Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!~

Dara’s POV

“Park Bom, I couldn’t believe you, really!” I groaned as soon as Bom stepped inside the house. Kris called earlier and he told me the ruckus that Bom created at the school today. Out of anger, I furiously called her and told her to head at our house as soon as her class ends

“Didn’t I tell you to just let it go? Why did you have to do that?!”

Bom seemed unfazed with my anger. She crossed her arms over her chest and stared at me with defiant eyes. “Krystal deserved it. If not for Kris, I would have slapped my heels right into her face”

What the heck?!

“You’re missing the point here Bom! I don’t care if she deserves to be stoned to death or be thrown in Bermuda Triangle… I don’t want you to be involved with my issues Bom. With what you did, they would surely bother you as well!” I threw my hands up in frustration

She heaved a deep sigh before speaking. “Don’t worry about me Dara. I can totally handle myself” she muttered nonchalantly as she walked, stopping right in front of me. She suddenly held her hand out and the back of her palm touched my forehead “Your fever went down already? I’m really glad” her expression softened and I felt my anger webbed away. What are you doing to me Park Bom?

I sighed. She did that for me. Of course I know that

I blew a few breaths before speaking “Yes. Actually, I feel a lot better now…”

I gave her a small smile which she returned with a big one. Surely, Bom doesn’t give a whether she becomes involved or not

“Dara, just let this one go okay? We’re in this together. Stop worrying about me” she pat my shoulder lightly and gave me a reassuring smile. “Sisters, remember?”

I smiled inwardly and nodded my head “Yeah, sisters” I smiled

We burst into laughter when we heard someone clearing his throat behind us. We turned around and saw Suho with an awkward smile on his face. “Hi Dara-noona… and Bom-noona” he greeted us

“Hey there Suho! Do you need anything?” I asked. He gave out a shy smile before he spoke. “Sorry for disturbing you two… But you see, I’d like to inform you that we are going out on Saturday” he exclaimed making me stare at him in confusion. “And it would be better if Bom-noona will come with us” he added as he stared at Bom expectantly

Bom chuckled “Of course! Count me in. Chanyeol called me while I was at school this afternoon and he told me about it! Kris should have told me but he was never the type to ask people out” she beamed “But I’ll have to bring someone with me. Can I bring Tabi with me?” she asked Suho while I continuously stare at them in confusion. How come I do not know anything about this?

“What is this plan—“

“Of course Bom-noona! You can bring Seunghyun-hyung as well. The more the merrier right?” Suho nodded his head eagerly “Yay! Thanks Suho-yah!” she clasped his hands and they both jumped excitedly like elementary school kids.

They kept on talking, seemingly forgetting the clueless me, who is standing dumbly in a close parameter

“Hey--”

 “What should I bring Suho-yah?” Bom cut me off

“Aniyo noona… It’s okay! We have everything—“

Whoa— hold on a minute. What is this all about?

“Suho-yah, what do you mean going out? You are very much aware that I have work on Saturday and I’m not planning to be absent so—“

“Don’t worry about that Dara-noona! We have taken care of your boss already. He was actually pretty much worried when I told him that you were sick that’s why he agreed to let you rest this weekend and return on Monday” Suho cut me off.

I shook my head in disbelief. “But Suho! I have a lot of absence already. Not only is it embarrassing but have you thought of Yoona and Taeyeon? They would be having a hard time!” I exclaimed. Although I love the idea of spending time with the Exo boys and Bom, I couldn’t afford to disregard my responsibilities. “And I have a tutoring session that day as well!” I added

“This noona… I told you that we had taken care of everything already. For your tutoring job, we called the kids’ parents already. Just like your boss in the bar, they were worried for you and they even asked us to pick up some fruits they want to give you. They told us to give you ample amount of rest and to do everything we can to help you recover quickly” he responded with a smile

“But how about the kids? How about Hayi, Minzy and Suzy? Who would take over their tutoring session on Saturday?”

