I was relieved that it was finally winter break. Mid-terms were over and I didn’t have to worry about studying for the next two weeks. While I was on my break at Sweet Witches, I felt my phone vibrate.

Part of me didn’t want to go because I wasn’t ready, but I didn’t have anything else to do since my shift at the maid café doesn’t start until way later today.
