after the last incident, Suho invites the three males to his home. Baekhyun and Lay in the main room while Chanyeol and Suho in the dining room. Baekhyun just sat there, stared blankly around him as if no one in that room. he didn't believe if Kris will fight with Chanyeol.

Baekhyun unable to think clearly for now. his mind cluttered with many things that just happened. He still have Lay's photo in his bag and he really wanted to ask him about Kris's past. but he was too afraid to mention it because for Lay a past is considered as taboo thing. he didn't even care with his hand who bleeding so much.

"can I see your hand? it look hurt, let me help you." Lay offered his services, his ability finally useful for the people around.

Baekhyun nodded and give him his hand. something popped out from Lay's palms when he rub his hand carefully.

"hyung, according to you, how's Kris hyung?" Baekhyun asked, didn't know that his question almost make Lay chokes.

"why did you asks me about that?" he keep focus with his job, trying to get other topics.

"sorry if it's too suddenly but, mmh— nevermind." he pulled his words. he know this is not the right time to talk about it.

Lay feels relief. he went to take the napkins and bandaged his hand.

"done."

"thankyou hyung. you're so good at this." Baekhyun impressed and looked at his wrist.

"...be careful next time." Lay sighing, seeing his friend who got injured

"eh?"

"I'm sorry Baekhyun, even if you said he's a nice kid, he's still from the Fire clan." Baekhyun paused for a moment. "I don't get what are you talking about."

"that fire kid might be able to hurt you every time. you'll not notice it."

"drink the coffee, I just had it. at least make yourself relax here." Suho invited Chanyeol to drink but he doesn't give any reacts.

"Kris didn't know where my home is." Suho take a seat in front of him. "can you stop talking about him? I feel like I want to burn you everytime you mentioning him." Chanyeol replied, placed his head on the table.

"okay, I'm sorry. I don't know he was too much this time." Suho stirred his drink and looked at Chanyeol who has no energy at all and sipped his coffee. "you were worried about him, right?"

Chanyeol raised his head a little. "why would I must worried about Kris?" Suho just smiled and put his cup.

"I'm not talking about Kris. I'm talking about Baekhyun."

suddenly Chanyeol gasped. "can we end the conversations here?" he stood up and about to leave

"hey I'm not done yet. answer me, you were worried about him, don't you?" Suho half shouted

Chanyeol just silence for a minute but he finally speaks "I'm usually never care about someone or something, but I heard that Kris been looking for him these days. I had bad feel about this so..." he stopped. back to his seat again

"can you please, never let Kris touch him? you don't know how he did in the past." he his brown hair with his hand.

"why don't you do it by yourself?" Suho crossing his hands. Chanyeol just glaring at the other male, his voice sounded hurt.

"I deliberately evoke the Phoenix's spirit in my body. I could hurt others sometimes. I don't want to see him get hurt by my hands. so please, take care of him" Chanyeol begged and his expressions makes Suho hard to reject.

he facing Chanyeol. "not intend to reject your wish but, I do believe you. it will take times, but I promise, even your Phoenix will save him from Kris. Baekhyun is special for you. you just have to realise it."

Chanyeol breathe hard before replying. "what do you mean by "he is special for me"?"

but Suho didn't answer him. seems like this guy always want everything to be a mystery. "you'll find out soon."

the taller young man give up. he stood up and grab his bag. "alright. Thankyou for your coffee and your advice. I hope it'll be useful for me later." Suho just waving from his seat and looked at his back until he disappear.

"The cruel hands of fate has introduces two people who will fall with each other..."
