Jiyong told me that he would be gone for two weeks to visit his parents abroad. He was really worried at first but I assured him that it's okay with me and his parents are more important than me anyways. I hugged him then kissed him before he left. His friends and I waved goodbye at him.

It was sunday when he left so.. I had nothing else to do. I told Young bae to bring me at a church I always go to. I thanked him then everyone for the ride. I visited the grave after I visited the church.

"Someone cleaned your tombstone dad. That's good." I kneeled down on the soft grass

"How's it going dad? Remember Jiyong? He left abroad to visit his parents, Do like Jiyong dad?" I told him everything about Jiyong that afternoon.

After that I rode the bus home, and told my brothers I visited dad.

"Aren't you hungry Ber? I cooked your favorite." Jjong hyung said

"I'm not hungry hyung and I'm really tired right now so good night~" I kissed Jjong hyung then Donghae hyung on the cheek then went upstairs. After I was done washing, I went to bed.

The dream I dreamt about Jiyong and Kris kept on repeating for nights, and I don't even know why. *sigh*

All the exo members noticed Kris' presence no where because of his silence in the table. Minseok nudged him and Kris looked up at him with a blank face.

"What?" Kris plainly asked

"You're spacing out dude." Chanyeol said

"Just not in the mood I guess.." Kris stood up about to leave but Tao pulled his arm to stop him

"You're leaving already? You barely touched the food aunty gave us."

Mom.

"I just need some time alone right now." Kris smiled at them and they understood it then Tao let go of his hand, watching Kris' back walk away from the table. 

I went to the roof top to ease up. It was windy as usual, and quiet. I leaned on the fence and saw the school field below.

Then I heard a high pitched scream coming from the other side, behind the wall. I thought only my peers come up here? I started walking to see who it was. I regret that I looked for the person, it was none other than Amber.

She saw me and stared at me

"Hi." she waved with a plain expression

"Sorry if I disturbed you, It's really windy up so.. my skirt.. yeah okay." She sat back again on the wall and opened the book she was reading.

I wanted to go back down stairs and look for another place to stay in but my legs wouldn't let me again and sat beside Amber.

Move away Kris!! Go! Now! Get away from here!!

My conscience was telling me to leave before it was too late but the other half of it was telling me to stay with her. I noticed that she has been wearing long sleeved uniforms instead of the usual and her knee high socks became higher almost to her skirt.

"How.. How are you Amber?" Why did I say that?

She stopped reading then turned her head to face me with a smile

"Fine. You?" I looked away from her and stared out into space (not literal)

"Not going well.." I wanted to open up to her for some reason.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"Well.. We'll be graduating soon and.. I still don't know what to get."

"You don't? You should have at least an idea on what you want when you grow up right?" I chuckled then nodded

"I'll find about it when it's time."

"But there isn't much time left, we'll be grad-"

"graduating soon? How about you? What course will you be taking Amber?" I think I frightened her a bit

"I.. I don't know yet either.." she looked down

"Then why were you asking me about what I will take when you yourself doesn't even kn.." I sighed.

I was getting ahead of myself.

"I'm sorry.. I 'm just frustrated right now." I apologized

"It's okay.." then silence came.

*ehem* "So.. Where's your boyfriend?"

"Huh? Who?"

are you playing dumb with me ms. tomboy? 

"I mean Jiyong?"

"Oh! He wont be attending school for two weeks, because he had to visit his parents."

"Ah.. Okay." silence again.

"Amber I-" the bell suddenly rang

"Yes?"

"Do you wanna.. wanna hang out later after school, if you.. If you're free?" She giggled then nodded

"Sure." 

In those two weeks, Kris and Amber became close friends than ever. Kris' old smile came back and it grew wider. Everyday didn't become dull or boring like before for him. He's worries fades day by day with Amber around more this time. Kris forgets about his plan on forgetting Amber instead she remains more in his mind and his heart. His soft side shows more often when she's around and opens up more to her. Amber's old self interest in Kris came back like the first time they met. 

I was going to meet up with the girls later at lunch when the doorbell suddenly rang. My brothers were busy even on a sunday so I was home alone. I went downstairs then through the front door then peeped through the hole and saw

a smiling dragon waiting for me to open the door.
