You entered the empty practice room with a small smile, settling yourself down on the floor. You placed the gift bag next to you as you swayed from side to side. From what you read online, U-Kiss would be at a schedule until late at night. It was currently 8:42. You had spent the last 2 days figuring out what to get Dongho and in such a short time, you had arranged a birthday present worthy enough to present to the most pickiest kid ever.

Staring at the gift bag next to you, you brushed the tips of your fingers across the side of the bag. 

To pass your time, you twiddled your thumbs like a little kid although you actually found it amusing. Time flew by like that and when you heard the loud voices of the boys outside the practice room, you quickly stood up. 

The door flew open as you were straightening out the folds of your dress with one hand clutching onto the handle of the bag. All of the members were holding gifts that were probably for Dongho. 

A large smile spread across your face when Dongho walked into the practice room without a trace of tiredness on his face. 

Dongho finally noticed you and dropped the presents that he had been holding. "Meenah," he smiled. 

"Happy birthday you busy little thing," you said, grinning from ear-to-ear. 

Without saying anything else, Dongho held his hands in front of him. "Where's my present?" he shamelessly asked. 

You scoffed as you looked at all of the presents lying on the ground. You walked closer to Dongho and raised up your free hand, making it look like you were going to slap him. 

Dongho flinched, squeezing his eyes shut. He was expecting the stinging pain but it never came. Instead, something heavy slipped onto his arm. He opened his eyes to see a cake that appeared out of nowhere in front of him and a pretty gift bag that he didn't notice you were holding on. 

"I hope the present is alright. I seriously had no idea what to get you," you said, smiling. 

Dongho looked at the bag that he was now holding then at the cake. 

"Oh and I helped make the cake also," you added. 

A large smile appeared on his face. "It better be chocolate!" 

You hit the side of his head. "Of course it's chocolate!" 

You glanced at the members behind him and they seemed to be gesturing something. You narrowed your eyes in confusion. It took you a while to figure it out but when you did, you evilly smirked. 

"Dongho-ah," you called. 

He looked at you. 

The next thing you did made everyone but Dongho laugh until they were rolling on the floor clutching onto their stomach. 

You grabbed ahold of Dongho's head and smashed the cake into his face. 

Dongho was stunned and was frozen in place even after all the excess cake had fallen off of his face. 

A stiffled laughter escaped your lips and you couldn't help it but take out your phone and take a picture of it. "I'm so sorry Dongho but this is totally going to be my phone background!" you laughed, poking his nose and laughing again. 

Dongho's mean hyungs had filmed the whole thing and you heard AJ and Eli saying something about burning it onto DVD. 

An unexpected whimper slipped out of Dongho. 

Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at Dongho. 

"That's so not fair, Jung Meenah! I mean, why am I the only one that got dirty?" Dongho whined, grabbing a chunk of cake and throwing it at you. 

It landed smack dab in the middle of your face. You gasped as part of it landed on your dress. You immediately glared at Dongho. "Yah! I just bought this dress!" you yelled.

Dongho's eyes widened and instinct told him to run away. 

Soon enough, everyone found themselves throwing cake at the first person they set their eyes upon. By the time all of the cake was nothing but crumbs and smeared cream, you and U-Kiss was covered from head to toe with cake. 

Of course the birthday boy was the dirtiest one among everyone else. 

Everyone tiredly slumped onto the floor and burst into rounds of laughter. 

"Yah, this was so much funnier than when we ambushed Soohyun in the shower on his birthday! I mean, did you see Dongho's face when he got cake smashed into his face?" Hoon laughed, holding onto stomach as laughing cramps overcame him. 

You smiled at Dongho who was currently flattened out on the ground. Crawling over to him, you pulled a handkerchief out of nowhere and wiped some of the cake off of his face. You brushed a part of his fringe out of his eyes. 

"Was smashing the whole entire cake in your face a little too harsh?" you asked. 

Dongho tiredly shook his head. "It was funny, I guess," he said, the tiredness visible through his words. 

You smiled. 

After everyone got cleaned up, you bid the members goodbye and told Dongho to make sure to carefully look at the present that you got him. 

"I'll see you when you don't have a schedule!" you yelled before going home. 

Before Dongho went to bed, he carefully took out all of the tissue paper that covered the gift. Under all of the tissue paper was a beautifully decorated book as thick as a dictionary. 

"Are you serious? She wants me to look through all of this?" he said to himself in disbelief.

Reluctantly, he turned the cover to the first page and immediately smiled. On the first page was a picture of you and Dongho smiling brightly at the camera from when the both of you were little kids. There was a little note scribbled at the bottom. 

"Happy birthday my puppy! I hope you like the gift! I love you," Dongho read out loud. 

Dongho flipped through the pages that were filled with messages from Kiss-Me's all around the world. You had translated all of the messages by yourself with help from close acquantances and there were teardrop strains from time to time on each page. 

By the time he reached the last page, Dongho was also crying. Your hard work was obvious by how well done the book was in such a short time. On the very last page was a letter straight from your heart that you wrote. Dongho couldn't help but childishly cry. Your words and the words that you had translated were all so sincere. Dongho had never received something as sweet as your gift before. 

"Dongho-ah, keep on smiling. Happy birthday! I'll definitely become someone worthy enough to have you as my boyfriend and best friend!" was the last sentence that was written on the last page. 

Dongho slowly closed the book shut, placing it on his bedside table. He shut off all of the lights and laid there in the dark. He reminisced all of the hardships that he had gone through in life to get to where he was right now. 

He smiled. If it weren't for his fans and his very loving girlfriend, he would have given up everything. He would have quit before even trying. 

"What a birthday," he whispered to himself before drifting off into a deep slumber with a smile on his face.
