Life for Jungkook had gotten a bit brighter ever since he made up with Haewon, or maybe much more brighter. They started hanging out together again with Haewon often tagging along next to him in school. He loved how energetic the girl was eventhough she was dead. Seeing her so happy while doing normal things, it was as if she was really alive.

Only a few people knew of this unique girl. Among them, Jungkook could think of himself, Myungsoo and Seungcheol. It was unfair to Haewon that she wanted to keep herself hidden from others. She was honestly a lonely soul, being by herself on the school rooftop every day of the week. Jungkook couldn't always be there for her, so sometimes he wondered what she did by herself. He was going to make her new life a million times more better than her last one.

"Today!" Jungkook sped up the flights of stairs, the adrenaline rushing through his body. "You better be prepared for today, Ji Haewon!"

The moment Jungkook swung the decrepit rooftop door open he could see Haewon sitting on the ledge as usual, admiring the vast scenery of Seoul. Scenes like this was what made him feel sympathy for her. Could she be thinking about her family? Thinking of happier times when she was still alive? He thought of these sort of things. 

Jungkook sprinted over to the girl. His warm hands swiftly grabbed ahold of her slightly colder ones just when she was beginning to turn around. He tugged at her wrist, causing her to hop of the ledge. Haewon stared down at their interlocked hands, averting her attention back to Jungkook. Her face was as red as a tomato and her eyes were the size of saucers. 

"W-Why are our hands..." Haewon tried to let go, but he had a firm grip around her hand. "Jeon Jungkook! Seriously, what's up with  "

"We're going somewhere today," Jungkook grinned at her while leading her to the exit,"so I hope you don't mind if I hold your hand for just ten minutes. After those ten minutes are up, I'll let go. I promise!" 

"W-Wait, where are we going?" Haewon tilted her head to the side in confusion at his sudden announcement. "I don't remember you saying anything about yesterday, or the day before. Is it your birthday or something? You don't know my birthday, so it can't be a surprise party  "

"Nope, it's not my birthday. I'm taking you to see my friends. But you can't say 'no' or run away like the last time! Do you know how disappointed they were?" He pointed an accusing finger at her. "This time, I want you to meet them properly."

"You're taking me to see your friends, who clearly won't be able to see me?" Haewon started to panic, pushing her hair back. "Jungkook, you know what I am. I'm a ghost, no one can see me. And if they could, they'd be creeped out... because of the pure fact that I'm a ghost and nothing else. I don't want your friends to think you've gone crazy all because of me  "

Figuring that Haewon wasn't going to keep shut anytime soon, Jungkook leaned his face down towards hers. The tip of their noses were almost touching, along with their lips too. So close, Jungkook would dare to kiss her. Seeing that he was too close, the girl sealed and held her breath. Cute. Jungkook smirked to himself, not knowing that it caused Haewon to blush even more. He was enjoying this sweet torture she was experiencing right now. 

"Dont't worry," Jungkook whispered close to her ear, "I've got this all covered. There's no way they'll think I'm crazy."

"What do you mean Haewon's not a living person? What else can she be, then? Jeon Jungkook, are you crazy?"

Jungkook knew he should've planned this more properly the night before. He stood in the middle of Namjoon's studio as his friends were sat on the couches staring at him. Namjoon and Hoseok were confused. Seokjin and Yoongi were waiting for an answer while Taehyung and Jimin observed the whole scene like nosy spectators. The whole studio was quiet.

"See, I told you..." Haewon sighed at him, but squeezed his hand a little harder in hopes of encouraging him again.

"Y-Yeah, Haewon's not a-alive. She's right next to me now. L-Look   we're holding hands!" Jungkook lifted both his and Haewon's hands up. To his hyungs though, they could see that he was holding nothing.

"You're holding nothing, Jungkook-ah. What is this, a prank? I thought we would really get to see her today." Hoseok whined. "If you're trying to pull off a skit, you can always ask me to help you."

"Jimin hyung, Taehyung hyung," Jungkook looked at the said boys. "You should know Haewon, she's the person everyone's always been talking about." The two stared at each other and shook their heads. "You know! The ghost residing on our scho
