It was already passed midnight but Ji Hyo still couldn’t fall assleep. She kept rolling around her tiny camping bed, thinking about Kim Jong Kook. He was so closed to her but so far. She knew if she walked a few steps, she could reach him but she couldn’t. She still hadn’t been able to figure out how to face him after that fight yet. Confusing thought didn’t want leave her alone so she decided to walk to the beach to clear her mind. She was a daughter of the ocean; she was born in the beautiful beach of Po Hang so she loved the beach. It was like the anxiety medicine for her whenever she got stressed out. She walked by Jong Kook’s tent and stood there for a while tried to debate whether she should ask him out or not but she decided to walk away. She sat down by the beach, closed her eyes and enjoyed the ocean breeze. But she got startled when someone suddenly hugged her from behind

• Oppa! – She screamed in surprised but calmed down right away seeing Jong Kook.

Jong Kook had been following her for 30 minutes. He couldn’t fall asleep neither thinking about Ji Hyo. He didn’t understand why she kept avoiding him. He knew that they supposed to keep their relationship in the dark in front of the guests but she should at least make an effort to stand close to him as she normally did which she didn’t. His eyes was wide opened when he lied inside his tent that was when he saw a shadow that looked like her standing in front of his tent. He saw her standing there for a while. He hoped that she would call his name but she just walked away. He decided to follow her. He didn’t have a plan for what to say to her but he just wanted to be close to her. She looked lonely walking on the beach by herself. He could tell that she had a lot of thought in her mind that she didn’t realize the man had been following her for a while. “How can she be so careless that can’t even realize a man has following her for half hour, what if it was a ert” – Jong Kook worriedly thought. He looked at her sitting in front of the beach. She looked so tiny, so fragile, and so lonely. He couldn’t help but forgot his huff and hugged her from behind to ease her lonesome.

• What are you doing here by yourself? – He softly said pulling her back tightly in his chest.
• Just to clear my mind oppa. – said Ji Hyo.
• Do you remember the first time we kissed? It was also in front of the dark ocean. – Said Jong Kook while looking afar.
• Of course I remember. It was also the time you confessed to me. – Ji Hyo gently said and thinking about that day.

It was a late fall night of 2012. Running Man had an overnight filming by the beach. Everybody was exhausted from the travelling and running all day long so they all went to sleep early. Only Ji Hyo couldn’t lay in bed and walked to the beach. She hadn’t been to the beach for a while so wanted to enjoy it a little bit before the busy filming the next day.

• Ji Hyo! – The voice surprised Ji Hyo
• Oppa, what are you doing here? – Ji Hyo asked Jong Kook who was walking toward her.
• I can’t sleep so just want to walk around the beach. How about you?- Jong Kook answered
• I want to enjoy the beach a little bit.
• How can you enjoy the beach this time of the day? It’s pitch black. – Jong Kook laughed
• People normally don’t like the night ocean since it’s too dark but I love it. Night ocean is always so quiet, too quiet that you can hear the thought in your mind. Do you know that all your senses normally work better when you can’t see well? I love to close my eyes in front of the night ocean and enjoy the breeze. You should try to do to oppa. – Ji Hyo said and motioned Jong Kook sitting next to her on the sand. – Now closed your eyes. Do you hear that? The sound of the waves rushing to the sore, the sound of the wind blowing freely on the air.
• N-ne, I hear that – Jong Kook said but he didn’t close his eyes. His eyes kept gluing on Ji Hyo who was peacefully closing her eyes and enjoying the ocean. – Ji Hyo ya, do you want to hear a song. I just wrote it.

Ji Hyo was speechless from Jong Kook’s touching confession. She was flustered and full of happiness since her heart only had a special place for Jong Kook. She loved him, she knew she did for a long time but she always had to consider what would happen if the public find down about their relationship. She would be judged as the one interfered Jong Kook and Gary brotherhood, the woman with two hearts. Her fan number still hadn’t been recovered from the dating news between her and CEO Baek yet so if this news was publicized her career might run to the end.
