-That Kitty's Fault
 

To leave K.G. International, taking the elevator was the best idea.

I pressed the button firmly and waited. While doing so, I received a message from my Blackberry.

Yeunja ah~? Could you bring that book to work on Monday? Thanks a bunch, just tell the man at the library my full name and he'll have it

I shook my head at my immature co-worker Mi Jonggyu, who couldn't, in my opinion, do anything himself. He was the only friend in my life who supported and praised all the things I did, whatever I did.

The elevator doors opened, pulling me out of my thoughts. Inside stood six people already.

The building of my father was big; sixty stories in total and every story seemed like a big house where you could get lost in. Luckily, I was good at remembering, that was what I needed, of course, one, for more job and two, because my working place was in the forty-sixth story of the K.G. building.

Back to the story, I was waiting patiently until everybody left the elevator before I drove downwards with only one woman next to me.

I nodded my head politely but she didn't even glance at me for a single moment.

I was the boss' daughter, yes.

Did they know me? Of course not.

They only knew and praised my sister Heesok, while he once announced me, but that was it. Sometimes I was wondering if he loved and cared about me the way he did about Heesok.

I shook my head. Bad time to think about that now.

I opened the doors and cold wind brushed against every part of my body that showed , bare skin.

I was wearing a fish scales-alike skirt that overlapped my light petrol tank top with a suiting long jacket, everything in blue and colors, even my Miu Miu pumps. My bad, more skin was exposed, causing the wind to blow into every area, leaving me freezing everywhere.

"Home. Home. Home. Home. Home." I mumbled as I began to slender down the path.

Only a few cars were passing me.

In this part of Seoul, many people didn't cross the road at 11 in the evening, yet it seemed pretty alive with all the big houses and families around it and lights flashed from every building possible.

At once, a following feeling overcame me and I turned around, seeing nobody and nothing but a street lamp that flickered lazily.

"You're going crazy, you shouldn't have watched that movie with Jonggyu, Yeunja." I let out a sigh while hugging my torso, rubbing my sides to keep me warm.

"I really should've said yes as one maid offered me to get me home today..."

I turned around again. There must be someone!

"Hello?~"

No, no, no...not like that. In that movie the woman did the same and ended up in a house gagged and lastly, urgh, eaten up by a psycho guy with a cute eye smile in the beginning.

I looked to the floor and saw a little cat sitting in front of me, gazing at me.

I couldn't help myself, that was too cute.

"Hey there~"

I the cat's fur and smiled brightly, while its back straightened up, grazing against my lower arm.

I chuckled and tapped its ear twice. "What're you doing out so late, huh? Shouldn't you be home, sweetie?"

"Shouldn't you be home?"

Holy , did that cat just speak?!

I looked up and a manly figure hired over me, letting a shadow fall over the cat and me.

"And I think that cat can't speak..." a cute eye smile came my way and I gulped.

"Will you eat me?" I asked out of my senses and the stranger cracked up.

"What's going on with you?!"

"Nothing...forget it." I shook my had with a small smile and my attention trailed back to the cute animal in front of me.

I picked the cat up and it purred like crazy. I caressed it again and smiled.

"What a cute girl you are..." I leaned against "her" head and nuzzled my nose against the cat's cheek.

"Should I leave?" the man in front of me let out a genuine giggle and I faced him.

I can't take that kitty home...maybe...

"Hey...ehm, I know we don't know each other but...could you take that cat home with you? My family wouldn't approve of any kind of pet in the house right now...Well, I shouldn't say pet, maybe this cutie here has a family."

"Oh, I know that cat, she doesn't belong to anyone." he stated hurriedly and I smiled.

"J-jinjja?! Yah~ that's awesome but ehm yeah...could you maybe take care of her? I can come up your home and look uh...after her."

"So, it's a girl~?" the man cooed cutely and took her carefully, while I just nodded. "Yeahp, I'm quite sure..."

"Okay ehm, you know Gangnam, right?"

I beamed a sly way. "I better should, there stands my house."

"Wah, jinjja? My parents house is there too! But before you get into Gangnam, there's that long street right?"

[A/N: sorry, idk what I'm talking of myself :'D]

I nodded, letting him continue.

"It's house number 87."

I nodded again, mumbling the street and number to myself once more. "Ah, okay, I'll be there."

"Let'a go~ mmmmmh~" he tried aegyo and turned around, I just chuckled at the adorable view and walked home also.

  AUTHOR NOTE;  so, ehm, first chp, i guess? how was it? quite short, yes T^T but the second will be slightly longer............only slightly, I said...
and well, i actually wanted to update some days later, but i wanted to hear your opinions on this, im at the fifth chapter rn and my writer's block even caught up with this new fic here ;D
btw, that's the K.G. International building.....it's somehwere in Japan I think, called Sunshine 60, but it just...........................................it looks fab, so I just took it :D

just imagine it's that building kay?
