Seated himself across Ri In, they both share hard glare. Fifteen minutes had passed since they have settled down. No one had initiated to break down the dead horrifying silence not until a waitress pass by.

“Do you all want to order anything?”

“Nothing!” they both said firmly with their fiery eyes never leaving each other.

Leans against his seat, he crossed his arms over his chest, “Never has this come to my mind. Describing you how polite, how kind hearted and courteous you were, my mother must have blinded by the trick of you deceiving people to say that!”

Ri In cannot imagine that the person Mrs. Kim talking about was Junsu. Yesterday, she had told her a lot regarding her son and his ex girlfriend which means her.

“Hey, you plan on not saying a single thing?” Junsu tapped his finger on the table to wake Ri In up from bewilderment.

“I’m leaving,” she grabbed her bag and intending to make her way out the restaurant. Upon seeing that, Junsu abruptly grabbed hold on her wrist as she walk passed him. “I won’t be able to give an explanation to my mother if you are to leave just like this.”

Seated back on the chair, she sighed, “why must I always bump into you?”

After almost ten minutes, their meals were served. Given her clumsy behavior, her lips were filled with cream. Reaching his hand across, he gently wipes it off, “Always the same, you’ve not change at all.”
Holding on the napkin, “I’ll do it myself.” She looked away from him.

-Cinema-

“Other movies are all sold out,” Junsu wave the ticket in front her face, “You’ve no choice but to watch this.”

Ri In had a hard time in reading the movie title as she peered closely. “Hey stop moving your hand,” she took the ticket and hit on his arm, “Palace maid horror movie?!”

Junsu smirks as he nods his head, “Precisely. You’ll enjoy this movie, I suppose.”

“Suppose your head,” she smacked his head. “Is not like you don’t know I detest horror movie so much, why must you treat me like this?” she whined.

Covering with his palm, he scanned around, “Hey, you’re making everyone think that I’m bullying a girl.”

“The fact is you are,” she bit on his palm.

“Ahh…this human have not change at all!” he chase after her to pull her into the theatre since there’s three minutes more before it start.

“Second row,” Ri In looked up at Junsu with tears almost form in her eyes. “Where are you going?” she held on really tightly on his hand.

He whirled to see a face of expression he had been missing all this while. “I’m buying something and will be back soon.”

Ten minutes had passed and the commercials have finally come to an end and the movie is about to start. Ri In scanned around to see Junsu nowhere in sight. It was strange to see the first row and all the seats beside her unfilled.

“Where’s this Kim Junsu?” she was frightened only by the music. With the movie had begun for almost half an hour, the scariest scenes has finally comes. Before the scary thing appears, she had already screamed and averted almost all the audiences’ attention to her. Scanning through around the cinema, she finally spotted Junsu sitting ten seats away her.

Text messaging on her cell phone, she sends Junsu:

Kim Junsu, you’re really great to fool me in this way! I’m going off right away and you shall prepare an explanation for your mother.

Unintentional on replying her message, Junsu remain sitting still he keeps his peek at Ri In. Within a minute, she got up from her seat and making her way towards the exit. Abruptly, Junsu ran up to her, pulling her back to the empty seats.

“Where do you think you are going?” Junsu pulled her sit beside him.

Stepping really hard on his foot, he couldn’t help but brings up his foot, “Ouch…does your weight same as a cow?!” he yelled as anger raging in him.

“Keep quiet the both of you,” everyone in the cinema shouted.

“All thanks to you,” Ri In intending to leave again but how on earth Junsu would let her go so easily. He placed his arm around her shoulder bringing her real close to him that she has no space to escape him. “You’re not going anywhere!”

After almost an hour, the movie had finally ended. Walking out from the cinema, neither of them utters a word. Stepping in front of the main entrance of the cinema, they noticed it’s raining heavily and it is almost impossible for them to run to the car park. Tilting his head, Junsu sees no shops around selling umbrella. Removing his jacket, he was about to lift it above them and just in this time, he sees Ri In opened her umbrella lifting it up above their heads.

As the umbrella opened, not covering Junsu who stood beside her, “Free show? Why did you take off your jacket?” she looked at him with her nature innocent face of expression. “Save it, no one would want to see this little tiny muscle.” She poked on it, irking him.

Rolling his eyes, he wears on his jacket and sneered, “You ain’t a turtle. Take it out faster if you have an umbrella next time.”

“Don’t worry,” Ri In retorted, “We definitely will not go out solely only the both of us, again!” she turned away, “I guarantee this!”

All of a sudden, a car was speeding very fast pass them. Ri In was oblivious with that and did not react in time to see her splashed by water.

