DongWoon blinked and looked at me, he held my hand, “Gwaenchana, I am fine, don't worry.” He said.

I hugged him and yearn for his warmth, DongWoon felt that I was like a little kid feeling a lack of secureness, he hugged me back tightly.

“Mianhae, Min Ah, mianhae.” He said and I hugged him closer.

“DongWoon ah, I felt that we became so far apart from each other all of a sudden, I hate that feeling.. Ssireoyo..” I said, slightly trembling due to the sudden fear of losing him.

 

DongWoon shook his head, “There wouldn't be any distance between us, I promise, never.” He said and once again giving me an assuring look.

I nodded, however that distance seems to be still there..

“You must be tired, I am such an inconsiderate wife.” I said and pulled away from his hug, “Go get a change then, I will prepare dinner.” I said smilingly.

As though using a smile to cover all the words that I couldn't bring myself to say, I dare not look at him in the eyes.

DongWoon nodded, “Ne, be careful when you are cooking.” He said.

I nodded and urged him to go upstairs.

 

I went to the kitchen, on the tap and washed my face to freshen up a little.

I diverted my mind into concentrating on the dishes. I gave the JunSeung couple permission to go out for a date today and hence, they are both out of house.

I cut up some onions to be placed into the tomato topping for the spaghetti. 

It's really hard to not start tearing when you are cutting onions and I kind of can't see that clearly now as my vision is blurry..

“Ah!” I shouted as I accidentally cut my fingers, it wasn't deep but still hurtful.

 

DongWoon rushed down from the room and came into the kitchen, “Min Ah, what happened?” 

He came to me and saw that I am bleeding, “Oh dear..” He took my finger and the blood for me.

“Oppa..” I looked at him.

“Apayo?” He asked, he off the fire stove and brought me out to seat on a chair while he went to get the first aid box.

He cleanse the wound and then stick a handiplaster onto it, “Does it still hurt?” DongWoon asked.

I shook my head, “Ani. Komawo.” I said.

 

DongWoon gave me a kiss, “What are you preparing?” He asked.

I brought him into the kitchen, “I am okay now, I shall let the topping boil a little and then add the topping onto the spagetti and we are done.” I said.

DongWoon held my wrist, “Ani, I am not allowing you to cook. I shall do the cooking, you take a seat out there and wait for me.” He said.

I was about to say something but DongWoon placed a finger on my lips, “Just listen to me this time round, ne?” He asked and then he gave me a kiss on my lips after removing his finger away from it.

I nodded, “Ne, arrasso.” I said.

 

I went out and seat on the chair facing the kitchen and looked at how DongWoon is when he is cooking.

I felt more secure when seeing him like this, gentle and sweet and with a mesmerizing smile.

DongWoon soon served me with a plate of yummy looking spaghetti, “Wa~~ Jalmeokgesseumnida.” I said and dig in straight away.

DongWoon looked at me and waited for my response, “How is it?” He asked.

My eyes widen, “Jinjja matsisseoyo!” I said.

 

DongWoon ruffled my hair, “Jinjja? My wife is so wonderful to be able to cook up such a delicious dinner.” He said.

I shook my head, “Ani, oppa put in your love and effort into it as well. That's why it tasted good.” I said.

DongWoon smiled, “I was thinking of you while cooking just now.” He said.

I smiled and enjoyed this wonderful dinner that seems to have glued us back together.
