"Are you sure you still want to go out tonight?" Danny's voice asked through the bathroom door. He had just got out of the shower and Bang was outside buttoning up his shirt. He laughed, knowing the other boy was going to try and back out.

"We already promised Brooke and Himchan, Danny," He reminded. Danny cracked opened the door, his hair still wet from the shower.

"I'm just saying it's been pouring rain all week, you don't want to get soaked?" He asked.

"I'm not afraid of a little water, besides we'll probably be inside most of the time." Bang stepped in front of the mirror, admiring his outfit. In a couple of days they would have to go back to the states and Bang wanted to have a nice adventure in Rio at night.

"Ok," Danny sighed, walking over to the couch to slip into his jeans. Bang walked over and stood over him.

"If you're afraid of getting caught you can just say so, Danny," Bang told him, knowing fully well his boyfriend was worried about the school guide finding out they left after lights out.

"I don't want to sound lame," Danny admitted. Bang sighed, pulling the other boy up into his arms.

"You'll never sound lame to me," Bang whispered. "But I'm still making you go." Danny laughed pushing himself away from Bang as he went to grab his shirt. They would be fine. The school guide was a big track and field fan, which meant him and Himchan were able to ask for this little favor. There was a knock on their hotel door and when he went to go answer it, Brooke and Himchan were standing there, already dressed for the night ahead.

"Buenos noches, es!" Brooke cheered.

"People speak Portugese here, Brooke," Danny corrected. "Not Spanish."

"Oh whatever!" She cried. "Are we leaving or not?" Bang looked at Danny, who looked back and nodded.

"Yeah, let's go." They all left the room and headed towards the elevator. The hotel they were staying at was huge, Bang and Danny's room on one of the top floors. By the time the elevator reached the lobby, everyone was anxious about leaving.

"I was able to get a cab," Himchan told them. They walked outside and found their driver.

"Where to?" The driver asked. Himchan looked at us.

"Where should we go guys?" he asked. Bang shrugged his shoulders.

"We could go to a club?" He offered. Brooke shook her head, leaning forward towards the cab driver.

"Take us to the heart of Rio," she said. He looked at her, then smiled and drove off.

"What was that about?" Danny asked.

"There are plenty of clubs in Seattle," she told them. "Let's discover the real beauty of Rio." And with that, they took a drive away from the tourist spots of Rio. The cab driver eventually stopped in a neighborhood that was fairly quiet except for the music coming from one of the streets. Bang looked out the window. It seemed the entire block had come out to join whatever festivities was happening. There was food, music, and tons of people in birght and colorful clothing.

"It's my nephew's birthday," The cab driver told them, getting out of the car. "Come experience the heart of Rio." Brooke smiled and eagerly got out of the cab, the boys right behind her. As they all walked up to a large set up of tables, an elderly woman with a warm smile greeted the driver. After exchanging a few words he looked back at the group and smiled. "My mother says to dig in." They spent the rest of the evening celebrating with all these people. This meant a lot to Bang, how a group of stranger could just open up their homes and welcome a bunch of young tourists. He was taking a break from dancing with Rose, the old woman, when he spotted Danny and took a seat next to him.

"That lady sure knows how to move!" Bang told him.

"I saw!" Danny replied. "I was afraid I'd have to cut in between you two at the rate she was going!" They both laughed and Bang put his arm around the other boy. He didn't know if everyone at the party knew about them being a couple, but they definitely didn't mind everytime Bang sneaked a kiss or two.

"So you're enjoying yourself?" Bang asked. Danny nodded his head eagerly, guiding a fork full of food into his mouth.

"Of course!" He exclaimed. "The food's fantastic." Bang laughed again, leaning in to kiss the other boy's cheek.

"You know I couldn't have asked for anyone else to spend this moment with, right?" He asked. Danny looked up and smiled.

"Me too," he replied. They both looked up at the cab driver, Luis, as he approached us.

"I'll take you home now," He said. "It's getting pretty late and it might rain again."

"Sounds like a plan," Bang said, getting to his feet. They met up with Himchan and Brooke, who were saying goodbye to the rest of Luis' family and friends.

"Thank you for having us!" Brooke told them, waving goodbye. They all got in the car and Luis drove off, they're amazing night out in Rio coming at an end.
