Tokyo is a wonderful city. Every bit corner of the city screams technology. Plus, it's cleanliness is top notch. One can't find a rubbish at a hallway. Even though it's a very big city with high dense population, the people are very friendly. 

However, every positive sides of Tokyo can't get rid the uneasy feeling in Sehun's heart. He has been in Tokyo for almost a week now. Ever since he came to Japan, he has this uneasy feeling. Like something bad is going to happen. But he's Oh Sehun. He won't let personal issues meddle with his work. Is it about Yeonhee? Probably. He finds it strange in an annoying way that his mind keeps thinking about her instead of Hyebin. However, he quickly throws her out of his mind the second he thought about her. Does he feel guilty for the things he did to Yeonhee? Yes, but he manages to convince himself that he's doing the right thing. Little did he know, he's burning the bridge between them, the bridge that is barely there.

It's now the end of the year and everyone is looking forward to a new year. Christmas celebration in Tokyo is happening just like in Seoul. However, this time Sehun is spending Christmas alone, and buried with work. Not that he mind that. He purposely makes himself busy during this festive season. He really doesn't want to think about his personal problems especially Yeonhee. 

Last night, he went for a drink with his Japanese partner, Mr Tanaka. They went to a famous bar, drinking and chatting anything but work. They shared their stories and experiences in the business world. Then they started talking about their personal life. He learned that Mr Tanaka is apparently a widower. He started to get emotional telling the stories about his late wife, how they were at the edge of divorce, not once but twice. However, despite they manage to save their marriage, his wife eventually took the shortest route, she committed suicide. Sehun wasn't the type to pry on others personal life but what Mr Tanaka said last night really affected him;

'I thought I fell out of love and it will be okay to live without her. But until today, the pain still lingers in me. I lost my wife and most importantly, I lost my best friend. Cherish the people around you Sehun. Don't do the same mistake as me'.

'Cherish the people around you Sehun'. Those words kept on replaying in his mind through the whole meeting. He can't pay attention anymore to Mr Tanaka. That night, after drinking, he went to his suite still thinking and pondering what Mr Tanaka said. 'Should or should I not give Yeonhee a chance?' he thought for a second. But only for a second because he's so sure Yeonhee is the last person on earth that can make him happy.

5 days later....

Somewhere in Seoul, it's already half past eight, other workers have gone home but Yeonhee is still in the studio, painting. She has been working overtime since Sehun leave without telling her where he's going. She even came to the studio during Christmas. While everyone was busy celebrating, she spent her Christmas painting in the studio. Painting is like a medicine for her emotional pain. Sehun parents called her a day before Christmas. They invited her to the Oh's residence but she declined it politely. She used Mina as an excuse, saying her friend is going to Paris so they are going to spend Christmas together. But she told Mina she will be spending Christmas with her in laws. Yunho's wife also invited her to their house for dinner. Her sister-in-law is really nice and caring, totally different from her brother. Even so, Yeonhee told her sister-in-law she'll be spending Christmas with Sehun parents. So basically she lied to everyone. She was in a 'I-want-to-be-alone' mode during Christmas so she distanced herself from everyone.
