Siwon POV:

What is Ryeowook doing in the middle of the ocean with another boy? How is that boy? I called the hospital and told them to wait outside and to prepare the things necessary for a surgery. Mi was doing what he can do to save the boy with whatever he had. But I'm pretty sure a simple first aid kit won't help. After about 40 minutes we arrived. We dashed to the hospital first and Ryeowook was brought into the Emergency Room by Zhou Mi immediately. I was going to call Yesung and tell him about Ryeowook until a call from a private caller.

"Hello? Is this Choi Siwon?" The person on the other end asked.

"Yes...and you are?" Who is he? How does he know my number?

"Kim Heechul." Wait..isn't he the heir to Dolce? Korea's biggest fashion company who is making it's move int he China market? Why is he calling me? We have two unrelated occupations.. 

"And how may I assist you?" 

"My friend, Kim Ryeowook, was in a plane crash near your private island. I was hoping that you would grant my rescue team permission to search for him? If any damage is done we would pay it full price back."  KIM RYEOWOOK IS A FRIEND OF KIM HEECHUL!?!?! Great...this is just great. It is said that Kim Heechul has a diva like attitude. However he is very smart and a dangerous guy if you get on his bad side. 

"Er...Kim Ryeowook... is your friend? Stupid! Why would I ask that? He even said "My FRIEND, Kim Ryeowook" 

"Yes"  

"Well..if your looking for him, then I found him already we are currently heading to the hospital on my island. He will be transferred to the Seoul Hospital after we have stabilized his conditions. Would you like to come over?" I invited them over out of courtesy but I really hoped that they would refuse the offer. It would be very weird for us. 

"Thank you for your kind offer. But how is Ryeowook's condition?" How can I answer this? I can't just say he's about to die. 

"He's...not in a great condition." More like he's not going to make it.

"Is it okay if we arrive at your island tomorrow at noon?"

"Yes, no problem." Nope, there's a huge problem!

"Thank you and please don't tell JongWoon."I stood there shocked at what he just said. JongWoon...is Yesung.  So......he knows Yesung! Everything is getting so complicated now. So Heechul knows Yesung and Kim Ryeowook. That means that he must know that Yesung's company is in danger, If they really were friends then shouldn't Heechul have helped him? What is going on here? Then again who jumped Yesung a week ago? Could it be...Kim Heechul? 

Henry POV:

I can hear voices talking, pulling me from my fogged pit of subconsciousness. I struggled to open my eyes, everything was so blurry and the light shining on my face wasn't helping either. I squeezed my eyes shut and opening them several times before things started to clear up. Everything was white. White wall, white floor, white cabinets. It looked so familiar...oh right, this is a hospital. A sudden wave of pain him me making me moan and shiver against the pain. My whole body is sore and stiff. My left leg is in a cast and I had a rib belt on. I wasn't too concerned about it though, my concern right now is how is Ryeowook and where he is. Suddenly the voices I heard quite down and I heard footsteps walking towards my direction. The door opened revealing Swion-shii the person who helped us on the boat.

"Your finally awake! " Siwon exclaimed. "Umm..what's your name?" 

"My name is Henry, Henry Lau. Anyway is Ryeowook okay? Where is he? Can I seed him? I-" 

"Slow down, Ryeowook is currently undergoing surgery with Zhou Mi. Zhou Mi is trying his hardest because he has been injured very severely. According to what Zhou Mi said he broke his spine in several places, a lot of broken or fractured ribs, dislocated bones and several more injuries, it's a miracle he's even alive." 

Stupid! Why did Wookie have to protect me? Why does he have to be so stupid? Why did I not have enough strength to push him off even though he's so small? Why couldn't I save him?

"How long has Ryeowook been in the surgery room?" I asked

"For about 8 hours already." Siwon replied

"I've been out that whole time?!?!" I exclaimed. Why didn't I wake up sooner? I needed to be by Ryeowook, I needed too see him live!

"Yes, you've been out for about 8 hours now." Siwon responded 

Just then a nurse knocked and walked in with a urgent look on her face. 

"Sorry to interrupt but does anyone have or know anyone who has blood type o negative? We used up our only bag." 

"Type o negative? Isn't there like only 7% of the world's population who has that that type of blood?" Siwon asked.

"Yes, type o negative is a very rare blood type.. About one out of 2000 people posses this type of blood. 

"Isn't there any blood type that can be used as a replacement for o negative?" I asked. 1 person out of 2000 people. How are we going to find a person in such a big world?

"No, blood type o negative is a very special blood type. It can donate blood to a person with any blood type but it can't accept any other blood type other than it's own." My hope was crushed. I'm blood type AB and no one I know is blood type O negative. 

"How long? How long can Ryeowook wait?" Siwon asked

"At most a day. We're not even sure if he can manage a day." Siwon's face slackened and his eyebrows knit together. He looked tensed and worried. How are we supposed to find a person that has blood type O negative when only 7% posses this blood type all over the world? Is this really the end?

Finally updated! I had to rewrite this chapter a few times because I couldn't get it to turn out the way I wanted it to be.