“Don’t worry about them noona. I already asked a friend of mine to take over. My friend is 100% percent nice and she works well with children so they will be fine”

“Can you guarantee that?” I asked still with doubt

He gave me a thumbs up and a bright smile in return. “Totally!”

“Then now it’s settled! Hello Lotte World on Saturday! Oh, I really feel excited!” Bom giggled like a little girl. Seeing her happy made me smile. I realize that I’m not only owing the Exo boys a quality time together, I owe Bommie as well

Maybe I should think of having fun once in a while… With my dearest boys and my sister as well, I thought

“No more objections right Dara-noona?” Suho stared at me expectantly

I shook my head as my lips tugged a smile

“Yes. Be prepared because we are going to have a blast on Lotte World this Saturday!”

Narrator’s POV

“Eunhyuk, have you seen Krystal’s face a while ago?” Kyuhyun chuckled as he chugged down his glass of beer. “She was really scared to death. I thought she would pee in her skirt at that moment!”

Eunhyuk brought down his glass before giving Kyuhyun a gape of disbelief. “Yah! You do know that Krystal is still my best friend’s girlfriend right?” Kyuhyun shrugged and Eunhyuk could only sigh. “I guess no one from the group genuinely likes her… I mean she’s hot and all but in the attitude department, she big time”

“Haha. Not a very convincing statement coming from one of Dongguk University’s group of bastards…” Kyuhyun smirked while Eunhyuk chuckled. “I agree. But kidding aside Kyuhyun-ah… I was really surprised with Donghae this afternoon…” he stared at his glass of beer “I’ve never seen him so mad…”

Kyuhyun stared ahead “Well, it is about Ms. Ice Geek after all…”

Flashback

Donghae pulled Krystal out of the cafeteria with their friends following them behind. He stopped at an isolated corner where no one would bother them.

“What did you do this time?” he asked her. She didn’t seem to notice the change on his tone

“Why are you asking me this now?! That walking destruction Park Bom just attacked me and you ask me what I did?! You are supposed to run after her and give her a payback and ask her why she did hurt the daylights out of me!” she screamed in anger making Donghae wince.

He wasn’t afraid of her. He was just surprised with her tone of voice that he heard for the first time making him unable to respond

His lack of reaction only made Krystal angrier. “I’m your ing girlfriend Lee Donghae! You should be angry and help me get revenge!” she stared at him with a mixture of both disbelief and anger.

Donghae didn’t know what to say. She is right. She is his girlfriend. But why is there no feeling of remorse? Of anger? Of wanting to protect this girl in front of him?

Instead, there is only one thought that runs in his mind. He doesn’t need to be a genius to figure it out. Park Bom, mad and wild will only lead to one thing. And it has something to do with Sandara Park

“You are really unbelievable! Are you just going to stand there and do nothing?!” she released a frustrated sigh. Her face getting red from anger. “This is that damn geek’s fault…” he flinched when he heard Minah’s mumbled words from behind.

“What did you say?”

Krystal glared at her while Minah responded with an apologetic look. No one was supposed to know about what they did

Donghae walked towards her direction, his face contorted as an uncontrollable anger started to rise up. Seeing this look on his face, Minah’s knees wobbled “What did you just say?”

“No, it’s uh… no it’s just that—” Minah covered her face with her palms.

Donghae’s temper rose up more. “I am asking you. What do you mean by that damn geek’s fault?” he spoke through gritted teeth. Minah shook her head while the rest stared at them in silence. They know that he is mad. And an angry Donghae was never alright

“SPEAK NOW!”

“Sandara Park! We thought her a lesson!” Krystal’s voice boomed behind making Donghae turn his attention to her again “What, what did you do?”

