Taeyeon's POV

"Yah! Kim Taeyeon! Wake Up!" a familiar sweet voice shouted as I felt someone shaking me, trying to wake me up.

Instantly, I opened my eyes slowly as I knew whose voice it belonged to, the love of my life.

"G..Good morning, Fany.." I said still half awake.

"Good morning? No! It's a bad morning! I tried waking you up for the past 30 minutes! Have you forgotten that we are suppose to go out with the others and meet them at the mall?" she asked, feeling frustrated.

"How can I forget when you were talking about this outing for the whole week?" I asked as I slowly got out of bed and went into the toilet to brush my teeth.

"We're suppose to meet them at 11 A.M. at the mall and it's already 10.30 A.M.! Hurry up and get ready! I don't wanna be late for our first outing!" she yelled.

It has been two weeks since I first met her. Day by day, we got closer and closer and I've fallen deeper and deeper in love with her. Today's the first time we've gone out togther with YulSic, SooSun and YoonSeo. Tiffany and I have both been looking forward to this for the whole week, but I chose not to show it as I didn't want to let her know how I feel about her.

At The Mall (Yuri's POV)

I checked my watch, 11.10 A.M. Everybody was already here, all except for Taeyeon and Tiffany.

"What's taking them so long, Yul?" Jessica asked me, feeling a little frustrated.

"I don't know.." I said as I saw a familiar face running towards us with her hand holding onto another girl's hand.

"I'm... *gasp* so sorry *gasp* for being late guys, we wouldn't be late if *gasp* this pig has woken up earlier." the girl said as she was panting.

"Yah! Fany! You were the one who didn't allow me to sleep early and forced me to play truth or dare with you until 1 A.M. in the morning! Ofcourse I'm tired!" Taeyeon barked back as she let go of the girl's hand and payfully hit her on her shoulder.

"Yah! Kim Taeyeon! It's not my fault you took up the challenge for doing whatever I tell you to do for a whole month! So what if I've already forgiven you? A deal is a deal and a month has not passed yet!" she yelled back with a grin on her face.

"Grrr... Fine.. You win!" Taeyeon said before she turned to us as she realized we were all starring at the both of them with confused looks on our faces.

"You guys really look like a couple!" Jessica teased them as I saw their faces turning into a shade of pink.

"We're not! It's just the way we are..." the girl said as she turned to face Taeyeon.

"C'mon guys! Let's go! We don't wanna be late for the movie!" Taeyeon said as we all nodded and walked towards the cinema.

Along the way, I kept looking at Taeyeon. I couldn't believe what just happened. I actaully saw Taeyeon, the strongest person in our group, blush! I've never in history, seen her blush before! Taeyeon has been acting really wierd lately, during recess, she'll just stare at her food and day dream and smile like and idiot at her food but everytime we ask her what she's been day dreaming about, she just says she's thinking about someone. And whenever she's with her dorm mate, she suddenly  becomes so hyper and so much happier. I've always thought that she might have fallen for her dorm mate but this time, I was sure, she has really fallen for her.

I walked over to her and pulled her behind the rest, still following them from behind but kept a distance so we could talk privately.

"What's wrong, Yuri?" she asked.

"You like her, don't you?" I said as I looked at her dorm mate, walking together with Jessica, talking and laughing together.

"Wh...What are you talking about? T...Tiffany? No way!" she stuttered, which prooved my point more.

"Don't lie to me, you know I can see through everything. I can tell, the way you act infront of her, the way you've been acting lately, the way you look at her, the way you talk to her, you even blush and stutter! You like.. Tiffany, don't you?" I asked.

She hesitated for a moment and looked at the ground, she said, "Fine... You're right... I'm in love with her..."

I never would've imagined those words to ever come out from . She's never the type who falls in love with someone easily, yet, she has fallen for Tiffany in such a short amount of time. I knew she was not kidding about this as she'll never kid about her feelings. From her eyes, I could tell that she had really fallen for her, with all her heart.

"Have you told her about your feelings yet?" I asked as she gave me a shocked expression.

"Ofcourse not! Are you crazy?!" she paused and continued, "I've never met someone like her before, and we're becoming closer and closer to each other. I'm scared that I'll freak her out if I confessed and we'll never be as close as we were before. I don't wanna ruin our friendship. Besides... I'll be expelled if the teachers or the principal knew that I'm lesbian. Then, I'll never get to see her again. I'm willing to sacrifice and keep it to myself than telling her the truth and losing a friend like her..."

My eyes started to water upon hearing her words. I knew exactly how she felt, to feel as if you have gone against nature to love someone from the same gender, or afraid of the consequences our actions bare. You feel so wrong, yet, you can't possibly stop as it just feels so right. 

