That day we went outside to look for fuel. We looked in many cars but there wasn't any left... We even went to a tank station but also there was all fuel gone... "How is this possible?" I asked when we were home again "What happened to all fuel here? I thought there must me some left in some of the cars". "I'm sorry" he said, looking a little sad too, but I knew he was happy... We didn't found any fuel and I promised to stay... I promised... What?! I look at him with a shocked expression. "You knew it, don't you?" I asked him. He looked at me. "What?" He asked, like he didn't understand a thing. "You knew there wasn't any fuel left". He looked shocked. So it was true? He looked away. "I'm going" I say and walk to the door but just as I wanted to open it he grabbed my arm. "You promised to stay if we didn't find anything" He said. "That was before I knew that you were lying to me!" I yelled at him "Now let me go" I said on a normal tone. "Please stay..." He begged me "Otherwise I am so lonely". "I want to my friends" I told him "They need me". He was still holding my hand and pulled me towards him. "Let me go" I said. "I can't" he said. We looked into each eyes for a while. "I don't want to be lonely again, please stay with me for a little longer" He said. "I'm sorry... I...". "What's so special about your friends?" He asked "We can also be friends". We still looked into each other’s eyes. "Well...?" he asked. I saw his eyes sparkle. I remembered when Ryosuke looked into my eyes. Didn't he saw something demonic in my eyes? I looked away. "What's wrong?" He asked, like he didn't see anything. Probably I am the first creature he saw in a long time. "N-nothing" I said. "Don't you want me as your friend?" He asked. I nodded. "But I just want to find my old friends". "They probably think you're dead, why would you take a risk to look after them while they probably are already that either? You'll kill yourself... It's save here you know that". He looked so different now... Nicer maybe... Maybe it only was to let me stay but maybe he was right... Maybe Ryosuke and Mai were already dead; maybe I will be killed if I am looking for them... I knew they both thought I am dead so it might be a shock if they saw me again. So I decided to stay. I stayed and many days passed by. And to my surprise all days went really fast. It was like I was human again. It was like the apocalypse was over, like humanity won. Like I was one of them, one of the humans... I never had this much fun. I had fun with Ryosuke of course, but there was always something... There were always demons in the way. We never could have a day off. More days passed by and the more fun we had the more I forgot about Ryosuke and Mai.