“We thought her a lesson that she could never forget. She is a complete eyesore! I am sick of seeing her getting your attention! You always look at her even when we are together! She’s damn ugly and robotic yet you always find time to bother her! I want her to get away! I don’t want to—“she was cut off when Donghae suddenly pushed her roughly at the wall. She groaned from the pain and tears welled from her eyes instantly.

He didn’t know but everything was out of impulse. He felt like he was possessed by a mad man who wants to rip the girl in front of him or shake her body to death

The boys hurriedly grabbed his shoulders “Donghae! Stop this! You’re hurting her!” Eunhyuk tried to pull him away

“Listen you ” he spoke with a lethal tone and a deadly glare that made Krystal tremble in anger “Never lay a finger on Sandara Park again or else, you would be receiving more than physical damage from me…” he tightened his group and pushed her further making her cry in pain “Far, far worse” he added darkly. “Now tell me, what in the hell did you do to her?!”

“Donghae, that’s enough” Heechul pat his shoulder. He hissed before he released her making her fall. “Come on man, let’s go somewhere to cool your head” he heaved a deep sigh before nodding his head slowly

But before they left, Donghae turned back and stared at her blankly

“Krystal” he called her name making her look up. She was crying miserably and Donghae’s blank stare didn’t help her feel at ease

“I had enough of you. I never thought of you as someone special. You were just a past time like the other girls I had. We’re though” he looked down at her “Donghae please—“

“I never want to see you near me again” he declared as he walked off, ignoring Krystal’s loud cry and screams of pleas

End of flashback

“It was a dramatic break-up to be honest…” Kyuhyun muttered

“Yeah. I saw the break-up coming but not this way” he responded with a pitiful smile. “I kind of feel sorry for Krystal. I just don’t get it why Donghae was so mad… I mean why would he be angry for something that was done to Ice geek? Doesn’t he hate her?”

“Silly monkey, haven’t you noticed it yet?” Kyuhyun smirked while Eunhyuk glared at him for calling him a monkey

“You see, I think Donghae likes Sandara Park” he uttered mindlessly

Eunhyuk accidentally let go of his glass making it break into pieces. “Wh— what did you just say?”

“Hmmm… I thought you’d noticed. He’s attention towards Ms. Park is unlike any that he has given to his previous flings and women” Kyuhyun grinned knowingly “He’s succumbed to her I think”

Eunhyuk stared at him with wide eyes. “Do you seriously think that—“

“Yes. I can support this, maybe a hypothesis by the way he stares at her… and do you remember last Saturday? He can’t talk back at her! It was really amusing to see him being whiplashed by a girl for the first time” he chuckled “I have actually noticed this even before… the time of the bet… he doesn’t say it but I can see he was truly happy. He was very much happy” he added “This was also the reason why I wanted to come with them that day. I wanted to know if I was right. However, Donghae will surely fry our asses if we followed them around…” he ended

“Are you sure about that Kyuhyun? You know Sandara Park is far, I mean by far and really mean very far from his type of girls. As in miles and miles away!”

“Pretty much sure. Can’t think of other explanations why he would act like that” he shrugged

Eunhyuk shook his head when a sudden memory made him leap and grin

“Yah, what is that for?” Kyuhyun felt a sudden change in his aura

“Hey Kyuhyun, you want to test your theory out?” he replied with a sly smirk

Kyuhyun’s brows rose up in curiosity. “How then?”

“Heh. You see, I heard a very promising conversation that might help us solve this mystery…”

Hello everybody~ How was your holidays?

I was supposed to update during my break but I was busy with alot of things...

I am sorry I was only able to update Her Best Gift... I've done those chapters before and I just needed a small time for copyreading...

My brother was hospitalized while my mother and father got sick one after the another

Pretty much saddening but they are fine now! ^^

Anyways! Good news~ I think I got my drive to write back! I think I got the what they call "writer's block" sickness since a few months ago (That's why I couldn't update + tedious school work) :c

I actually did a special Christmas chapter for this... Do you still want me to post it? Although it's late already -_-  Please just tell me below ^^
