"Why does something feel off?" Sumin whispered to herself, Changjo was around the corner out of her sight and she knew it would only get her more laps around the block but she came to a stop and looked around at the buildings surrounding her. Suddenly, the miniture red liquid filled jar on her neck felt deathly cold. Sumin flinched and grabbed at it, it was like it came fresh out of the freezer. Something about the tingles crawling up her spine told her to run and she looked around one last time before jogging down the path and around the corner.

"Oof!" Sumin thought she had misjudged the corner and smacked into the brick wall but when she opened her eyes to a tight grip on her elbow she was meant with an impatient Changjo who tapped his foot as he let her go and crossed his arms, frowning at her.

"Why did you stop running?"

"I'm just getting a little paranoid I'm sorry, lets keep going" Sumin answered and Changjo sighed, not questioning it anymore as he turned away and began running.

"Oh, and that's an extra two laps for the two minutes you weren't running" He yelled back at Sumin and she glared as she began chasing him.

"What are you all waiting for? We lost a perfect chance to grab her!" Yongguk seethed as Zelo crawled down a pipe with Daehyun following him, Jongup landed on a large bin with a thump Himchan came around the corner and Yongguk gave him a flat look, showing his disapproval at Himchan not hiding.

"What? It's not like she knows who I am" Himchan shrugged and Yongguk rolled his eyes, turning to the others who were meant to follow him down from the roof.

"What took you so long?" He asked and Zelo pointed at Daehyun.

"There was a spider and he freaked out, like absolutely lost it, I’m talking five year old pretty pink ballerina scream sort of lost it" Zelo dobbed and Daehyun punched him.

"I did not, you were the one who was scared" He argued and Yongguk's glare made them fall silent.

"Where's Youngjae?"

The said male was creeping along the path, sticking to the wall as he waited until his target came along. It was quiet out and the street lights were the only source for Sumin’s human eyes to see anything at this time of night. Youngjae hid in the shadows that the street lights couldn't reach and waited for his prey to appear. Changjo ran past and stopped, he blinked and looked around, grinning as Sumin came around the corner, completely willing to drop kick him into one of the closest walls. He ran and Youngjae peeked out slightly as he rounded the corner, leaving Sumin to chase him down the road.

Youngjae came into the girls view and Sumin screeched to a stop, still managing to knock into him, he had a familiar sense to him and she frowned as she tried to step away.

"I'm so sorry!-" Youngjae covered and Sumin’s eyes widened as he pulled her back into the shadows. Sumin pulled on his arm that was covering and tugged herself to bend forward. She elbowed him countless times until he let her go and she sprinted out of the shadows, screaming as he forced himself to follow her.

"Changjo!" Sumin screeched and Youngjae tackled her to the ground, holding her hands down as she kicked around, kneeing him where the sun didn't shine to try and get him off of her. Changjo flashed back around the corner and his eyes widened as he saw Sumin disappear right before his very eyes. Youngjae teleported back to where five men stood arguing, Yongguk looked to her fussing figure and the noise died down as Sumin flicked her eyes to glare at him and the four men behind him.

Yongguk frowned, Youngjae was grimacing with the human in his arms. Sumin was pulling on his hair and her legs were raised, they were ready to collide his face with her knee.

"How did you manage to get her?" As soon as Yongguk spoke Sumin kneed Youngjae straight in the nose and the male dropped her as he held is nose.

"Holy !" He cursed and Sumin scrambled to her feet, making a quick escape. She ran out from the dark alley and stomping of feet followed her as she crossed the road.

"Changjo!" Changjo flicked his head in her direction and his eyes widened seeing Sumin being chased by familiar beings. He flashed in front of Sumin and took her in his arms, flashing away from the chasers to the side of the first person he saw.

"L.Joe hyung, they're here" He gasped and L.Joe blinked, silently grabbing them both by the arms and pulling them along.

"What's happening?" Niel demanded as Changjo snatched his arm and continued to run.

"They're here, we have to hide her"

"Then I'll take Sumin, you gather the others. It's time to fight"

"Where the hell are they?" Chunji sneered from his place, the five demons stood guard, walking around and trying to find the angels hunting Sumin down.

"They've probably gone in" Minsoo hissed and disappeared into the building.

"Where are we going?" Sumin wheezed as Niel moved her around the old gym quietly.

"I don't know, we just need to hide you. Think of it as an episode of Running Man, don't be afraid"

"What are you on about you idiot? We can't just sneak around, what happened to standing and fighting? Besides the defence team always gets scared on Running Man" Sumin hissed and Niel covered as footsteps echoed through the wooden floored hallway.

"We will figure this out don't worry" Niel seemed to dribble some decent rubbish when he was anxious Sumin figured as she blinked at him hiding her from anyone’s sight.

"Shouldn't a demon know they smell so disgusting? What's the point in hiding?" Jung Daehyun was looking down at the two from the staircase and Niel hissed straight at him as he tightened his grip on Sumin. Sumin opted to take a discrete whiff of Niel’s shirt, he smelt lightly of sweat but mostly of his sweet cologne, it was an action Niel didn’t miss.

"Don't go thinking your absurd demon powers will go working on me, I'm just as powerful" Daehyun smirked and Sumin let out a cry of sudden pain, blood seeped out of an open wound on her arm and she shook as Niel covered it.

"Don't you dare hurt her!" Niel had Daehyun hitting his head on the ceiling as he backed the angel up and gripped him by the throat.

"But that's too much fun to resist" Daehyun still managed a grin and Sumin collapsed to the ground. She screamed holding onto the same arm that was bleeding, red scorched across her skin and she felt as if she were rolling in fire. Niel clenched the grip he had on Daehyun's neck and Daehyun froze. A resounding snap echoed the halls above Sumin’s screams and Daehyun's body disintegrated as she sobbed quietly from the pain, holding herself in a pile on the ground.

"Come on Sumin, it'll be ok" Niel whispered pulling Sumin to sit as he looked at her wounds.

"That bastard" He seethed as he lifted Sumin to her feet gently.

"You're one to talk" Zelo's tall figure appeared out of nowhere and he smirked at Niel. Sumin screamed as Zelo jumped Niel and rolled on the floor, battling it out in movements quicker than her eyes could catch.
