Tragedy
Curious,Mrs. Kim opened the text.
Her eyes widened at the sight of an attached picture.
"What's wrong?" Mr. Kim asks, concerned.
It took Mrs.Kim a while to speak.
"Please tell me that I'm seeing wrong."Mrs. Kim hopes.
Mr. Kim comes to her and glances at the screen.
"That's -Your Name-" Mr. Kim says, pointing you out in the picture.
Kim Hyun Joong turns his attention to them.
"Yes I know that. I'm talking about the other person in the picture." Mrs. Kim says, a bit annoyed.
"Jaejoong?" Mr. Kim says, unsure.
"Yeah. " Mrs. Kim responds.
"And?" Mr. Kim says, not understanding his wife's attitude.
"She has been with him almost all day... Why has she taken so long?" Mrs. Kim says, confused.
"She said she was meeting with a friend right? What's so wrong with hanging out with Jaejoong?" Mr. Kim asks.
"All I'm saying is why didn't she tell us who she was going to meet. And why Jaejoong? Out of all people, why did she need to see Jaejoong?" Mrs. Kim says, suspicious.
" Why would it matter if she was with Him?" Kim Hyun Joong chimes in.
His parents turn to face him.
"-Your name- is free to see anyone she wants. Why are you worried if she met with someone?" Hyun Joong asks, irratated.
Mrs. Kim stares at him. Her eyes wide.
"Did she not tell you?" She asked, shocked.
"Tell me what?" Hyun Joong asks, confused.
"What she is to you." Mrs. Kim replies.
"Yeah. She said she was a friend." Hyun Joong answers.
"A friend? That's all?" Mrs. Kim asks.
Hyun Joong nods, not sure why she was asking so many questions.
"-Your Name- should be coming back soon. Why don't you just ask her your questions. But... I know -Your Name- well. What ever she was doing, she has no reason to hide it. She's never done anything that we disapprove of...I'm sure she'll explain everything to you." Mr. Kim says to his wife.
He was disappointed that his wife was coming up with false conclusions.And as soon as you arrived,
Everyone turned their attention to you.
"I'm back. " You say with a smile.
You notice the awkward atmosphere.
"What's going on?" You ask.
"-Your Name-...you had us worried." Mr. Kim says.
"Sorry. I took longer than expected.." You apologize.
"It's fine. Glad you're okay." Mr. Kim says, with a kind smile.
"I hope you don't mind me asking,-Your Name-. But who were you with?" Mrs. Kim asks.
"Oh. I was with Jaejoong. I apologize for not telling you before. " You say sincerely.
Hurt flickered through Hyun Joong's face.
"I see..." Mrs. Kim said, understanding.
Hyun Joong suddenly stood up, and grabbed his coat on the couch.
" Are you going somewhere?" Mr. Kim asked.
"I'm full so I'm going for a walk." Hyun Joong replied.
"Araso." Mr. Kim says.
Hyun Joong headed out the door. Ignoring you completely.
"-Your Name-... I'm sorry." Mrs. Kim says, ashamed.
"Hm?" You ask, confused.
"I may of...misjudged you." Mrs. Kim admitted.
You raise an eyebrow.
"We've received a picture. You were with Jaejoong." Mr. Kim explained.
He showed you the picture.
"I was doubting you. I thought you were seeing someone else... And cheated on my son." Mrs. Kim said.
You couldn't stop staring at the picture.
It was you and Jaejoong alright.
"A flash." You say softly, recalling what Jaejoong said.
"Who sent this?" You ask.
"I don't know... It was an annomonous number." Mrs. Kim responded.
"Did... Did Hyun Joong find out about this?" You ask, your tone worried.
"Yeah. He overheard us talking." Mr. Kim answered.
You quickly put on your jacket on again.
"Where are you going?" Mrs. Kim asked.
"I'm going to talk to Hyun Joong." You responded then left the house.

After a while, you were able to find Hyun Joong wondering in a nearby park.
"Hyun Joong!" You call out.
He stopped at the sound of his name and You rush up to him.
"I thought I wouldn't find you." You say, out of breath.
He gazes at you. His eyes narrowing slightly.
"About Jaejoong. It's not what you think. We were-" You begin to say.
"You don't need to explain." Hyun Joong cuts you off.
You stop and he smiles slightly.
"It's your life. I don't need to know about it." Hyun Joong says.
The way he said that, emotionless... It seemed cold.
"Hyun Joong. I-" You begin to say again.
"I have no interest in what you do. You don't have to worry about my opinion. Like I said, it's your life. I really don't want to be involved." Hyun Joong stated.
You stare at him, speechless.
You felt as if your heart had been stabbed; your eyes became teary.
"I'll head back first." Hyun Joong say coldly.
He turns, not waiting for your response and You silently stare at him walk away.
Your heart ached. How could say something so cold and harsh without displaying any emotion?
You came back to your senses. You decided to call someone.
The person whom you've been with almost all day.
The one person who has some explaining to do.
You take out your phone and dial his number.
"Hello ?" He answers, voice husky.
"Jaejoong. We need to talk."
