"Lindi! HyunA!" you gasped. "What are you doing here so early? The garden isn't even set up yet!" 

 

Lindi grinned at you. "Since I'm leaving in the morning, I'm here early so I can spend as much time with you as possible!" 

 

HyunA nodded in agreement. "Congratulations on being discharged!" 

 

You smiled tenderly. 

 

Lindi rolled her eyes, grabbing your wrist. "Enough with the cheesy stuff! Time to go set up!" she exclaimed and dashed towards the back with you trailing right behind. 

 

By the time she reached the garden, everything was already perfectly set up. "Yah! You said it wasn't set up yet!" 

 

You blinked. 

 

"Aish!" HyunA pouted. "I really wanted to do something useful though!" 

 

Laughing, you got ahold of both of their arms and forced them to sit down on the closest chairs. "Stay here and don't get up," you ordered. 

 

They nodded simultaneously. 

 

With a smile on your face, you ran about the estate trying to make sure that the party was going to be absolutely perfect. After all, all your friends were going to be here. 

 

Soon enough the garden was overflowing with people. Among them were Jongup, Minhyuk, Jay, the girls, the idiots, the bipolar best friends, and even Kimchi was able to make it.

 

You walked around, greeting everyone with a bright and thankful smile. It had been so long since you were last being social. 

 

Everyone said the usual congratulations and returned to their own group of friends. You couldn't help but feel your heart swell with pride. The atmosphere was so friendly and completely different from the usual. 

 

The only thing missing was your stupid boyfriend. You couldn't do anything about it thoug; he was busy practicing. 

 

You noticed a prescence approaching from behind you. You spun around and wasn't that surprised to find Jay standing behind you. You smiled at him. 

 

"Are you enjoying the party? Did you make any new friends?" 

 

Jay nodded, swirling the alcohol around his cup. "You don't look like you're enjoying the party though. Is it because he's not here?" 

 

You looked away. 

 

He tightly smiled and muttered, "I thought so." 

 

With a sigh, you grabbed onto Jay's shirt and maneuvered through the crowd until the two of you reached a part of the garden far far away from the noise. You looked down at your left wrist. Without hesitating, you unclapsed the bracelet and held it out. 

 

"I know your feelings. Actually, I've known for a long time now. You don't really hide it," you slightly chuckled. "Anyways, I'm sorry. I really am. I've always viewed you as nothing more than a best friend. You know how it is with Dongho and I. I'm truly very sorry that I can't give you anything in return besides friendship." 

 

Jay nodded. Surprisingly, he was smiling. "I knew this was going to happen anyways." he shrugged. 

 

He snatched the bracelet away from you and examined it. Then, he looked at you again. "Won't you at least keep this? I'm not kidding this time. Think of it as a friendship charm. That's the least you could do for me," he requested. 

 

You grinned at him as you held out your wrist. 

 

Jay slowly put the bracelet back onto your wrist with a sad smile. You could tell by his eyes. 

 

You felt really bad but humans are selfish beings. 

 

"If I had neer met Dongho, I'm sure I would have given you a chance." you tried comforting him. 

 

Jay stuck out his tongue at you. "Shut up, okay? Let's just go and celebrate the fact that you're finally saved from that h*ll hole." 

 

Laughing, you hooked arms with him and literally skipped back towards the center of the party. 

 

Kimchi immediately bounded up to you with his large gummy smile. 

 

"Meenah!" he exclaimed. 

 

"Sunbae!" 

 

Kimchi skidded to a stop. "Sunbae? Yah! We haven't seen each other in ages but I thought your memory was better than that!" 

 

You blinked in confusion, not understanding what he was talking about. It finally clicked when you stared down at the ground. "Right! Oppa!" you laughed, snapping your fingers. 

 

Kimchi went up and gave you a friendly hug. "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you!" he wailed. 

 

You flicked his forehead. "It's fine," you smiled.

[Chelsea's POV]

 

I watched from afar as Meenah bounced around the place like a happy little bunny with Kimchi following suit. I was happy that she was finally enjoying herself. She deserves it after everything that she's been through. I honestly fail as a best friend. 

 

Sighing, I took a small sip of the cocktail. 

 

A pair of arms wrapped around my shoulders. "Baby, what're you doing here alone?" Chun Hee asked. 

 

I shrugged his arms off and indicated who I was looking at. 

 

Chun Hee nodded. 

 

"How long has it been since she's smiled and laughed so much?" he asked. 

 

I shook my head. "A very long time," I replied. 

 

Chun Hee scooted me over a bit before squeezing into the empty space next to me. "Are we too greedy?" he continued with the questions. 

 

There was nothing I could do but shrug. 

 

He let out a sigh, snatching the cocktail away from me and taking a sip. 

 

"Rannie said that we're sleeping over tonight." Chun Hee stated. 

 

I nodded and giggled. "It's been years since you've called her Rannie! Just don't!" I exclaimed, covering my mouth with the back of my hand. 

 

Chun Hee ignored me as he put an arm around me. He started to my hair. 

 

I couldn't help but lean my head against his shoulder. 

 

"I feel as though a chapter of our lives are closing as a new one opens up," I stated randomly. 

 

Chun Hee chuckled. 

 

Oh god, he sounds so hot.

"Chelsea! Could you bring me a towel?" you yelled from inside the bathroom. 

 

Chelsea sighed, rolling off the bed. "Coming!" 

 

She grabbed the towel that you had forgotten on the chair and placed it on the sink in the bathroom. 

 

"Thanks!" you called out. 

 

Chun Hee groaned from the guest room across from your room. 

 

"Shut up, old ladies!" 

 

You stepped out of the bathroom with hot steam rolling out from behind you. "Did the idiot just call us old ladies?" you asked Chelsea. 

 

She nodded. 

 

You took a random pillow off the bed and jutted your head towards the door. Chelsea nodded as she too took a pillow. 

 

The two of you silently tip-toed out the room and observed Chun Hee's door. 

 

"1---2---3!" you counted down before throwing open the doors to Chun Hee's room. 

 

He had been sitting by the desk and had unfortunately fallen down in shock. 

 

Both you and Chelsea charged towards him and raised up your pillows, ready to assault him. 

 

"Wait!" boomed a loud voice. 

 

All three of you turned towards the door to look at who had interrupted. 

 

It was Jongup. 

 

"I want to beat up Chun Hee hyung also!" he announced before taking a pillow and running towards Chun Hee in a millisecond. 

 

You, Chelsea, and Jongup looked at each other one last time before declaring war upon Chun Hee. 

 

"Attack!!" 

 

 

 

That night, the seemingly large but lonely mansion was filled with laughter, screams, and girly squeals(mostly coming from Chun Hee). It was a pleasant evening for most.
