved Changmin, but then he suddenly doesn't feel a thing anymore for him.
As for Seungho, well I'm not a great fan of him. During the whole story I didn't really feel that Karam loved him. He did keep saying he did, but I felt he really cared about Seungho more in a brotherly way than romantic. And to be truthful, I didn't really understand Seugho's love for Karam. He hasn't talked once to him and he's already in love ! Honestly, even if I didn't really like him he deserved a lot better that Karam.
To be honest I really felt bad and sorry for Karam in the beginning, I was kind of expecting him to be the sad one at the end, but in the end he broke Changmin and Seungho's hearts a dozen times.
And about his engagement, he was miserable the whole time, or at least not super into it. He's finally free, he's about to go and see Changing then, he suddenly changes his mind !! The ending is very incoherent. I feel as if the author rushed into it to quickly, or they suddenly changed their minds about the ending. Seriously ! I wouldn't even have minded that much about Karen and Seungho if it had been logical, but this, it was totally unexpected and not in a good way, it's irrealistic wich is a shame because I loved the prequel..
I know this is kind of harsh but I'm really sad I disappointed, I was so ready to read about Changmin and Karangasem, happy together... In overall, this is a well-written fic that I'm sure hundred of people love it but it's really not for me. I kinda which I had not wasted my time reading this and instead skipped to the last chapter like I almost did around chapter 20...

Chapter 48: I love the ending. Seungho deserves this happiness. Karam is the one with less heartache in my opinion because he already had somebody to lean on, either Seungho or Changmin. But, I really feel sorry for Changmin. He is the one hurting the most. Even though, this was just a fic, I could still feel the emotions the characters were going through. I love the way you narrated the story. Great job author <3

Chapter 45: They could have just tried a relationship if Karam loves both of them. That would've been awesome, right?
