[Faith's P.O.V]

 

 

Everything seemed so surreal, in my life these days.

 

 

First, becoming a trainee at SM

 

 

Second becoming friends with EXO 

 

 

and third, the great Kim JongIn/ Kai asking me out.

 

 

"Bwoh?!" I said, my eyes becoming similar to D.O's.

 

 

"I said," he repeated "Will you go out with me tomorrow night?"

 

 

"Can you reapeat that one more time?" I asked.

 

 

He sighed "Well, is it a yes or a no?!"  I could tell he wanted an answer on the spot.

 

 

(Well, who could blame me for acting like this?! We JUST became friends!)

 

 

Then I heard the door open and in walked Nyika, Chanyeol and Suho.

 

 

I immediately walked/ran over to Nyika and pulled her into the kitchen to talk to her.

 

 

Nyika looked at me.

 

 

"What is it?! Where were you?! WHY THE HELL IS-"

 

 

I cut her off by putting my hand over .

 

 

 

"OK listen, Kai and I made up, he asked me out and idk what to do!"

 

 

I panicked in English.

 

 

"Woah what?! HOLLUP!!! You mean HE asked YOU out?!" she exclaimed.

 

 

"Yes! What should I say?!"  I asked frantically.

 

 

"Gurl, are you dumb?! Say 'yes'!"

 

 

I tilted my head to the side in confusion.

 

 

She explained herself

 

 

"If he asked you, then obviously he's interested, and he's Kim ing JongIn! If you refuse you're not an EXOtic."

 

 

I hated it when she was right. Especially if that meant I was wrong.

 

 

 

I took a deep breath and walked back out into the living room where the three guys were chatting.

 

 

Kai turned from Suho and looked at me.

 

 

I dropped my gaze toward my hands awkwardly, and cleared my throat.

 

 

"J-JongIn Sunbae....I.....um...yes!" I said.

 

 

He let out a sigh [of relief] and smiled.

 

 

(He. smiled. OuO)

 

 

I had a silent spazz attack.

 

 

Then Suho looked from me to Kai then back.

 

 

"And what is my hoobae answering 'yes' to JongIn-ah?"  He asked sweetly.

 

 

I fumbled with something to say.

 

 

Kai whispered something in Suho's ear. He nodded and said "Alright, I'll allow it for now."

 

 

he glanced at me again and looked at Kai with a knowing smile.

 

 

"But remember JongIn, I'm not the one you need to convince."

 

 

Chanyeol looked about as confused as I was, and blurted out

 

 

"Yah Suho-Hyung are we gonna eat, or are you and JongIn going to make faces at eat other all night."

 

 

I heard Nyika crack up. Chanyeol beamed at her and gave her a high-five. 

 

 

I rolled my eyes.

 

 

"Why don't you stay for dinner since you're already here Sunbae." I said to Suho.

 

 

"If we're not bothering you." he answered eye-smiling.

 

 

I shook my head.

 

 

[Nyika's P.O.V]

 

 

After we ate, we were watching a Boys Over Flowers marathon.

 

 

Chanyeol groaned "This is sooOOoooOoo boring!" he whined.

 

 

"Shutup my YiJung is talking!" I hissed. Kim KiBum was my first ever crush on a Korean guy.

 

 

I heard Faith squeal as Kim Hyung Joong came onscreen. He was her first crush on a Korean actor as well.

 

 

Kai snorted "What's so great about him?! He looks like a frikken girl."

 

 

Faith glared at him and deadpanned "You of all people shouldn't be talking."

 

 

Chanyeol slapped his knee, and burst out laughing "OOOOO SHEEEEAT! You just gon' take dat JongIn!?"

 

 

Kai crossed his arms and leaned back into the sofa.

 

 

"Well, I guess he is going to take it." Suho said chuckling.

 

 

We were watching a scence between Jan Di and Ji Hoo, when Faith started to lose it.

 

 

"NO! Jan Di is meant for Jun Pyo! YOU ALREADY HAD YOUR CHANCE JI HOO! AND YOU WASTED IT!!

 

 

I looked at her "Faith, you already know how it ends, calm down."

 

 

"I know but...I just can't cONTAIN MA FEELS THO~"

 

 

"And they say I'm on crack..." Chanyeol muttered.

 

 

I heard Faith's phone ring.

 

 

She answered it and walked into the kitchen.

 

 

After a few minutes she came out.

 

 

"Who was that?" Kai asked her.

 

 

(Oh, now he be gettin all up in her business huh?!) 

 

Faith looked at him then at me. She only had that face when she was about to say something that would make the situation

 

extremely awkward.

 

 

 

Me being the curious person I am said "Yeah Faith, who was it."

 

 

Faith chewed her lower lip (a habit she had) 

 

 

"It was Kris."

 

 

Kai immediatley stood up. "Why would he call you?!" he said angrily.

 

 

"We're friends." she replied (Gurl that's a lie! You know you secretly love him!) I thought.

 

 

 

There was a knock at the door.

 

 

 

"Gee, I WONDER who THAT could be/" I said knowing well that it was EXO M's Duizhang himself.

 

 

I opened the door, and there he was.

 

 

He pushed past me without even looked down to say a 'hi' or 'hello' and walked right up to Faith.

 

 

He spoke in rapid Mandarin

 

 

"What do you think you're doing?! Didn't I say NOT to get involved with JongIn?!"

 

 

We both winced at the unusual edge to his voice.

 

 

"I just thought that it would be better if we didn't hate each other's guts! That way I can actually learn a few

 

things from him!"

 

 

She retorted.

 

 

Kris shut his mouth into a thin line. His hands balled into fists at his sides, and his knuckles turned an unnatural white.

 

 

 

(Okay I think I need to help now)

 

 

 

I got up and motioned for Kris to folow me into the kitchen, which he did without asking any questions.

 

 

 

I shut the door and started talking to him. [In English]

 

 

"Look, I know you like Faith, but you can't always be so over-protective, she has to make her own decisions."

 

 

 

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

 

 

 

"I know but I-"

 

 

 

"No!" I cut him off, this time it was my voice that was sharp.

 

 

"If you really cared about her you would trust her to make the right choices, even if you disagree with them."

 

 

"Okay, but I-" 

 

 

"CAN YOU LET ME FINISH?!" I snapped

 

 

 

"Listen, Faith doesn't know that I know this but, her mother is only giving her a year to be a trainee,

 

so if we're not at least put into a group by this time next year, Faith will have to go back to Canada."

 

 

 

He froze. "WHAT?!" he said through his clenched teeth.

 

 

"You heard me, so why don't you make thing easier for her, or just stay out of it."

 

 

And on that happy note, I left the kitchen.
