(Nana)

I was having so much fun with Cole that lost track of the time. It was already 7:00PM and the sun was going down.

“We should go back” I told Cole.

“Yeah, or you are going to end up buying the entire store” he tease.

“What!!! A girl can never have enough clothes!!!” I told him.

“Yeah, tell that story to someone else” he said.

“It’s not a lie” I laugh, while telling him that.

“Hey, do you want to go an eat dinner with me” he said.

“Yeah, I don’t want to eat alone” I told him.

We arrived at the hotel and I went to take a quick shower. When I got out, I decided to wear one of the dresses he had picked.

I was heading to the door when I heard a knock.

“Hey, you are ready?” he said.

“Yeah, let’s go”

I was not very familiar with the place because when I was here it was for business issues. We arrived at a restaurant but it was empty.

“I think the place is close” I told Cole.

“I don’t think so” he said, with a smile.

“Where are the people?” I asked him.

“I don’t know” he said still smiling.

A worker from the place came to us and directed us to a table.

The entire place was decorated with red roses and petals. We didn’t have lights but we had candles everywhere. The scene was like a romantic proposal to someone.

“I think we are in the wrong location” I told him.

“No, we are not” he said.

“What happen to the people?” I ask.

“Maybe they are busy today” he said.

I went to take my seat and he was kind enough to hold my chair for me.

“Do you want to eat anything in specific?” he said.

“No, anything is fine with me” I told him.

He gave some instructions to the waiter, while looking at me.

“Do you like the place?” he said.

“Yeah, is a very nice place and the decoration are beautiful” I told him.

“Ok, so tell me a little about you” Cole said.

“Well, I am getting married in a few months” I told him shy.

“Really, I am not surprise” he said.

“Well, I am”

“Why is that?” he said.

“Well, I am not getting marry for love but is more by force” I told him.

“You mean an arrange marriages” he said.

“Bingo, what a sad story” I said not meeting his eyes.

“Why?” he said and I told him about the arrange marriage.

He listened and nod without interrupting me.

 “You were pressure” Cole said.

“Maybe, but that is not going to change anything”

“Can I ask you a question” he said.

“Yeah”

“Are you in love with your fiancée?” he said.

“You mean, if I am in love with a playboy like my fiancée” I corrected him.

“Playboy” he said.

“Yeah, we are engage but he plays around with his lovers in front of me” I told him.

It was not a lie. I have seen him in action and I have been attack by one.

“Really”

“Yeah, one of them even slap me in the face” I told him but edit the entire version.

“He doesn’t deserve you at all. If the person was me, I will cherish you for the rest of my life” he said looking start to my eyes.

I had to drink some water to get my tension out.

“Those are very nice words. He should learn from you” I told him with a half-smile.

“I wouldn’t teach him” Cole said.

“Why?”

“If I teach him, then you will fall for my actions not his” he said having a point.

“True”

The meal arrived and we eat in silence for a while.

“Can I ask you a question” he said.

“Yeah”

“If the arrange marriage hadn’t exist, will you had giving me an opportunity” Cole said.

I didn’t know how to reply.

“Maybe, but we will never find out” I said.

“Maybe, that is enough for me” he said not understanding his words.
