It was a wave of rage and sadness that's drowning him in. He can't put his mind straight. For a 13 years old to get such a harsh truth revealed, right before her eyes and beaten that much must be so traumatizing. He wanted to hug her and never let her go. Saying every loving words that he can find all over the world for her to not think of it. Making her smile thinking about those words and will not have any space in her mind to think about all those awful things. 

It is 4 in the morning when Jeonghan finally stop. They start from sitting on the edge of the bed, end up on the floor beside Johnny's bed. And yes, Jungchae didn't let go of Johnny's hand. 

"I'm afraid. Afraid that one day I gonna lose her this way. I don't even want to think about it. The more I think about it, the more I feel anxious. I love her so much. And I always wanted to protect her, ever since that day. I don't want anyone, even a mosquito to hurt her. If I can put her in my pocket to protect her, I would've already done that the moment we were born."

"Jungchae is a fighter. I've always known that despite her being so depressed. To have her act like this is not a first for me. I've seen it multiple times. With her all those times has successfully made me very protective and alert over what she's thinking." 

"So, over the traffic light was one of the attempts?" Johnny slowly rub his thumb over the back of her hand, feeling the warm skin against him. 

Jeonghan nodded. "One of the many attempts that I had been saving her from. Suh, my sister is that broken and I'm scared. I don't care about anyone else but her. I don't care if people mess with me but never. Never mess with my sister. I don't want her to break even more than what she already is." 

Johnny stilled when Jeonghan turn to his bed, watching Jungchae. He didn't want to make Jeonghan uncomfortable so he pried Jungchae's fingers, away from his hold. 

"I am very picky over her being close with man and other people, but I am making an exception now." Johnny frowned when he didn't understand what Jeonghan said. 

"You called her angel when you first save her. I never heard anyone call her that. Did you know? People call me angel because of our birthdate. 1004 sounded like angel in Korean. But they never call her angel and I was strucked by that." Jeonghan slowly stand up to plant a kiss on Jungchae's forehead. He turn to look at Johnny. 

"No one has ever treat her like that, other than me, Suh. You are the first."
