The long awaited kiss?
Second Chances
Wooyoung opened his eyes to find himself back in the wedding reception room yet again. He glanced over to the slides, where the picture of their prom night was still showing. Everyone in the picture had bright faces and, as he had done just a few moments ago, Wooyoung’s arm was placed around Taeyeon’s shoulder while she posed with a 'V' sign, smiling even more widely than in the picture before.
‘Aish… It still didn’t work. I’m still here.” Wooyoung said in disappointment.
He then turned to look at the screen, and saw that the next picture on the slides was being shown. The next picture depicted Wooyoung, Taeyeon, Leeteuk, Junho, Yoona and Taecyeon (left to right) in his house, and they were sitting around a table with a hot pot on top. “Yah, stop it!” Following that, she slapped me hard on my cheek, leaving a bright red hand mark on my left cheek.
-Flashback ends-
Back then, I only saw Taeyeon as a childhood friend. Or rather, maybe I was scared of seeing her as a girl. I went too far on my jokes and never took the relationship between me and her seriously, making her very angry. I was really the worst… ever. After doing something like that, it’s no wonder that she’s not with me anymore.
Suddenly, it became dark and my thoughts were interrupted. Then the bright light that has become familiar to me shone and dramatic music started playing once again.
After the bright light started to become dimmer, I looked around and spotted Minjun hyung at the couch near the window, busy munching on a piece of fried chicken he had gotten from one of the tables. I went forward and greeted him with a 90 degrees bow.
“Minjun hyung, can I ask you something? Is it really hard to change it? It’s like nothing I do has an effect on the situation now. I didn’t even manage to kiss her. I more or less wasted this time travel,” I asked him,
