In his room, Karam stood against the door and slowly slid down it, his breathing shaky. Heart pounding uncontrollably, Karam bit down on his lip and shivered. He didn't know how long he was on the floor. Everything just happened so quickly, he couldn't wrap his head around it. He rubbed his head in his hands, and stood up when there was a knock on his door. He composed himself, and then opened it.

"Hey hyung." Changmin said, halfheartedly. "Are you all right?" He asked with concern. He stepped in and tried to reach Karam's wrist to pull him into a hug but Karam stepped back.

"Yea…yea hyung is fine." he answered him, forcing a smile. "Hyung is going to take a shower." Without waiting for a response from his brother he walked towards the bathroom.

"Hyung…please. Wait." He ran after his brother and grabbed his arm, forcing him to turn around into his chest. "Hyung, you've taken your shower this morning. Stay here with me." Changmin said pulling Karam to sit on the bed. Both were silence.

"Hyung," Changmin said, and reached over and took Karam's hand where it rested on his laps. Karam squeezed his hand tightly in return.

"I'm sorry, baby." Karam started sobbing. "It's just that I still can't believe it umma is sending you away to Japan to stay with Uncle Yamapi."

"You don't have to be sorry, hyung. It's not your fault." Changmin said softly. This was all too surreal to be happening. He felt his eyes watering and took a deep breath. He didn't want to cry in front of his brother, not now anyway, not when he needed to be the strong one.

Karam broke down, and collapsed in Changmin's arms. He wrapped his arms around his brother's neck and cried into his shoulder. Changmin just held him and rubbed his back. Finally, Karam calmed down. He felt his body relax in his brother's embrace.

"Are you…are you going to leave hyung alone here?" Karam asked him in a small voice. He was looking down.

Changmin didn't think anything would ever equal the amount of fear he'd felt grip his heart as when he looked at his brother, felt the pain that he was in, saw the utter desolation on his face, he knew that he would never forget this moment.

"Hyung…look at me." Changmin asked. Karam brought his eyes to his after a minute. "I have wanted you to be mine for so long…there is no way in hell that I'm going to leave you. You have nothing to worry about." Changmin leaned down and kissed the tears that had started falling away, and then kissed his brother right between the eyes. Raising himself up a little, he looked at Karam in the eyes and his perfect cheeks. "I love you…forever." He leaned down and kissed his mouth, and Karam reached up around his neck and kissed him back fervently. Pulling away slightly, Karam rested his forehead on his.

"This is going to get better. I'm going to be here again for you. For us." Changmin assured his brother.

"It's not going to get better."

"It will." Changmin insisted. "I promise you, hyung."

Karam looked up at Changmin. He blinked a couple of times before he spoke. "We can just run away. You and me. Come with hyung, baby?"

"We can’t do that,   hyung. We can't leave everything behind in a mess." Changmin replied weakly but his hand reached out to touch him and traced his jawline softly. He continued. "Hyung, appa was right though. We're not even complete our high school yet. How are we going to make for leaving? Beside we just going to break appa and umma even more." He answered truthfully, his frown heavy.

A silence fell upon the two and Karam felt his mind racing with thoughts and choices and decisions. His brother was right, running away was not the solution. Karam nodded, accepting his answer.

"Hyung, Tokyo in not far from here. It's just one hour flight. We can always call to each other. We can Skype call every day."

"But for how long?" Karam asked. "Appa and umma wanted to separate us. Forever, you see. They expected us to move on until we settled down on our own life. Separately."

"I know that, hyung. I know that. But I will not giving up. Not now. " He added. "We just follow their wish for now. We're still young, hyung. We have plenty of time to make appa and umma accept us. Please be patient."

Silence

"Hyung, umma said I'll be leaving in two days."

"…don't leave me." Karam whispered, his quiet voice catching in the back of his throat. He looked at his brother with wet eyes full with pain and heartache.

Changmin eyes shone with tears at the near desperation in his brother's voice as he pleaded with him to never do something he'd never be capable of anyway. Good, bad, and ugly, he wanted to be with him until the very end. Feeling tears in his own eyes starting to well up, Changmin took his brother in his arms. "Never."

Karam's stomach just has time to tangle itself in a knot before he felt his brother's hand at the nape of his neck. Changmin lips brushed Karam's and Karam's body went int

Chapter 48: Just drop by to say that Yamapi is my favorite character and I am thankful to him for taking care of minnie. I love how both of them share the same pain so I am grateful that changmin has a shoulder to lean on who really understands him.

Chapter 28: LOL. anyway, I'm a real Yunjae fan so yeah, I don't really like them ending up with other people. And I also tend not to like people who get in the way of them being together - which is why I only read Yunjae fics where they end up together.

Chapter 28: I'm kinda annoyed at Yamapi for acting so highly just because he's "helping". As if Yunho owes him the world for taking Changmin in. Jaejoong really should not have asked for Yamapi's help. It's not like Yunho forced Jaejoong to choose him. Jaejoong chose Yunho because he loved Yunho. Yamapi really should just accept that. Besides what Yunho said is true anyway, Yamapi really did hide Jaejoong and Changmin from him, and he also tried to take them away, so Yunho's distrust of him is founded and appropriate. and yet Yamapi is acting mighty because what? Jaejoong asked him first before he asked Yunho; which I do not like by the way; the right thing to do was really to tell Yunho before anyone else - because its what married people should do. Eh, really hope Yamapi cut ties with them seriously- it's like he's waiting around for Yunho to mess up just so he could take Jaejoong again.

Chapter 49: Ugh, I kinda hate the ending, poor Changmin... And I feel Karam was too unclear about his feelings. Sometimes I felt he loved Changmin, but then he suddenly doesn't feel a thing anymore for him.
As for Seungho, well I'm not a great fan of him. During the whole story I didn't really feel that Karam loved him. He did keep saying he did, but I felt he really cared about Seungho more in a brotherly way than romantic. And to be truthful, I didn't really understand Seugho's love for Karam. He hasn't talked once to him and he's already in love ! Honestly, even if I didn't really like him he deserved a lot better that Karam.
To be honest I really felt bad and sorry for Karam in the beginning, I was kind of expecting him to be the sad one at the end, but in the end he broke Changmin and Seungho's hearts a dozen times.
And about his engagement, he was miserable the whole time, or at least not super into it. He's finally free, he's about to go and see Changing then, he suddenly changes his mind !! The ending is very incoherent. I feel as if the author rushed into it to quickly, or they suddenly changed their minds about the ending. Seriously ! I wouldn't even have minded that much about Karen and Seungho if it had been logical, but this, it was totally unexpected and not in a good way, it's irrealistic wich is a shame because I loved the prequel..
I know this is kind of harsh but I'm really sad I disappointed, I was so ready to read about Changmin and Karangasem, happy together... In overall, this is a well-written fic that I'm sure hundred of people love it but it's really not for me. I kinda which I had not wasted my time reading this and instead skipped to the last chapter like I almost did around chapter 20...

Chapter 48: I love the ending. Seungho deserves this happiness. Karam is the one with less heartache in my opinion because he already had somebody to lean on, either Seungho or Changmin. But, I really feel sorry for Changmin. He is the one hurting the most. Even though, this was just a fic, I could still feel the emotions the characters were going through. I love the way you narrated the story. Great job author <3

Chapter 45: They could have just tried a relationship if Karam loves both of them. That would've been awesome, right?
