"I'm leaving."

"No you're not."

"Yes, I am."

"Bang, seriously I have to go," Danny said, laughing at the other bo who was blocking his exit out of the house. "Brooke will kill me if we're late to the movies." Bang pouted his lips then  looked up at me.

"Fine then I get to go to," He said. Danny shook his head and Bang groaned in frustration. "Fine! But if you leave you're not allowed to ever come back in this house ever again!" Just then Bang's mother entered the living room, holding a laundry basket.

"Hey Danny, would your family like to come over for dinner tonight?" She asked. Danny grinned at Bang before turning back to his mother.

"That would be wonderful, of course!" He replied.

"Mom you're supposed to be on my side!" Bang yelled. She laughed and left the room.

"Bang, move," Danny said sternly. Like a child, Bang threw his hands up in the air and stomped off.

"Go then! No one wants you here!" Danny rolled his eyes and headed to his car parked outside. Before he even reached the lawn to his house he heard the door fling open. "WAIT!" Danny turned around to see Bang clinging on the porch. "You're still coming for dinner right?" Danny sighed and nodded his head, finally getting in his car and driving off. As expected, his phone started ringing.

"Bang I haven't even left the neighborhood!" Danny told him.

"I'm bored!" He whined. "Turn around and come back!"

"Bye, Bang," Danny replied, hanging up on him as he complained. He kept on laughing as he hit the freeway towards the movie theater. Bang and Danny had literally spent every day with each other. The only time they didn't was when Bang had practice with track. Bang's team made it to State, making them the first ever in the school's history to do so. Since it was such a big deal, the school was charting buses to take whoever signed up. Of course Bang made sure Danny was one of those people. Danny excited the freeway and entered the movie theater's entrance right after. He noticed Brooke's car and parked right next to hers. When they got out, Danny could tell something was wrong.

"What happened?" He asked. Brooke shrugged her shoulders.

"I didn't get in," she mumbled.

"What?"

"I didn't get in to Stanford," she said, holding up an envelope. Danny sighed and wrapped his arms around her. He knew how bad she wanted to get into that school, she wanted it just as much as he did. Brooke and him nearly had the same average, so he wondered if he was going to get denied too. Brooke pulled away and smiled. "I'm ok, just bumed out. How did you escape your boyfriend?" Danny rolled his eyes, surprised at how fast she went back to be annoying.

"He's not my boyfriend," he replied.

"Oh please, you guys spend every day together," She told him. "And didn't you tell me you two almost kissed the other night?"

"Yeah, but we haven't really talked about it since then," He told her.

"Well do you like him?" she asked. Danny looked forward as they walked. He had to admit, he was growing strong feelings for Bang again.

"I think so," He finally whispered.

"What's holding you back?" She asked.

"Daehyun," He replied without missing a beat. Brooke sighed and pulled out her phone.

"Danny I loved you two together as much as the next guy, but...have you checked his Facebook?"

"No," he replied, shaking his head. "After he left I kept messaging him until he finally blocked me." Brooked frowned and handed him her phone. A feeling of dread came over him as he grabbed the phone. His eyes immediately went to Daehyun's new profile picture. He looked so happy, flashing that smile Danny loved so much. The guy Daehyun was hugging from behind looked happy too. He moved on. Yet, for some reason, Danny wasn't as sad as he thought he was going to be. Yes, he cared for Daehyun a lot, but he wasn't delusional enough to think that someone as caring and nice and funny as him would stay single for long. Danny figured what he really needed this whole entire time was closure, and this photo sort of gave it to him. Yeah, there were still a billion questions he wanted answered, but that's not how life works.

"Thanks," he said, handing Brooke the phone.

"Are you ok?" she asked. He nodded his head and smiled.

"Yeah," He said. "He's moved on...and so have I."
