It was Tiffany's first day at work and she couldn't help but to pace around her room nervously. She wouldn’t know what to do if Nichkhun and her were to accidentally bump into each other, it would be more than just awkward. She was already close to rejecting the whole job now that Nichkhun must be thinking of a way to get her back to his side but how was she to disappoint Minho?

Minho was horribly nice to her throughout their life in university and the best part he was, he had no ulterior motive, which made Tiffany think twice about rejecting the job at his restaurant. Even when no one else was chosen to visit her at the hospital after that horrific night, he still turned up every weekend to check up on her.

Tiffany sat on the couch and buried her face into her hands, “damn it, Minho… Why are you so darned nice to me? Now I can’t even reject you…” If it weren’t for the lack of money in this household, she wouldn’t want to see Nichkhun again. Tiffany could be offered more than a million bucks and she still would rather live in a sewer for the rest of her life.

I’ll be home after breakfast with Soojung, okay? Please don’t go out before I’m back first, I wanna bring you to work on your first day! I’ll be home real soon, that’s a promise. Junhyung’s milk bottle is beside his crib.

Yuri should have told her that he was meeting Soojung for breakfast last night so she would plan her own morning just fine. Junhyung was still peacefully sleeping and she had no one to play with to get rid of her horrible nerves. She didn’t even know why she was nervous when there was nothing to be nervous about.

Nichkhun was nothing. He ditched her to protect himself so how could he possibly mean anything to her anymore? While Nichkhun was worried about his survival, there was another man in her life that Tiffany knew, would give up the world to be by her side. Yuri didn’t even want her to get another job but she had insisted on being independent.

“I'm home, baby....” 

A gasp left Tiffany's mouth; she had been so deep in thought that she hadn't even realized that her boyfriend was home. She stood from the sofa and approached her sweaty boyfriend who was locking the door. Yuri smiled tiredly; Tiffany’s embrace was good enough to make him feel energized again. Tiffany giggled at the sight of Yuri throwing his duffel bag onto the floor to hug her securely. Tiffany faked a frown and turned away just before Yuri could hug her.

Yuri huffed and wrapped his arms around Tiffany's waist from the back in defeat, " Oh come on... " 

“Where did you go? I didn't see you when I woke up!” Tiffany pouted, elbowing Yuri's stomach.

The tanned guy chuckled slightly and kissed Tiffany's cheek before breaking the hug. He knew this was the sort of reaction that he would be coming home too and he anticipated it more than anything. Tiffany loved his presence and Yuri knew it so he took the chance to be around most of the time, as long as Tiffany wanted him around but now that she was going to start work, it would mean that Luna would be around to take care of Junhyung.

“Baby, I still have to work out... I’m a gym trainer, got to live up to my position!” Tiffany would probably have forgotten if Yuri didn’t remind her of it. Yuri had been staying at home so often that he looked like he was jobless and had loads of freedom. “What time do you have to be there?” Yuri asked, about to lie on the couch when Tiffany’s eyes widened, “DO NOT LIE DOWN WITH YOUR SWEATY BODY!”

Yuri bolted up and sat at attention, still shocked at Tiffany’s particular habit. He found it adorable when Tiffany pouted, checking on her couch to see if Yuri’s sweat was stuck on it. “You and your OCD…” He quickly shut up when Tiffany glared at him, “yes, me and my OCD?”

“Pft, nothing.”

Tiffany burst out laughing when Yuri started sulking to himself, his childish logic she would never understand. “Seriously, Kwon Yuri?” Tiffany didn’t receive an answer but Yuri just huffed and pressed his lips on hers before heading to the bathroom.

Gosh, this man of hers wasn’t going to change.

Junhyung was sitting on Yuri’s lap in the driver’s seat, his eyes twinkling at the interior design. He was a boy and naturally, one of those who loved cars as well. Yuri tapped his fingers on the steering wheel, looking at the lobby time and again to see if Tiffany was finally done. She had commanded them to wait in the car while she did her make up so she wouldn't have to embarrass herself in front of her two boys. "Junhyung-ah, will you be okay if both Mommy and I go to work?" Yuri asked, ruffling Junhyung's hair.  

Yuri couldn’t help but chuckle when Junhyung shook his head and crossed his arms over his chest with a pout; that was his answer already. Not that he wanted Tiffany to work but Tiffany was the one who would never be able to stay at home all day, no way. “Well… we have to earn money to buy you things that you like, right?” Junhyung sighed loudly, he wanted to have everything in the world but in return, his parents wouldn’t be around so often.

“Mama no work…” Junhyung mumbled, waving his hands from left to right. Yuri took one of Junhyung’s hands between his lips and nibbled on them playfully, trying to distract Junhyung from that depressing topic. The two laughed and giggled together before Yuri looked to the left and found Tiffany walking towards the car. His jaw dropped involuntarily.
