*Yasmin's POV*

I slammed the door behind me and leant on it, sliding down to the floor. I felt so stupid reacting like that, but Kai hugging me like that brought back all my painful memories. Oppa used to hug me like that. He used to care. He used to love me...but then he left, with no reason or apology. The smallest, most trivial things remind me of him, and it makes me feel so stupid. I want to love again, but I have an irrational fear that I'll get hurt again. I mean I know that I'm being silly, and nice boys like Kai wouldn't-

Kai. I interrupted my own train of thought:

Maybe he likes me.

This sent me into overdrive. I began to cry, dropping my bag. Stupid Oppa. Stupid stupid Oppa. What had he done to me? If Kai did like me then...I couldn't even think about it. The more I thought of it, the more my mind ran away with me...I slapped my forehead, tears flowing openly down my face. Stupid, Terrible Oppa has made me into a paranoid wreck with a fear of intimacy! I cursed as I stood up and walked into my room, trying to regain my composure.

*Kai's POV*

I dropped my bag nonchalantly as the door clicked shut behind me. "D.O.! I'm back!" I shouted up the stairs. He shouted something back but I didn't hear it, I was too busy heading to the kitchen to get a drink. As I poured some ice coffee into a glass, I couldn't help thinking how nice it had been to spend time with Yasmin. I felt like I knew her better now, and I liked her more because of it. "Yes please," D.O. chided, strolling into the kitchen and holding out a glass. I rolled my eyes and poured him some coffee. "You're back late," he remarked, heading to the living room. "I was with the new girl," I replied, thinking nothing of it. He stopped and turned, raising an eyebrow at me. "Ooh, were you now?" he said in a mocking voice. I frowned, and asked him what he meant. "Well, she is pretty isn't she?" D.O. replied. I shrugged. "Yeah, she is."
