“Where would you want to eat?” he asked.

“Oh, I’m fine. Anywhere would be fine” she replied

“Ok… Then, let’s just go to…”

“Oh! I almost forgot. I’m supposed to prepare dinner for the four of us today – at my place; But since the two are not around… Would you still want to have dinner over at my house?”

“I’d love to. Honestly, I miss your cooking already” he said with a smile.

Bom ran to the kitchen immediately to prepare their food. “Come on in and make yourself at home. I’ll be done soon.”

This is Top’s first time inside Bom’s house so he looked around. He went to the living room and saw frames of photographs displayed. He went closer to look at each. There was one picture of her with her family. The rest was her pictures – some alone, others with someone else. A certain frame caught his attention. It was of a boy and a girl in their teens, their faces close to each other and both smiling. He remembered – it was the same picture he saw in his laptop computer when he was discharged from the hospital years ago. He looked at frame after frame. There were a lot of different pictures of him and Bom. Pain again struck his head as images came, flashing in his thoughts.

He was panting, holding his chest as it hit him – he remembers now. Every picture of him with Bom reminded him of his past – with her. He recalled every moment they spent with each other and at the moment, he doesn’t know what to do. He’s not even sure how he’ll feel.

Bom rushed to Top’s side as she came back and saw his condition. “Top? Are you okay? What happened?”  Bom looked around and saw the picture Top was looking at.

“Oh God. I’m so sorry Top…” She stood up to take all the pictures away but Top got a hold of her hand and stopped her.

“I… The pictures… I know… I remember…” he said, still trying to calm the fast pace of his beating heart.

“No… No Top… Don’t! You don’t have to keep on trying to remember.” She didn’t fully grasp what Top meant. She didn’t realize that what he was trying to say is that his memory is back. “I don’t want to see you like this. I was the only part of you
