Kyuhyun’s POV

I peeked at the rear mirror to look at Siwon’s car following my car. We are heading to the western restaurant.

“Oppa. Don’t you think that Ryeowook Oppa is very beautiful? I am a girl but I feel that he is more beautiful than me. How can a man be so pretty?”

Well, at least she has some taste.

“My Oppa must love him a lot. He has never admitted that he is in a relationship. This is the first time!”

What’s so exciting about it? I rolled my eyes and continued driving.

We arrived at the venue and I came out of the car. Seohyun opened the door herself as I would never do it for her. I locked my car and glanced at Siwon’s car. He opened the door for Wookie to alight and Wookie was giggling. What was he laughing about?

We met at the lift lobby and Seohyun sticked to her oppa. “Ryeowook oppa, lend me your lover for a minute.” Wookie smiled and stepped aside.

The lift came. Wookie and I stepped in first and the siblings entered later. So wookie and I are behind them. Seohyun was interrogating her brother how Wookie and him met. I wanted to know too but I wanted to treasure every second I have with Wookie.

I held his hand, behind their back again. Strangely, Wookie did not struggle. Instead, he grabbed me back. We turned our heads a little to look at each other. His eyes were watery.

*Ding*

We reached the level and we released each other immediately. Seohyun directed us to the restaurant.

We sat down at the table with Wookie and I facing each other. Seohyun sat beside me and her brother sat beside Wookie. We made our orders.

“Ryeowook oppa! What do you like about my oppa?” Wookie almost spat out the water he was drinking. I quickly took the napkin in front of me and passed it to him. Our fingers brushed across each other when he took it from me. My heart skipped a beat.

“Um… He love me.” He said softly. Siwon smilled happily. I didn’t know that woodblock can smile! I kicked Wookie at the leg under the table. He yelped a little.

“What’s wrong?” Siwon asked. Wookie gave me a death stare while I feigned ignorance. “Oh, I thought a RAT ran past my leg.” He said while directing the word ‘Rat’ in my face.

“Rat?” Seohyun laughed.

Then, our food came. Wookie’s plate of pasta has the parsley which he hates. He never touches anything with parsley in it. He hesitated about putting his utensils in it. Both Seohyun and Siwon were busy cutting their own steak. Very quickly, I used my fork to take the bunch of parsley out of Wookie’s plate, onto mine.

He looked at me with his eyes wide open and I mouthed to him “Eat.” He smiled gratefully and put his fork in it. Shoving the food into his mouth, he smiled happily at the taste of the food. Watching him eat is the happiest activity in my life.

“Oppa, why are you looking at Ryeowook Oppa like that?” Seohyun asked.

“What? Uh… I was looking at the painting behind him.” I tried to deny.

She beamed at me and turn to her brother. “Oppa, When will you marry Ryeowook oppa?”

“He accepted my proposal already.” My heart dropped. I stared at Wookie who didn’t dare look at me.

“Congratulations!” Seohyun shouted. I raised from my seat and said “Sorry, I’ll leave for the washroom.” If I continue staying there, I think I will go crazy.

I walked to the rooftop of the building to get some fresh air. Cho Kyuhyun, you deserve this. But, it’s too heartbreaking. Someone tapped my shoulders. Thinking that it’s Seohyun, I brushed the hand away. But, the hand touched me again. Annoyed, I turned around and saw that it’s Wookie.

“Kyu ah.” He said. I miss his way of calling me. I couldn’t resist him anymore. I pulled him into my arms and hugged him tightly. He hugged me back too. “I hate you! Why did you let me go so easily?” He asked.

“I thought everything would be better…”

“Better? You made me worst!” He continued. “I know…” I said softly.

I released him from my arms to look at his face carefully. “You ruined my life!” He said to me. Tears fell out of my eyes, “I’m sorry Wookie. It’s my fault. I love you.” I tried to force kiss him but he fought with his strength to resist me and slapped me.

“Let me tell you my revenge to you, Cho Kyuhyun! I slept with Siwon! Your property is stained!” He shouted.

Time seemed to stop and it’s just Wookie and I staring at each other. He wiped the tears flowing down his cheeks and kicked me in the leg before running away.

I returned to my seat not long after I dried my tears. Wookie was at the table leaning his head on SIwon’s shoulders.

Trying to make me jealous? You did it. Yes I am jealous!

“Oppa, what’s wrong with your cheek? It’s red and it looks like a palm mark.”

“Mind your own business.” I said.

“Excuse me. I need the washroom.” Siwon stood up from his seat and left the table. Seeing that he left, Seohyun asked “Wookie oppa, my oppa has a great body right?”

Wookie was taken aback. He looked at me awkwardly and nodded his head. “I knew it! He must be shaping his body just for the special person. And it’s you!” She continued.

“Choi Seohyun!” I snapped, “Can’t you shut up for a moment?” “Why are you throwing tantrum at me? Because my oppa has better body than you? You never let me see your body, how do I know how good is yours?”

Wookie dropped the cup he was holding and the water splashed onto Seohyun. “I’m so sorry!” Wookie said. “It’s okay. I’ll go to the washroom to clean it. Kyu oppa, we will continue later!” She left the table too leaving just the 2 of us.

“Kim Ryeowook, why did you drop your cup? Because you realize I did not sleep with other people?” I asked.

“I…i…”

“Listen, Kim Ryeowook, you are the only one I love in this world. But if you are trying to get revenge on me by hurting yourself, I won’t forgive you. If you dare do it with Siwon again while still loving me, I will kill you with my own hands. Get it?”

“Get what?” Siwon’s voice came from behind with Seohyun beside him too.

“Hyung, I am tired. Can we go home?” Wookie asked, not looking at me.

 “Of course. Seo and Kyuhyun, I think we should leave.” Siwon stood up and lifted Wookie’s chair for him to stand up. He supported Wookie at the waist and brought him out. I watched the back of my lover as he walked out. My heart ached so much. Before he entered the lift with Siwon, he turned to look at me once more.

*Telepathy*

“I am stained. Will you still love me?”

“Of course. But will you forgive me?”

“…”

“I love you.”

“I…I love you too. Will we meet again?”

“I hope we don’t because I only bring misery to you.”

“But… I still want to see you.”

“Then, till that time, take care. I love you.”
