*story cuts*

He sat alone at the edge of his bed.. Both hands gripping tightly on the strands of his hair as if wanting to pull them off.. He groaned in frustration.. This can't be happening to me..

Tears are now flowing out of his eyes. He has yet to make another decision. He was supposed to be used to all these given his profession, but this time, he can't seem able to make one.. This isn't how it's supposed to be...

It was a decision he had never wished to make......

She'd been crying for some time now... She still couldn't believe this is how things turned out for her... for them...

They had been careful... away from the scrutinizing eyes of people who surely wouldn't understand. They had no idea...

How could he? He promised me...

She kept on crying until there were no more tears falling... It was the end, as she figured. How could I ever move on? I just can't...

She went downstairs, straight to the medicine cabinet and grabbed the bottle containing her pills. It was again, one of those nights where she couldn't sleep. She placed a tablet in and chugged it down with a glass of water.

He stood planted a few meters away from her lying body. He wanted to touch her and hold her but his feet refused to move even an inch closer. He could only blame himself from what he's seeing right now. Could he have made a wrong decision?

Once again, he let the tears fall on his face. If it was for the best, why is everything like this? How is this the best? He wanted to scream and blame the world for what his life turned out to be.

He was filled with only regrets. If only he could take all the pain away...He'd give anything to be able to...

Finally, taking all the courage in him, he stepped forward... He dragged his heavy feet on her bedside and stared at her peaceful sleeping face for a good amount of time...

"Everything's going to be alright...

... Don't cry..."

This is a one-shot attempt; INSPIRED BY THE SONG "BABY DON'T CRY"

I hope you like it...

I fell in love with Dae's voice and I knew I just had to write about it...

So, here it goes.
