Apologize
Tragedy
Kim Hyun Joong finally arrived back home.
The first thing he notices when he walks in is his father, whom is sitting comfortably on the couch.
"Ah. You've returned." Mr. Kim notices as soon as Hyun Joong entered.
"Yeah." Hyun Joong responds.
" I assume that Cho-Hee got home okay?" Mr. Kim asks.
"I drove her home." Hyun Joong confirmed.
Mr. Kim nods approvingly.
"Where's Mother? Did she leave?" Hyun Joong asks, concerned.
"She's in her room." Mr. Kim responds."Did you eat?"
"Yeah. I ate dinner with Cho-Hee." Hyun Joong replies.
For some reason.... The atmosphere felt tense.
" You seem to be getting along well with her." Mr. Kim notices.
"We're just friends. And besides... She's helping me recover my memories." Hyun Joong states.
Mr. Kim ponders for a moment.
"What about -Your Name-?" Mr. Kim questions.
"-Your Name-? What about her?" Hyun Joong asks.
"She's a good person. Are you getting along with her as well?" Mr. Kim asks, curious.
Kim Hyun Joong recalls the words he said to you and doesn't respond.
Mr. Kim observed his son carefully.
"-Your Name- came over." Mr. Kim remarked.
"Ah. Really?" Hyun Joong asks, paying little interest.
"She came over because she had something to tell you." Mr. Kim continues.
"Me?" Hyun Joong asks, confused.
"Yes. We suggested that she should stay and wait for you but she said tell you she was here instead." Mr. Kim explained.
Hyun Joong's eyebrows furrowed.
"You should call her. It would be considerate." Mr. Kim orders.
"..I'll go do that." Hyun Joong responds, bowing then walks to his room.
He takes out his phone and scrolls down till he sees your name.
He called... But for some reason his call wouldn't go through.
He called again.....
Still no answer.
So he decided to text you.
"Hey... Are you alright?" He sends.
He can't help but feel concerned.
"Yah. Why isn't she responding?" He asks himself, feeling frustrated.
"Could it be she's still upset?"
Realizing that you weren't answering, Hyun Joong quickly puts his jacket back on, and grabs his keys.
Mr. Kim watched as his son quickly headed out, but said nothing.

Throughout the drive, Hyun Joong hadn't noticed he was tightly gripping the steering wheel.
He was concerned. Really concerned. And he didn't know why.
He had no idea where he should go, but something in his mind seemed to lead the way.
After a few minutes, Hyun Joong had surprising arrived your house.
He wasn't aware of how he had arrived. All he worried about was that you were okay.
He knocked on the door and waited.
No answer.
"Yah. -Your Name-. It's me." Hyun Joong calls out, knocking harder this time.
You finally open the door and are faced to Hyun Joong.
"Oh. Hyun Joong." You greet surprised.
He looks at you, up and down, making sure you weren't hurt.
"Are you okay?" He asks, instantly, his eyes scanning you up and down.
Confusion crosses through your face.
"Hm? " You ask, confused.
Hyun Joong finally come to his senses.
His is eyes were burning with intensity.
"Yah! What were you doing? Do you honestly have to create suspense? Why didn't you answer your phone?" Hyun Joong asks, frustrated.
"My phone? Oh. I was talking to my parents..."You respond.
"That explains why the call wouldn't go through." Hyun Joong muttered.
"Yah. You should of atleast answered the text. Do you know how worried-.... Ani..." Hyung Joong begins to say but stops.
"Ani?" You ask, unsure why he stopped mid-sentence.
Hyun Joong stares away blanky.
"Just forget it." He responds.
"A-Alright." You say, unwillingly.
Hyun Joong takes a deep breath then looks back at you.
"Since I'm here, I should apologize." Hyun Joong admits.
You look at him, confused.
"For what I said that day...I didn't mean to say that.... It came out unexpected." Hyun Joong explained.
He looks straight into your eyes, making your heart flutter.
"I'm sorry." He says, sincerely.
" It's fine....You probably had a lot going through your mind." You reply.
"I suppose so..." Hyun Joong says, thoughfully.
"Would you like to come inside?" You ask, considerate.
" I should head back and rest." Hyun Joong replies.
"Ah. Ok. Be careful on your way back." You comment.
"Yeah. I will... Thanks." Hyun Joong replies and heads towards his car.
You gazed at him as he walked away.
Even though he still didn't remember you...
He was concerned. Deep down inside, he was still the same.
You felt as if he was getting closer to remembering you.
Hyun Joong waves once to you and then drives off.