“Huh…” Junsu went near her and whispered annoyingly into her ear, “Congratulations!”
Pushing against his chest with all her might, she flares up, “I don’t need you give me any ride. I’ll take cab…”

“Wait…” he grabbed hold on her elbow, “omma will definitely kill me if she knows I did not send you home. Besides, we’re living in the same house, why do you want waste money taking cab home?”

Recalled what she intended to said to him earlier, what he said had alarmed her. “Right, I know you hated me very much that you want seeing me tortured by all sort of thing even in your dream.” bringing her free hand to her hip, “that’s doesn’t mean you need to spend that much to buy all the seats!”

“You seriously can be very long winded,” Junsu held on her hand, “let’s get going already, the rain is getting heavier.”

The umbrella was very small and it meanly to protect one person from rain. Because Ri In was very much shorter that Junsu, the umbrella keep hitting his head, consequently, his patience has comes to a limit.

Rudely, he snatched the umbrella from her, “Ahh…I’ll hold it.”

Noticed his left arm wad drenched by rain, she regretted on not bringing a bigger umbrella, “I’m sorry. I thought I would go home by myself so didn’t bring the bigger one.” Pushing the umbrella over to Junsu, “You should cover yourself; there is lot of things you needed to handle.”

He angrily shook her hand off his as he pulled her closer to him, “Babo, you’re the one releasing album at the end of this summer. If you’re sick, it would be troublesome.” Realizing that she was wearing a sleeveless dress, he handed her the umbrella. Ri In just gazed at him intently not knowing what he’s about to do. He removed his jacket and put it around her. “Walk faster, or you’ll really catch a cold.”

“But you…”

“Ahh…” he cut her off. Looking up at her umbrella, “What’s the point of using this type of umbrella? It can’t even protect one person from the rain. Don’t waste any of your energy to bring this umbrella out anymore.”

Annoyed by what he said, she teases him as he poked on his arm, “This umbrella had been accompanied me since 2005. It’s because you’ve been working out lately and this umbrella can no longer be a shade for us.” They both stopped walking and eyed at each other. “Put it in polite words, you look muscular but say it cruelly, you look fat and as if those big man who will molest girl.”

“Yah, by any chance to you realize you talk too much recently?” poking on her head, he sounded solemn yet jokingly, “I’m reprimanding you, it’s very unwise for you to make me angry. I don’t know what I will do.” He went very close to her then having his eyes looking down.

Covering her chest, she grabbed the umbrella and pushed him away, “Idiot! Since when you’ve become this type of person?” she yelled whilst stepping on the puddle of water.
“Want to play yah…” he too stepped on the puddle of water, splashing. He threw away the umbrella and grabbed hold on her hand, pulling her around with water pouring on them. Within a minute, they are completely soaked by rain. Playing childishly just like the past, they seems have forgotten what had happened, as if they had gone back to the past, playing without any frets.

Hopping into the car, Ri In was quivering badly. Noticed that he’s completely wet, she reached her hand to the back passenger’s seat to get a towel. It was just like the past, he always will keep towel in his car. Before she could wipe his hair, Junsu snatched it and wrapped her head with it.

Drying her long hair with the towel she smiled, “Look at you…”

The towel was very long that Ri In pulled it over to wipes his face. At that moment, she has completely forgotten, all this while, escaping him has always become something she’s doing. Never did she realize that the smile that has always printed in her face back to the time they were still a pair has once again shimmered under the road light. Junsu couldn’t help but having his stare on her continuously. Coincidently, as she looked up, she meets his frail stare. She slightly withdrawing her hand as she realized the situation she has locked in.

Junsu just don’t let her do so. He grabbed hold on her hand, placing it on his chest, closing their very small distant, not knowing what should be done, she slowly backs away with Junsu keeping his gaze upon her. Right at that moment, she is really puzzled by how close they were. Ri In looks at their distance decreases; she closes her eyes feeling his lips touch hers. The kiss has soon become a passionate one. Deep inside, they still love each other very much. If only Ri In will utter the deepest thought of hers, or they will still be pains by these lingering feelings of love.

chapter 30:
“Tell me,” Junsu shakes her back and forth with his hands on her shoulder, “you do still have feelings for me, aren’t you?”

Shrugging off his hands tears gradually formed in her eyes, “Will you let go? Let go of this so call love.”

“That kiss meant something, isn’t it?"

“That kid is your nephew?”

“Didn’t you know about this long time ago? He’s my aunt’s son and his mother passed away a year ago.”

“I’m sorry, please forgive me...”

“Noona, I’ll forgive you if only you,” he used both his hands to sign language her ‘kiss’ “Junsu hyung…”

“Huh…” she stands up, “Inhwan, that’s have nothing to do with this…”
