HerTAEYEON's POV
Today is Tuesday, another normal and boring day. I'm currently unemployed but I go to this Japanese school that offers free education and so that's where I've been pouring most of my time for the past 2 months now. My class starts at 9 AM and ends at 4 PM during weekdays. I'm lucky to have a schedule like this because a normal student would spend the whole day in class and that's a torture for me.
Every weekend and also weekdays after school, I would always visit Tiffany in her unit if I have time to spare. Basically, I see her every week because we're both away from our families. She's currently attending a university while I attend Japanese school. I have a dorm but Tiffany doesn't really like visiting mine.
"Taetae, you're early." she greeted once she opened the door. Her eye-smile are yet to be seen again. She silently invites me in and I casually made my way inside.
"Yeah, class ended an hour early today."
"So? Anything interesting happened today?" she asked, taking a seat beside me. I shook my head in return.
"The only interesting thing today was we get to go home earlier than usual. The professor miraculously didn't show up for today." I sighed after walking for 15 minutes. I do this almost everyday but my body's still not used to it. "Right, I got you something."
"Really? What is it?" I've seen how her face light up.
"Food." when I handed her the take out meal I bought for her, she planted a kiss on my cheek as if it's something normal. Well it is, for her. For me, not really. I know this is not much but her reaction's what keeping me entertained. Everytime I do something for her, she'd always give me affection in return and I honestly don't mind but it makes me hella nervous every damn time. Tiffany knows I like girls but she doesn't know she's the one I desire.
"You made my day again, thank you!" she pouted her lips, giving me a flying kiss before eating her food. Seeing her like this makes me happy especially knowing I'm the reason behind it. I keep on imagining I'm spoiling my girlfriend.
I really wish I could call her mine. But there's no hope for that.
She's in a relationship with Nickhun, her boyfriend and they've been going out for a year now. I wish I can be happy for her but I can't and I don't like her boyfriend, not even one bit. Nickhun couldn't even make an effort to visit her here when he's just an hour drive away.
"I really needed this, you know? Jessi and I couldn't make up our minds and so we decided just not to eat. We're too lazy and busy to think of something." she told me, making my eyes widen.
"Yah, so you're telling me you haven't had lunch?" she nodded her head in return. Oh, my head is going to explode, I feel like I'm babysitting a high schooler.
Just then, Jessica went out her room, "Tiff, my tummy's aching. What should we eat?" and there, she saw Tiffany eating what I brought her and I honestly felt bad even though they're not my responsibility. I figured, maybe they're just too busy and focused on studying to come up with anything to eat.
It was an awkward sight, her seeing Tiffany already eating. If I had known, I would buy something f
