I felt deflated as I entered the EXO dorm. I searched the entire campus for Chaerae and she was nowhere in sight. I'd gone through every practice room and every classroom. Where could she be? I lethargically slipped out of my shoes and made my way to the nearest coach. I'd been too slow... Aish! I ruffled my hair in frustration and threw my head onto the back of the coach and closed my eyes. Eotteokae!?

 

"Yah! Pabo! Call Chaerae." I felt something cold on my forehead as I heard Baekhyun's voice. My eyes opened instantly and I shot up from the coach. Of course! I turned to Baekhyun, who was handing me a cola can and tackled him in a hug. "Yah! Mweo!?" I kissed his cheek before running to our room, leaving him frozen in place.

 

I quickly tapped the screen of my phone to call Chaerae, as soon as I settled myself onto my bed. My heart was beating fast and I couldn't wait to hear her voice. It rang for what seemed like forever until I heard a foreign voice. 

 

"Hello?" I heard a male voice in English speak, with panting going on in the background. I was confused. I had called Chaerae hadn't I? "Hello? Michelle someone's calling but they won't reply. Should I hang up?" Michelle... Only three people call her that, and one is her ex boyfriend. My breath caught in my throat and I almost coughed. More panting reached my ears. 

 

"Just hang up. If its important they can call back. Hurry up and help me over here!" Her voice somewhat relaxed me, in a strange way in the current situation. I wanted to speak but something was holding me back. There was a lump in my throat and sweat began to form on my forehead. My hand began to tremble and my phone fell to the blankets next to me. I don't know what to think of this. I don't know if I should worry or be thankful. Her exboyfriend probably knows more about her than I ever would.

 

CHAERAE P.O.V.

 

I handed Kevin a cup of tea as I settled myself onto the coach accross from where Kevin was seated on the loveseat. He silently thanked me and began to sip at the tea. I watched Channie as he played with the cat toy that Chanyeol bought for him and smiled. My older cat Whiskers, and my mother's cat Simon watched on from their perches on the cat tower on the other side of the room, curious to the new visitor.

 

"You still like cats." My eyes met Kevin's and I nodded. He knew almost everything about me, at least from before we broke up and I left to come to Seoul. I smiled slightly as some bit of the feelings I had for him began to squirm inside of me. But the affection and attraction I had for Chanyeol overrode everything that Kevin could ever effect me with. Over the time that I had spent with Chanyeol, the time I spent detatched from Kevin, I had been able to smile again. I was able to sing again. It was a miracle that I had met Chanyeol. 

 

"Of course I do. This one I got just today after a date with Chanyeol. He was all alone in a box so I took him ho-" Kevin slammed the wooden cup that I had handed him just a short while ago onto the table and I was cut off. As I was speaking I hadn't noticed the anger growing in Kevin's eyes at the mere mention of Chanyeol. I was actually scared of him right now. 

 

"Don't talk about him... Please... I can't listen to this... I still love you, Michelle. I am an idiot for letting you go. An idiot!"

 

KEVIN P.O.V.

 

I couldn't help it. At the mere mention of that guys' name I lost it. I knew I was wrong to do it. I knew I was, but what choice did I have when I loved her this much? I didn't tell her the truth earlier. Yes, I came here because I had some time off of school, but that was becasue I had been taking night classes to get my diploma early and come here. I did all that I could just to follow her here. I loved her so much. I was an idiot to let her go when I did. I regret leaving her. I regret breaking her heart. I regret using another girl to forget her. I regret every one of my idiotic decisions. 

 

In a second I was on top of her, having pushed her to a laying positon on the three-person coach. She was shivering, fear evident in her large brown eyes, still the same from what I knew, yet different through her expression and the surgery she had udnergone not that long ago. This was wrong. I know it was. But I had to make her mine again. If I had to do it in a way that she couldn't refuse I would do it. I leaned in to kiss her, my breathing even, the polar opposite of her uneven gasps. She was scared of me, I could feel it. I'm sorry... I'm sorry... I love you...

I know, I know... I . I haven't been able to get good chapters out to you my lovely readers... I have two exams i=coming up in less than a month and two state administered tests as well. Accompanied with that I have a band competition in just two days. I have been swamped with work and other commitments through band. You can scold me, just please do not unsubscribe. I'd be so depressed... 

 

I tried to make it up to you with a slightly longer chapter here but I feel like this is crap. I made Kevin an evil person again, because I just need him to be hated. lol He's based off of my actual exboyfriend and yeah.. lol I don't hate him per se, but I dislike him after what I have heard he's doing to his new girlfriend whom is the nicest girl in our grade. I feel sorry for her... Enough of my personal life now...
