Tao was upstairs in his room taking a nap when loud noises and squeals from downstairs woke him up. He flung the blanket off and went down to see what all the commotion was about. "Look who just woke up," said Luhan.

Tao scratched his messy bed-hair and squinted to try and see clearly. And to his surprise, his eyes landed on a cute girl, also trying to clear her vision. ANNE? Tao gaped.

Her eyes widened when she saw Tai and she gasped, quickly looking away. Her cheeks flushed red and Luhan chuckled at her reaction.

Crap, I'm only wearing a wife-beater. Tao noted, looking down at himself.

Everyone gathered in the living room and Ayi explained why Mei Li and her family were here. After concluding that Lay and Chen would sleep in one of the rooms in the basement so Anne and Mei Li could take their room and their mother would stay with Ayi, the boys carried in the luggage.

As Mei Li and her mother and sister unpacked, the boys helped Ayi make dinner and set the table. Xiumin kept trying to steal some food, and Tao kept having to slap his hand away. But Tao didn't mind, since when would he ever get permission to hit him again?

After thirty minutes, Mei Li's mom came down to help the boys cook. Another thirty minutes passed by, and Mei Li and Anne skipped into the kitchen in their pjs. Mei Li was wearing shorts and a tank top with a knit cardigan over it like she always did. Anne wore long blue pajama pants and a white graphic tee with hello kitty on it. Her hair was in pigtails, adding on to her preschooler image.

"Come take a seat," Ayi said as she placed another plate of food on the table.

After eating, they all sat around the dining table making small talk. "So Mei Li, you went to China with EXO, am I right?" Ayi asked.

"Yes,” she replied.

"Was it fun? Or did the boys force you into going," Ayi joked. “That's definitely something my Wufan here would do."

Mei Li laughed, "Oh no, I wanted to go."

"Who did you room with anyways?"

Mei Li paused at her question and bit her lip. She glanced at her mom sitting next to Ayi and hesitated. I'm guessing her mom doesn't know either. Tao quickly changed the subject to bail her out. "I'm going to do the dishes. Noona, want to help?"

"Sure!" Mei Li exclaimed happily and got up.

The two of them ran over to the sink and got to work. "Thanks Tao, I owe you," she whispered.

"Haha, no problem, noona," Tao answered.

After putting on a sweatshirt over my wife-beater, Tao went over to Mei Li and Anne's room.

Knock knock!

Anne opened the door and let him in. "Where's your sister?" Tao asked.

"I think she's talking to Ayi downstairs," Anne replied.

"Oh..." Tao looked over her shoulder and saw a bunch of papers and pencils
