Plot: YeonUn and L.Joe are best friends and are secretly in love. But the only thing blocking their way is YeonUn’s parents. You see, L.Joe is a bad boy gangster who is tough and yet lives a rich family, making YeonUn‘s family disapprove of this boy. But soon, they announce that they want to marry YeonUn off to another heir from a different company at a big party, making them both have heart breaks. That night, for the first time, L.Joe cries and confesses to her. But with the help of YeonUn’s older step brother and his friends, the two pack their things and do the unexpected.

L.Joe's POV~

"You punk! We already gave you a whole month! " The group yells at me as they beat me in a dark alleyway. The world can be cruel sometimes, yet I can't cry. It'll only show them my weakness.

"Tch, make sure we don't see you around here again." They say and leave me and my beaten self left to shrivel up and die.

"L.Joe?!" I hear a soft voice call out. I look up and it's the last person I would want to see me in this state. The girl I love the most and don't wanna see hurt.

"Hey YounUn, bad timing." I chuckle before I black out.

YounUn's POV~

"Hey you awake?" I ask worried once I see L.Joe's eyes flutter open.

"Yeah, sorry to bother you. You could've just called my driver to drop me off at my house." He says trying to get up. I gently push him back down and say,

"You're not going anywhere. I just finished cleansing your cuts and bruises, you were beaten up pretty badly.'' He grmiaces and lays back down.

"Where are your folks? I don't want them to get the wrong idea of me being here." I roll my eyes at him,

"They're busy preparing for some huge party tonight." He chukles and I ask,

"What happened back there?"

"I'd rather not talk about it." I nod.

"Hey how's our patient feeling?" G.O asks coming into the room. L.Joe chuckles and says,

"Better thanks to you guys. How long was I out?"

"About 5 hours. Lucky YounUn wouldn't leave your side." G.O comments. I blush and yell out,

"Oppa!"

L.Joe's POV~

I can't help but laugh when I see the Kang siblings fight.

"Look I really do appreciate your help, but I need to get home. I'll call my driver to get me." I say and YounUn helps me up.

"Be careful." She commetns and I head into my car. So her folks are throwing a party again? Guess who's not invited.

YounUn's POV~

"Annaseyo. Welcome to the Kang residence." I greet everyone who came, even though my mind's been on L.Joe's health all day. Is he ok? I sigh and look around. All the guests are mainly business men and women, with some people around my age. Probably their sons and daughters.

"Ah there you are YounUn." My mother says. She leads me into a group of her friends with a young man who's very handsom, even though L.Joe is better :)

"This is my daughter YounUn and my son G.O." She introduces us all and we shake hands.

"YounUn this is the president, Mr. Song, and his son, SunMin of ET Electronics. You both will be wedded off sometime this year. Please get along well with my daughter." My father says bowing formally to them both. What? I was about to yell out in outrage when G.O gave me a warning look and whispered,

"Behave." I held in my rage and simply stromed off up to my room the rest of the night. I changed into something more comfortable than my party dress and headed out, not even bothering to mention where I'm headed out to.

L.Joe's POV~

I was surprised to see YounUn standing on my front porch.

"Hey, mind if I come in?" She asks. I lead her inside and ask,

"You hungry? I could make something." She shakes her head and suddenly hugs me. I'm still a little sore from earlier, yet she clung onto me shaking.

"Wh-what's wrong?" I ask. She sniffs and replies in a broken and quiet tone,

"I'm being married off to a company's heir this year. I don't want to marry him when I have someone I like already." My heart shattered right then and there.

YounUn's POV~

I don't know why my feet dragged me to L.Joe's house. I just knew I needed him to comfort me. I felt something dripping on top of my head and looked up to see L.Joe crying for me. I tried to force out a laugh and asked,

"Are you crying for me?" He tilted my chin and leaned in. His soft lips came crashing down on mine. What could I do than to kiss back the one I fell in love with?

"I won't let you marry him. You're mine." He said which caused me to blush. We suddenly heard a knock on his door.

"Were you expecting someone?" I ask. He shook his head no and opened the door.

"Oppa?"

L.joe's POV~

"You guys don't have much time, here." G.O says handing me two plane tickets.

"i wrote down the adress to a villa I bought about a year ago. Mom and dad don't know about it yet so you guys should be safe there for the time being. I think you guys can buy clothes and food once you get there right?" I nod and YounUn hugs her older brother.

"Why are you doing this?" She asks. He smiles and kisses her forehead.

"Because I'm your older brother. Now go, if you guys wanna catch that plane ride." YounUn rushes outside with me behind her. G.O suddenly stops me and says,

"I trust you with YouUn ok? If you hurt her in any way, I'll seriously mess you up, arasso?" I felt the hairs on my back stand up and nodded. He gave me a small smile and patted my back.

"I owe you one." I said and ran off with YounUn to catch that plane.