"But Taeyeon... I've never seen you falling for someone before. Also, there are so many lesbians in our school, it's just that everyone keeps their mouths shut and nobody gets expelled. We won't tell the teacher or the principal, we're a family and I want you to be happy. Just confess to her, tell her how you feel about her. Atleast she knows... and maybe.. she'll like you back, " I tried persuading her.

"You really think I should?" she asked as she bit onto her lower lip.

"Ofcourse! And... I need to tell you something too. The rest have kept it from you until we find the right time to tell you. No more hiding, no more denial. The truth is... Yoona, Sooyoung and I...We're... also lesbians. We never wanted you to know because we were scared that you might think we're freaks so we hid it from you for years. Similarly, we've all fallen for our dorm mates too. Yoona for Seohyun, Sooyoung for Sunny and I for Jessica. I'm really sorry we've kept this from you for so many years, Tae," I sincerely apologized.

Her eyes widen and her jaw dropped after she heard what I've just said. She took a few moments to absorb what I have just confessed as she finally gave me a gentle smile.

"It's okay... and.. I already guessed it. You guys are always so close to your dorm mates that it would seem impossible for you not to fall in love with them. Thanks for telling me anyway, I really appreciate your honesty. I've just made made up my mind. I've decided to confess to her... soon," she said and gave me a dorky smile.

We finished our private talk and went back to our own dorm mates as we reached the cinema.

At the cinema(Taeyeon's POV)

"Hey, Fany!" I greeted with a grin.

"Yah! Where have you been? I was looking for you," she said with an annoyed tone.

"I was just...em.. talking to Yuri," I stuttered as I was afraid she would ask me more questions about our conversation.

"Oh.. What are we watching by the way?" she asked as I realized I've forgotten to tell her.

"Oh, we're gonna watch 'Scream 4'!" I screamed in excitement as I couldn't wait to watch it.

Her eyes widen and yelled, "What?! We're gonna watch that?!"

"Yah! Isn't it awesome?!" I asked as I realized Tiffany's face turning into a scared expression.

"Are you scared? Don't worry, I'll be beside you if you need me," I said as I gave her another smile, reassuring her.

"Well... I'm hate watching horror movies, I'm so afraid of the ghosts, serial killers, vampires, etc! But..Thanks, Taetae! I feel more at east with you by my side, " she said as her scared expression turned into a gentle smile.

"Wait... Did you just call me 'Taetae'?" I asked as I thought I was hearing things again.

"It's my new nickname for you! Why? I can stop calling you that if you don't like it," she said with a hint of disappointment in her tone.

"No, I love it!" I said as I flashed her a dorky smile and she giggled.

We all sat with our dormmates in a straight row, with Tiffany and I on the extreme left, Yuri and Jessica beside us, Sooyoung and Sunny on their right and Yoona and Seohyun at the end.

The thrill and action, the creepy phone calls plus the blood-stained walls did a great job at attracting my attention. The merciless murders were so bloody but so cool at the same time as they really seemed so real. My eyes were glued to the screen that I couldn't even look away for more than three seconds. Suddenly, I felt warm fingers grabbing onto my arm and squeezing it really tightly. I didn't need to turn to face the girl to know whom it belonged to. When she did so, my hand naturally reached for hers as I gently covered mine over hers, and it a few times, trying to calm her down.

During a killing scene, it was really voilent as massive amount of blood was oozing out of the victim's wound. Instantly, Tiffany shut her eyes, turned her head to my side, dug her head into my chest as she wrapped her arms tightly around me. I froze, instantly holding my breath unknowingly. Then, my hands slowly reached behind her as I pulled her closer to me and hugged her tightly in my arms. She was so afraid that her whole body kept vibrating.

"Don't worry, I'm here. Don't be afraid, I'll protect you.. and I'll never let anyone hurt you," I said with sincerity and love.

That warm feeling started to grow within me. I liked that feeling of her in my arms. I felt that it was my duty to protect her with all my life and never let her get hurt. Once she was in my arms, I never wanted to let go. From that moment on, I promised myself that I would confess to her, soon but not now, only when the time is right.

"Just a while...a while more and we'll be together. Just a while more and you'll finally be mine. I love you, Fany. Please wait for me," I whispered so softly that she couldn't hear me.

Tiffany's POV

When she pulled me closer to her, my heart was beating rapidly as I felt that strange yet comfortable feeling throughout my entire body. It felt nice. I instantly felt more calm although I was still vibrating. I felt safe in her arms, a great sense of security. When she said those words, I felt my face heating up. She sounded so sincere that I couldn't help but melt upon hearing those sweet words.

"You're so sweet, Taetae. Thanks so much for everything. You're always there for me. I wish this moment can last longer as I want to be in your arms forever," I thought as I enjoyed the feeling of having someone to be there and protect me.

