Dara immediately went inside their dorm and locked the door the moment she arrived. She remained leaning on it and didn't move or een blinked her eyes.

"Oh, unnie, you're back! How was the surprise ?Did Xiumin opps like it?" Minzy said as she approached Dara.

"Unnie, gwenchana?Dara unnie? "The maknae said and waved her hands in front of the fake maknae.

"Oh, sorry Minji-ah.I --uh..sotty What were you saying?" Dara asked again and faked a smile which brought Minzy's brows to meet.

"Gwenchana,Dara unnie? What happened?" She asked and tried to gold Dara's arm but the latter was quick enough to walk a few steps away.

"Uhm.I ..uh...I'll be at omma's house, minkki. Tell the girls,arasso?Annyeong!" She said and quickly left the maknae in curiosity.

Dara was driving her range rover from God know where. She kept on driving but her mind kept replaying what she saw a while ago. Why does it ghurt so bad? She told herself as her tears freely flowed from her eyes.

Last time she remembered, it wasn't this bad but why is she feeling like she's going to die because of heartache?Why does it hurt so much ?

She finally decided to hit the break. Her hands are still holding the steering wheel so tightly that it may break any minute She cried her heart out. She didn;t know she'll be able to feel this type of pain.

Xiumin's words kept repeating on her head.Was she too unfair to him? He said he loved her and only her. Was she too judgmental to him?But who is he in his life? Should she ask?She should, right?She has the right to know.

She decided to check her phone. Everyone might be looking for her right now. It has been hours since she checked her phone and she hasn't called anyone or texted anyone yet.

She picked up her phone and as expected, a lot of messages were left on her voicemail and her inbox. She read them.most of threm are from the girls, especially Bom who was furious because she found out she lied about being in her omma's house and that she's going to kill her once she finds her. THe other messages were coming from Sanghyun who kept asking her where she is and why she isn't picking up.Some are coming from the Exo boys ,still looking for her . But there was no messages from him

She sighed.

Maybe..Maybe he doesn't want to talk. She thought.

She decided to hear the messages from her mailbox.Maybe it's also time to delete some since, its almost full. But when she played it, her heart started to beat faster again. Hearing his voice,still he makes her heart beat uncontrollably.

"Dara...please let me explain..Here me out ,babe..please.."

 His voice sounded so weak. Dara couldn't help but cry loudly again.

"Baby, i love you. Please pick up. The girls are worried. Your borther is threathening to kill me and your omma nad sister is worried as well. The boys won;t stop bugging me..They're worried. I'm worried. Please pick up...please" He sounded so frustrated this time

"Whatever you saw was an accident, Dara.I wouldn;t cheat on you. Not now. Not ever. And you were never a rebound. Dara ,I love you. God, please tell me where you are. You're driving me crazy."

Dara placed her hand on , tears still not stopping from falling from her eyes.

"Dara, please. I don't know what to do anymore. I don;t care if your brother kills me. Losing you is more painful. I'd rather die that be without you. Please baby, tell me where you are. Let's talk about this.Hear me out,babe.."

"I went to your dorm.Chaerin and Bom were really strong. "She heard him chuckle. "They said they'll butcher me if somethin g happens to you.But honestly I don'tcare what they'll do to me. I just need to find you and know you're okay and I'm okay with that." He said.

"Sanghyun has a strong punch ,eh? "He let out a chuckle again. Dara couldn't help but get shocked.

"But seeing you being hurt and knowing that I'm responsible for it hurt more,babe. Please hear me out. I would never hurt you.Sandara, I would never,in a million year,s would dare hurt you. I love you.I...I love you so much.Please...." this time, he broke down and cried." Dara did the same.

Why is this man so persistant and why can't she just hate him? Why does he have to be like this?

She was in the middle of thinking hard o n what to do when her phone rang again.

He was calling. Her phone kept ringing ,then,he heard his voice He was leaving aonther message. she just stayed quiet and listen to him.

"I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight without knowing if you're fine. Dara, please ...a message would be enough to keep me sane. I'd lose my mind not knowing if you're fine. "He started crying and she was ,too." you know what hurts more?It hurts to know that you don;t trust me enough to believe me. I love you,Dara I don't care what people say about me. I only care about what you think of me. Why ...why can't you trust me?Do I not deserve do be heard?"

The call ended hearing him crying on the other line.

Dara's mind was in chaos. Why is she so afraid with giving people second chances?Why does she always end up getting hurt by those she loves?

Dara decided to stay in Han river for a whileShe wanted to think things over.She sat on an empty bench and stared at the see. Then, an old couple sat beside her.

"Pardon me, but can my eife and I share a this bench with you, young lady?" The old man said

Dara smiled to them, "Of course,Halaboji"

The couple then sat in the bench.

"Why are alone at this time of the night? Are you waiting for someone?"The old woman asked her.

"Oh no, halmoni. I came here alone because I wanted to think."

"But it's dangeroud to be alone in here.A young woman as pretty as you should  not be alone.I'm sure you have a boyfriend."The old man said and smiled at her. The old man placed his arms around her wife as both are loking at her.

Dara chose not to answer their question."Halmoni and Halaboji is so sweet. How many years have you been married?"She asked them.

"We've been married for 27 years now."Halmoni said.

"27 happy years."Halaboji answered and kiised his wife.

"And he has never changed.He's always been sweet to me.He does everything for me."Halmoni stared lovingly to her husband.

Dara wanted to cry at that moment. The old man was just like Xiumin, very caring and is always paying attention to her needs.

"She cleared and smiled at them.

"Do you have a boyfriend, young lady?" Halaboji suddenly asked.

"Oh..uhm..."

"Aigoo...you're in a fight with him,am I right?"Halmoni told her.

Dara just smiled sadly. The old couple was too cute convincing her to tell them about the story so she did. After that..

"Aiyoo. it's normal couples to fight. We have a fair share of fights,too but look at us now. We're still together. Let me give you one advice, my child." Halmoni took Dara's hands and held it tightly. "Your love and your trust should be much stronger than the reason for you fight.Don't let your weakness and your mind tell you what to do. Listen to what your heart has to say.Think of the man that you love and ask yourself, is he worth all the pain? If he is ,then you've found what you have been looking for."

"Love comes with pain. And you only get hurt when you truly love the person. Don't give up.You may be able to live your life without him, but it will never be the same. ..it will never be as happy. Don't let him go if you still love him. Don't be afraid to give him a chance. Stop thinking of 'what ifs' and think of 'what is'. Don't be a coward and go give him a chance."Halaboji told her.

for some reason, Dara felt her heart was feeling les pain. She finally knew what she has to do.

She stood up and bowed to the couple.

"Thank you so much, Halmoni, Halaboji! "She said and was about to walk away.

"Ohh but where are you going? "Halmoni asked.

Dara gave her a sweet smile before she anwered,"I'm going to get my man."She said and ran.

"GO GET HIM!FIGHTING!!"Halaboji and Halmoni cheered on her as she ran to wards her car.