Instantly, I opened my eyes and pulled away from her, realizing what I had just thought of. 

"What is wrong with you, Hwang Miyoung?!" I thought as I couldn't believe what just happened.

I looked at her,only finding a familiar girl sitting beside me, with her head tilted to a side, she was confused by my sudden pull away . I didn't know what to say so I just smiled and carried on watching the movie. I was hoping that she would not ask me about my sudden change in behaviour and fortunately, she just turned back to the front and continued watching the movie like nothing happened.

After the movie, all of us split up, with Taeyeon and I, Sooyoung and Sunny, Yoona and Seohyun and Yuri and Jessica. All of us went our seperate ways with Sunny and Sooyoung heading to the arcade to play games, Yoona and Seohyun went back to their dorm and with Yuri and Jessica nowhere to be found. I was in a great mood so I begged Taeyeon to stay and shop with me. At first, she hesitated but nothing can change her mind better than the awesome deal we've made. It sure did its magic as persuading her to stay was easier than I thought it would be.

I went to several shops, trying and buying new clothes. They were all of different materials, qualities, colours and prices. There were just so many designs to choose from. Taeyeon just stood beside, helped to give suggestions and followed wherever I went. I could tell she was bored but I was thankful she still continued to be beside me for the next two hours of shopping without even complaining or showing any form of unhappiness. She continued to smile and tried to fake that she was actually interested in the clothes I was trying. 

As we continued to shop, we came across a huge toy shop. Without hesitation, I reached for her wrist as I quickly pulled her inside. It seemed like forever since I've stepped foot into a toy store. It had all kinds of toys from pretty Barbie dolls, cool Nerf guns, fun lego bricks to cute and fluffy soft toys. Just then, I saw Taeyeon's eyes widen at the sight of some green and long soft toy. Within a few seconds, she appeared at the other end of the room, next to a section full of green bean toys in all sizes.

"Dukong!!!" She screamed as she sprinted towards the toy.

She was so engrossed in the grean been toy she has just picked up from the basket full of the same design but in different sizes, that she was totally oblivious to the fact that I has just walked over to her and was right behind her then. With enthusiasm, she quicklu ped the toy, revealing three cute little peas which were previously hidden inside the little 'cocoon'.

"So cute!" We yelled in unison.

Just then, something else beside the pile of dukongs caught my eye, that fluffy and grey creature I used to love when I was younger. Instantly, all my memories of my childhood started flowing back to me as I felt nostalgic upon thinking about those precious moments, the last few beautiful moments before my mother's death.

"Totoro!!!" I screamed at the top my my lungs as I flew over to the pile of grey, picked up one of them and squeezed tightly onto its soft and fluffy body.

Taeyeon turned to look at me and tilt her head and asked, "You like totoro?"

"Like? No way! I love totoro! It's just so cute!!!" I exclaimed as I squeezed tighter onto the grey creature.

I checked the price tag as my eyebrows grew towards each other.

"Oh no! It's too expensive, I must save up a few months of my daily allowance to be able to afford this. This is so unfair!" I complained as I pouted.

"Wow! It is really expensive," she said after walking over to have a better look at the price tag.

In the Taxi (Taeyeon's POV)

I looked at her, noticing how exhausted she was. Every now and then, she closed her eyes, leaned back and tried to sleep in an uncomfortable position but unfortunately, the taxi kept jerking and waking her up. She tried changing into different positions but still couln't sleep comfortably. I could see how tired she was, becoming more frustrated by the growing minute.

"I can lend you my shoulder if you need it. You look really uncomfortable," I suggested as she shook her head politely.

"No, it's fine," she said as she closed her eyes and tried to sleep again.

The ride was quiet. It wasn't an eerie silence you see in horror movies, but a rather beautifull silence. It felt so nice, and calming. I enjoyed every moment of the soothing silence and unknowingly, I slowly drifted off to sleep. After a few minutes, a weight on my shoulder woke me up. I turned, only to find an angel with her head on my shoulder, with a gentle smile on her face and sleeping soundly. I slowly put my hand around her neck, trying not to wake her up and pulled her closer to me.

I looked at her while she slept, she really looked like an angel. I never really thought I could enjoy watching people in their sleep this much as I was watching her sleeping soundly on my shoulder. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. From the way her hair perfectly cascaded down to her shoulders, to the way her perfectly shaped lips, to her y body, a sudden urge got the best of me. When I was sure she was in her dreamland, I looked at her beautiful face, moved my lips closer and gently planted a peck on her forehead, trying my best not to wake her up.

"I promise I'll never let anything or anyone hurt you.. I'll protect you with all my life and I'll always be there for you when you need me..." I whispered as I inhaled deeply.

"I love you, Hwang Miyoung," I whispered as I couldn't help but smile, I have just said the three words I've never said to anybody else before.
